It is right next to Park Road station, which takes you to central in about 10 minutes (or one stop longer to the Valley for the party people!) It is a decent size room with built-in closet, desk and bed. The room is $160 per week (incl all bills) and available right away. It is 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent when you move in. Rent is paid fortnightly. There are 2 showers and 2 toilets and there are 8 rooms in total in the house (all private rooms) what might seem a lot but the house is really BIG. There is, of course, also a big kitchen and everyone has their own storage space and space in the fridge. The house is an older Queenslander. Its high ceilings, windows and shady location means it's quite cool inside the house in the summer heat. It is also reasonably priced for the area. We're at walking distance or a short bike ride to South Bank, West End or UQ St Lucia campus. There is plenty of room in the house and in the yard to accommodate your hobbies or furniture. There is also a cat living here. The house is quite old, so it would be inappropriate for someone looking for something more modern. There is also a choice between two rooms. The larger room is $155 and smaller room is $135. Bills (internet, gas, electricity) will be $18-$20 extra per week. We had this house up a couple of weeks ago but it didn't work out with the potential house mate. Thus this ad is up.
