We have 3 couches, a great washing machine and a neat set of housemates (Russell and myself). The house has all the things in it! Forks, spices, tea etc. You get your OWN ROOM. It has a single bed, a desk, a chair AND a clothes rack. But, we can take stuff out if you don't need it. There are lots of games in the house and premium access is included in the rent. We also have netflix and a chromecast yay.

Am looking for someone to take over my lease on this amazing, nearly new apartment. Unfortunately I have to break the lease one month out from it being over. You will be able to re-new the lease when the month is up. Its the 9th September to be exact. Its in a quiet street in a great, secure building. The rent enables you to one secure car space under the building but there is ample parking on both sides of the street if required. Its fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans throughout as well. House itself is an older Queen-slander with great character. X3 bathrooms, kitchen and living area. Large car-park, backyard with large Mango tree.
