The house itself is new, very spacious and beautifully designed. It enjoys views across Avalon valley and south to the ocean and maximises the sun in the winter and opens for the summer to allow for the cool north easterlies to blow through. Air conditioning is available in the living areas but we find we don’t need to use it much at all. The house has three levels with multiple timber decks and 5 bedrooms. There is a total of 4 flatmates. The large living/dining/kitchen area on the middle level opening onto three decks for all weather conditions. The bedrooms are very spacious with ceiling fans and built in robes. Room 1 has doors that open onto a large sunny deck and shares a large roomy bathroom with one female flatmate. Other features include Ethernet connection in bedrooms, wifi, Netflix and modern kitchen including steam oven. The suburb is quiet and close to Bangalley headland walk, North Avalon Beach and local Nth Av coffee shops, restaurants etc.

The apartment is spacious and bright, nice outlook into the trees, near the beach, the village of Newport and the bus stop. There is also a balcony to catch that morning sun and a lovely neighborhood. If you do love beach living this is a great place :) I don't have Foxtel but Netflix just in case you like watching TV
Its close to public transport, the beach and the Newport Arms. The house is fairly bug with open plan living area. It has a back garden and patio to entertain. The rooms are all sunny and bright. I have a a huge garage that can be used for storage at an extra $15 per week.
