City living doesn't get better than this. Brand new apartment with a great alfresco area on the rooftop with BBQs to hire for free, bean bags to lounge in, a pool with a wicked view, and a sauna to steam in after a cool swim. The building also rents out bikes and a car. There are a few shops at the base level and good restaurants a few yards out. The apartment central air-conditioning but your bedroom has a fan. It doesn't get very hot as we're high up. I barely use the aircon. The apartment is fully furnished, all you will need is a bed. I have a spare set of drawers if you need it.
We live in an old charming house with four rooms, a wild mostly shady garden with a very cosy deck. The house completely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped and we have WiFi. Train station is 5 min walking distance, the CBD is very close, and so is West End and St. Lucia (10 min by bike), to South Bank 10 min by foot. There is a big market right next to the house. We would share a big living room (we don't own a TV, but we have a projector and Netflix), with an open kitchen, one bathroom +extra toilet, as well as the garden.
