A safe secure building located in central Taree NSW. Rent starts from $160 per week (small internal rooms) or $180 per week (larger balcony rooms). Rent is to be paid in advance at all times and a Room Deposit (equivalent to 1 weeks rent) is required to be paid before moving in. We also have linen packs available for purchase for $70 should you need. There is a minimum stay of a month otherwise rent is $250 per week for shorter stays. Unfortunately there is only off street parking.

The location is a short drive to both the Manning Rural Referral Hospital (public) and The Mayo Private Hospital (private). We are also close to schools, shops, the manning river, gyms and bike tracks. As Taree has very poor public transport, a car or bike is recommended, but we are happy to take you around town and orientate you to the area when you first get here. It's a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Medical centre and Chemist is across the road and Coles is in next block. We have a pool with bbq and entertaining area. Extra shower, toilet and another laundry. It's only 15 minutes into Taree for all banks, shops, restaurants, clubs, entertainment etc. Bus stop out front. You can arrange to pay off the Bond and internet is included.
I have a fully furnished room to rent in a beautiful, quiet Golf Course Estate (Tallwoods , Village), only minutes to Blackhead Beach, Hallidays Point and Hallidays Point Shopping Village. Tallwoods is about half way between Forster and Taree. The house is near new, fully equipped, has a large kitchen and walk in pantry,separate laundry, a large living area, a back patio and gardens to share. The bedroom has a built in cupboard and shelves, a queen sized bed, bedside table and lamp, ceiling fan and clothes basket. The main bathroom is shared with one other person.
