This is a 6 month old house in a new estate in lawnton. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large backyard with entertainment area (dining table and bbq). The lounge room/kitchen/dining room has air conditioning and we have 2 very smoochy cats. Access to stan and netflix in the main lounge room.
The unit is apart of 'Petrie on the Park' unit complex. It is a beautiful, quiet place with a friendly community. The location is great as it looks out on the Park and is close to the Petrie Train Station and is a 9 minute walk (1 minute drive) to the local woolworths. So this place would also suit someone without a car. The Strathpine Westfield and North Lakes Shopping Centre are just 10-15 minutes away. There is also an on-site swimming pool. This unit is on the bottom floor so you won't have to cart things upstairs and it will be much cooler. The unit is brand new and I have just recently moved in 3 days ago. You would get your own private bathroom and tiled courtyard. The unit comes with a dishwasher, clothes dryer, oven, cook top, air conditioning (main and living area) and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. As I have only just moved in, the unit is currently only semi-furnished with a large fridge, washing machine, kitchen appliances, utensils and recently a table. I am holding off purchasing new furniture in case my new housemate has living room furniture of their own (so we don't double up and have to store some - there is a lockable storage area under the unit if required). If not, I would be happy to purchase some more furniture in the future. The internet is with Dodo and is unlimited. In regards to parking your car, there are visitor car parks close to the unit which you could use. The real estate also will consider pets under 15kg. A certain amount of water usage is included in the rent so we will only have to pay for water if we go over that amount.

The upstairs bathroom will be shared by tenants of 2 bedrooms as current tenants have the ensuite. There is also an additional toilet downstairs. Whole house is air-conditioned with ducting upstairs and split systems down. Internet is included. Electricity included up to a max value then excess to be split by all tenants. Alfresco area out the back. The kitchen is large and equipped with a 6 burner gas stove for those who enjoy cooking and a dishwasher. Mowing also included in the rent. Its 5-10 minute walk to Warner market place that has grocery stores(woolworths&Aldi)food outlets(mcDonalds,subway, domino's, Pizza Hut ,sushi fish&chip etc and other retailed shops I have Wi-Fi access, you have your own bathroom and Room is furnished. solo travelers who are traveling the world are more than welcome for short stays while visiting in Brisbane(the rent is cheaper than most backpacker hostels) and would be a great starting point as we can give you excellent knowledge of Brisbane taking the stress out of finding your way around :-) . House is Close to public transport . Only 35 minutes from Brisbane city but I can assist with transport information bus/train times as I work with Queensland rail for over 18 years now. No pets

We are close to the train station and the local shops. We have a lot of space so people don't feel like they are on top of each other. We have unlimited internet and Netflix. The house has airconditioning which is great in this heat. We have solar which cuts down the bills.
