A cute little townhouse within a 5 minute walk to Park Beach Plaza and the beach! The house is fully furnished, has a large spa bath/shower in the upstairs bathroom and 2 toilets - one upstairs and one in the laundry downstairs. There's a small courtyard with a clothesline and a garage out the back. The garage is pretty small, but if your car fits in there you're more than welcome to park there. Otherwise there is plenty of off-street parking. Free unlimited wifi is included. - will upload more photos! The room gets lots of a natural light and has a large bedroom window overlooking the courtyard. Best suited to a student or young working person, it's partly furnished with a bedside table, desk and large built in wardrobe. However a bed is not included (I can give you a blow-up mattress if you don't want to buy a bed right away, but it sucks). There's also a ceiling fan and a printer that I may need from time time for uni, but you're more than welcome to use it. I'm looking primarily for someone to stay short-term as I'm likely going to be moving at the start of next year. I need someone that is friendly, cleans up after themselves and is reliable with rent. I also have a little bunny who lives downstairs and runs around the place when I'm home, so preferably would like to live with someone that is ok with that and won't scare the little guy :)

The unit is a nice little 2-bedroom unit on the second story with a small balcony directly across the road from the beach, the Hoey Moey, a couple of doors down from 3 cafes, park beach bowling club, and a 5-min walk to the plaza. The unit is fully furnished you would only need to furnish your room. Water, electricity and internet bills are all included in the $185 a week, however, once the bill comes IF there are any extra changes the bill is split equally. This has not happened with my previous flatmate but has happened in the past. I’m preferably looking for someone who either works fill-time or is enrolled in tertiary study and must be clean, tidy and respectful. Preferably a non-smoker. You will not be on the lease but will be subletting so it will still have to be passed through NSW Real Estate – People with bad tenant history need not apply. The only house rule I have is that everyone cleans the house, and not expect me to do it all. There will be 2 weeks rent in advance and rent is to be paid directly to me every Thursday.
