There is a gas station nearby within 3 min drive and shopping places can also be reached within 10-15 mins. You can park your vehicle on the street/in the front yard/in the garage. There is storage space underneath, basic gym equipment at the back room and internet provided.

Greenslopes Private Hospital is literally across the road from this unit - so it is an absolute dream unit for anyone working at the hospital! It is lovely and comfortable setting in a well-established and quiet residential area. The house is relatively new hence spacious and clean. Come and see then you will take it! 2-300 meters to Holland Park bus stop which is 2 zoning area. Restaurants, cafe and shops are close too. It takes 13-15 minutes to City once get on a bus. It is like a self-contained villa or granny flat. Downstairs has separate access with 2 bedrooms, lounge, outdoor area, kitchen, bathroom, laundry etc. All rooms are good size with generous closet space. Rooms are furnished but furniture can be removed on request.
