It’s literally across the road from a fruit and vege market, woollies + a whole bunch of shops and has the Dutton park train station a 5min walk away. Bus’s stops are for dayz with one being right outside the front door. The room tbh is pretty bloody spectacular. It comes fully furnished, including big desk, queen bed, tons of wardrobe and storage space + a couch. Even has be linen ready to go. Also happy to move the desk from where it is, put the wardrobe doors back on (making it the worlds biggest wardrobe) if your the type of person who has enough clothes to start their own department store :D The roomies are all super cool guys and gals. We all share a meal together often, love having some OG Nintendo 64 mario kart battles, always down the a chat or a hang so it’s a pretty sociable house all round. All up there is 6 of us however the house is split on 2 levels with my girl friend Rosie and I living downstairs while you would be upstairs with the 3 other roomies. The non negotiables are 2 weeks bond, pro active with cleaning and quite during the weeks as we all get busy either going to school or working during the week. Please note that if you aren’t a clean person then this just isn’t the house for you. Go find a shanty town or something to call home instead… Other perks of the house is it has Netflix, air con, and a bunch of board games. with a nice big TV.
