Best room in a great 2 story sharehouse. The location manages to be quiet despite being really close to southbank/west end/CBD. Easy access to all the universities, shops, restaurants, you name it. House itself has a big shared living/dining, good kitchen, two fridges, plenty of bathrooms. Nice little verandah with big glass doors, really quite airy and impressive for the price bracket! The 2-story thing means everyone has room for their own privacy, while the large shared areas make it friendly. Oh, and sweet blessed air conditioning throughout.
