Hi all, I am needing someone to share my great home so I can start saving some money. The house is in a terrific area in Adelaide's East; I am near the city and at the foot of the hills, I love it here! There are great transport links to the city only a short walk away. And the area is picturesque with lots of tall gum trees and native birdlife. It is walking distance to shops, which are not far down the road (a foodland, chemist, fruit n veg store, butcher, seafood, bakery and a takeaway chicken shop I'm yet to try). The house has two bedrooms and I'm renting out the spare bedroom which is furnished with single bed, desk, fan, heater, tv and comes with a large built-in wardrobe. If you want to bring your own stuff, that is fine. Rent is $170 per week, which includes all bills (water, electricity, gas and internet). It is an additional $5 per week if you require use of supplied bedding. The room will be available until the end of the year.

Your room is approximately 3.8m x 2.4m and is unfurnished (although we could organise to furnish it with basic furniture if needed). It is right by the kitchen, so ideally you would be an early riser or a good sleeper, as we are both up and about between 6 and 7 in the morning. We have ducted airconditioning. Bills would be split evenly & we are looking at getting wifi, which would also be split. We would ask you to pay a 6 week bond, as we have done. About the area: We are less than 5 minutes from both the Rostrevor Romeo’s Foodland and the Firle Shopping Centre.
