A lovely circa 1895 cottage with a tremendous outdoor area, featuring a large deck and swimming pool. (there is a great bike and walking track along the beach too!) It is a perfect summer location and cosy in winter with a wood fireplace. The house has 2 bedrooms that are bright and airy with wooden floorboards. There is a large backyard with an outdoor table plus undercover parking/garage. The bathroom is separate from the toilet and there is also a bath/spa. The house is furnished with a fridge/washing machine and in the kitchen, there is a dishwasher! (because no one likes doing the dishes :) plus there is a filtered water tap. There is also a shed too if you need to store some furniture. The bedroom that is available has lots of natural light and will be empty with a large built-in closet and a ceiling fan. You are welcome to put your own furnishings in the house to make it feel like home.
