Hi we live in a beautiful home at one end of the house and have 2 (1 Room taken) very clean rooms available at the front end of the house. The carpets just freshly cleaned. Ceiling fans, shared bathroom with both shower and bath. separate toilet. Very large kitchen. We keep to ourselves but very friendly. Seeking people who are working or working and studying. We are fairly close to everything, shops, access to the highway, theme parks. . . . NBN at fastest speeds we can get in the area which is included in the rent. not a drinker so do not want any party people. We have a peaceful home and hope to share with those that also enjoy peace and quiet, and relaxing home. We are very neat and tidy and wanting flatmates that are also able to pick up after themselves. The only bill that isn't included in the rent is your share of the water bill only if it goes over the usual $150 for the quarter but unlimited internet and electricity included.
