It has 9 acres of land on which we run sheep and a neighbour agists her horse on the property as well. It is very private and secure.
Very clean, private and new little unit. Lots of sun. There is a little yard and a front courtyard. Pretty quiet area, close to Hastings pier and easy walk to the main street and shops. There is a lock up garage, which you can use. I just park in front of it, but you are more than welcome to use it. The room unfortunately, doesn't have a built in robe, but I can get one for you, unless you have furniture of your own. There is a queen bed in there atm, but again, if you have your own furniture, I can move it. Good heating system! Stays pretty cool in summer and only a 10 min drive to the beach. Non smokers only.
The house is very clean, big back yard, garden shed, new decking off the house in alfresco. New paved area for BBQ. Will be getting internet soon as I have just moved back in. Brand new kitchen installed. Quite area in Hastings and off street parking. Home freshly painted.

The room pinkish purple walled with fairies along the top though... fair warning for men who it might bother :p Bedroom is the rear bedroom of the house, allowing separation and privacy. Bathroom and toilet are separate and I have an ensuite. Bathroom may be shared on occasion as it has a bath and I like a bath now and then and generally visitors will use that toilet so as not to venture into my bedroom. Our house is set on an acre of land and is surrounded by farms but still only a stroll to the shops. It's so relaxing here and very homely. We are renting the second level of our home which includes bathroom, lots of wardrobe space, bedroom with a sitting area and kitchenette which includes a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. There is a split system in the bedroom which heats/cools the whole of upstairs as it is very efficient. You are welcome to use our Laundry facilities on the weekends. It's so great living on the peninsula, so many great wineries and beaches only 15 mins drive away.
I moved into my new home at the end of April. It is a brand new built home. It is a 22sq home. It is two storey. Downstairs there is the lounge, dining, kitchen, study, laundry and powder room. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms (main bedroom with ensuite), a main bathroom (which will belong to my future flatmate) a separate toilet and a study nook. The bedroom is carpeted and has a built in wardrobe. You can choose between 2 rooms (one has one large window, the other has one large window on one wall and one high, skinny, long window on another.) Landscaping will be done over time. The garage is a double garage, there is only room for 1 car, as the other half is storage. There is driveway parking available or street parking. This is a 5 bedroom property in Cranbourne South. It has a massive lounge room and a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area. There are 5 bedrooms but I'm not looking to rent them all out, so the option to set up a study etc in one of them. So there’s lots of space if you need your own area. Located 10 minutes from the train station. A 20 min drive from Frankston hospital and easy drive to Casey hospital. The main bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe is available and a second bedroom with it’s own bathroom (or shared with one if 3 people). I'm looking for either 2 or 3 housemates and rent will depend on the number of housemates. If only 2 then $200 for the main bedroom and $150 for the second bedroom (which will have it's own bathroom). If 3 then $170 for the main bedroom and $130 for the other two bedrooms. It does have a pool (yes I know we are coming into winter) and alfresco area. Dogs welcome (so long as they are good with a cat).
This townhouse is only a few years old and still in great condition. Premium location to shops, parks and public transport and also a brand new park nearby. Casey Fields is just down the road as well. You will have your own private bathroom (Shower only, no tub unfortunately. There is on-street parking available as well as a shared carport which can be sorted out between us. High-speed Wifi Washing machine available but no dryer. There is a clothesline outside as well. All kitchen appliances are available which include: gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and a fairly big fridge. Aside from the spare/available bedroom, my place is fully furnished. You would have to provide your own bed. I also have no objections if you would like to add anything else, provided we can make it work and fit. Also, at the request of the landlord, pets will not be allowed. The biggest concern for me is that I care for my 3yr. old daughter. She stays with me a few nights per week, but it is mainly on the weekends. It is absolutely necessary for any potential applicant to accept this fact. A good temperament with children is valuable to me as her happiness and comfort will not be compromised. She is a great child. For that reason, bills and perhaps rent, may be negotiable. Otherwise, the goal is to make you as comfortable as possible.

A large, warm and sunny kitchen/dining room is the hub of the house with breakfast bar, gas stove, dishwasher, piano and couch. A second fridge helps keep track of groceries. We have off street parking behind gates. We have a strictly non-smoking house and grounds.
