There are 3 good sized rooms, 1 bathroom a dining/ living area separate from the kitchen and a little patio out the back. There is also a big green garden at the back and the front of the house if you like to set up your own outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the morning sunrise or evening sunset. The available room is a pretty big room. You get the sleepout room as well so basically you get 2 rooms for yourself. You can use it as your own leisure room or workshop room or study room. Whichever you want to use it. We got a variety of furniture in the garage apart from the one on the pictures. So you can choose how you want to furnish your room. We share the bills as it comes except the internet bill which is included in the rent. Other bills (gas, electricity, water) approx $280 per quarter.
