The neighbors are very friendly as well. Open to hosting a couple but the cost will be slightly higher. If you love animals, the residence hosts 2 friendly fur members of the family (cats) that love pats and cuddles. The room to be leased will be cleared out (junk room for previous flatmate) and a single bed will remain.

The house is set up with nbn. All rooms are capable of having a king size bed fit, or, the room can be furnished with a queensize. The area has supermarkets, petrol stations and a train station close by. Uber's also frequent the area. I like the fact that it's between surfers and Brisbane so driving either way isn't really a hassle.
