Welcome to a lovely little triangular house in a bush setting, about 7 mins from the CBD by car, or 15 by bike as there is a shortcut along the Rivulet track (with no traffic). There is also bus stop outside the door. An awesome location with some sweet views, one bathroom ( with separate loo) and a slightly creepy cat. There is a bus stop close by, cafe , supermarket etc. Someone randomly mowed the front lawn the other day, so that’s always a plus! There’s a big back yard and street parking if you can’t tackle the driveway.

My roommate Sarah and I refer to this as our home not just our house. It is light, sunny and open with views of South Hobart. It is an extremely convenient location, close to both the University and town. The area is family friendly, with the local soccer oval right across the street. My current house mate will be moving interstate in January so I'm looking to find someone new that would like to move in. The house is located on a quiet street in West Hobart close to the shops in North Hobart. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is sorted. It's quite a large room that can easily fit a queen size bed, bedside table and a desk. The kitchen is modern and comes equipped with a gas stove and a dishwasher. There's a neat little courtyard out the back which doesn't require much maintenance except for some weeding before inspections. Unfortunately theres no off street parking but there's always plenty of space on the street. I like to split the bills equally and these aren't included in rent. NBN internet is available but also isn't included.

It is very close to university and it has good access to all amenities. Very independent space , non demanding. Open living areas and private bedroom spaces. Large generous garden with established trees and plants. It is an older house so has some quirks which I will attempt to have sorted as soon as possible.
