Hey, Tarragindi is an awesome place to live. It is central to everything. Public transport is everywhere. The room that is available is very large with a big built in wardrobe. There is only one bathroom but we make do. :) We have internet which is split evenly between everyone monthly, a large backyard and lots of space for cars. In regards to bills, we split them whenever they come in. All you will need in your own bedroom furniture, we have everything else.

Our unit is nestled in the heart of a secure Greenslopes Complex. Complete with friendly onsite building managers, a beautiful pool and city views, and a quiet complex to live in, we love living here. There is a great gym, shops and bus stop all within a 2-3 minute walk of the complex making it easy for anyone who works in the city or surrounding areas to get to and from work. You will be sharing a bathroom with one of us, hence our preference for a female housemate. Your room will be fully unfurnished, so you are free to decorate as you please! My flatmate and I decided to move to a three bedroom place so we could split rent with his brother, well his brother changed his mind at the last minute so now we've got an extra room. The place has one master bedroom with an ensuite and two bedrooms that share the main bathroom. The room available is room 2 in the floor plan and we're asking for $140 a week, same as what I'll be paying across the hall.
