I am looking to privately rent out my 2-bedroom unit in Woolloongabba as I have to move away from Brisbane for at least 12 months for work. I am sad not to be living in my place, and I would like someone in there who will take care of it. The unit is 2 bedroom, but the second bedroom is smaller and contains the access door to the balcony (see floor plan) so it would be better suited for a couple or single person rather than sharing. It's very quiet considering the inner city location and airy, with good breezes which keep it very cool but also aircon in the main bedroom. It will be furnished with all the basics, but not including linen (sheets / towels etc), the second bedroom won't be furnished yet as I want to wait and see whether renters would prefer that with a single bed or to use as a study.
