The street is quiet, plenty of parking available, with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Features of the flat include: carport, fully furnished kitchen and living room. Furnishings in bedroom can be included for additional charge (and if not sold prior to discussion). Internet, energy not included in rent, but reasonably priced.
