We are on a quiet culdesac off Marsden Rd - nice and close to a park. Carport available next to seperate entrance to unit. Or $10/week less rent if you don't need the car port, and I'll use it. Open to an outside dog, but must be friendly, must get on with my 35kg dog, and must be chicken friendly. No cats. Happy to share the back patio area - absolutely no smoking.
