It has a beautiful big backyard which I've just had landscaped - I'm very keen to transform it into a garden. I have 2 dogs Lilly and Alfie and they are a boustrous pair and super friendly but when im home they are usually hanging out with me helping me study or watching me dance. I'm a big fan of meditation, dance, and have a regular spiritual practice i engage in on a daily basis. I don't party or drink and a lot of my social life is spent out of the house. Great little unit which is off the road at the back of a complex so its very quiet. The unit was renovated about 6 years ago so has all new appliances and cupboards, flooring etc. The Unit has lounge/dining, big bathroom with large shower and separate toilet, and the kitchen/laundry has every appliance known to man kind including a washing machine and dryer. The room itself is big enough for a queen size bed and dresser. It has 3 inbuilt cupboards with loads of storage place and a full length window out looking the backyard. Outside is a large backyard (for a unit!) and a 1 1/2 car garage for storage. Off street parking is available outside the garage. The unit is very close to public transport and Burnt Bridge shopping complex which has a Coles and the best burger and thai joints in all of Croydon! The house is currently ruled over by Napoleon, a four legged feline dictator who doubles as an alarm clock and heat pack when required. Unfortunately no other pets are allowed.

The dining room, loungeroom and outdoor area are all excellent places to have people over especially for a bbq in the summertime. We think this is a fantastic place to live, we are all fairly chilled, able to enjoy each others company but also totally respect everyone's need to do their own thing. One thing we've been doing for the last five years is Friday night movie night, as well as fish and chips, of which people are always welcome to join and wind down from the week. All housemates are expected to contribute fairly to the upkeep/cleaning of the property, nothing out of the ordinary, just keeping the house presentable most of the time.

I have very much enjoyed renting this cosy two story unit as it is very close to Eastland Shopping centre and Ringwood train station. This unit Is at the end of a lovely court with the mullum mullum creek walking track at your door step. It has a car port which fits two cars and a small court yard. Their are two bedrooms upstairs (mine and yours) and a decent sized bathroom with a toilet. Downstairs has a lounge area, decent sized kitchen, split system heating and cooling, laundry and toilet. The unit is fully furnished and your bedroom will come with a double bed and two chests of draws (1x large, 1x Small) and a clothes rack. I can remove these things if needed. We will each pay half of the electricity bill monthly. (no water or gas bill yay) and split the unlimited internet which is $30 each a month. A lease agreement will need to be sign along with a bond. Unfortunately no pets are allowed, however can visit from time to time :)
