I love living here primarily because of the locale and the views - the waterfront views are to die for, and it's my favourite part. It's a 70s build apartment, that's been renovated in places to bring it into the modern era. I'm going to Europe for a month at the end of July, so i'm looking for someone to move in for that time!
Modern, spacious and fully-furnished flat in Drummoyne available now. Beautiful and large house in Balmain – situated directly beside Elkington Park. Our house is fully furnished –including all modern appliances - dishwasher, washing machine, tv, etc. It has 4 bedrooms, but we keep one bedroom spare for storage, and/or guests visiting from out of town (doesn’t happen often, but good to have just in case!). It also has a large lounge room, dining room, gorgeous sunroom overlooking the garden, kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge, large oven and stovetop), huge backyard with plenty of room, downstairs laundry, and garage (used for storage - bikes, fitness gear, etc). Other features include polished floorboards throughout and beautiful high patterned plaster ceilings. If you have a car, street parking is available (unmetered and unlimited), and easy to find along our street. Finally, there are two bathrooms in the house, so we split them. It has a stunning view of the surrounding neighbourhood and water views. Table and chairs on the balcony which is beautiful in the morning for breakfast. I've just got the essentials (couch, washing machine, TV) however I think it needs a few plants around the place too. Walking distance to the ferry and buses on Victoria road. IGA, Commonwealth Bank, Medical centre, post office and cafes within walking distance as well. Private parking space available too.

We are looking for a third housemate to join our fabulous little home in Balmain. The apartment is spacious, hasfully furnished common areas and is very much a home rather than " a place to sleep". We are looking for someone who would be keen to join in and be part of it! The room for rent has room for a queen bed and standard bedroom furnishings (no built-ins, sorry!) It also has its own air-con unit, but the room is light and spacious in its own right. Bus stops for city services are literally across the road, and for a more scenic route, Balmain ferry wharf is less than 10 minutes' walk. Proximity to local attractions such as the Bay Run and Mort Bay Park, as well as the numerous pubs, bars and cafes, makes Balmain living, in our unbiased opinion, the only way to live.

The house has separate living and dining, as well as a massive backyard (with bbq for the vibesssss) All bedrooms are massive! Bedrooms come unfurnished, and all of the common areas are furnished :) The house is on Marlborough Street in Drummoyne, a 2 minute walk from plenty of shopping, and the main transport intersection, 2 minutes walk to the Oxford Hotel, massive local parks and of course the water!! There are 6 off road car spots but plenty of parking on the street regardless. There is a 4 week bond, and rent is payed monthly. The room fits a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk, and can take a couple for $30 extra :) Water, gas and electricity bills are not included in the rent, and unlimited internet is split between the housemates ($12/month).
This place is very strategically located. It is roughly a 10minute walk to Wollstonecraft station and about a 15min walk to St Leonards station. It is roughly a 12min walk to RNS hospital. It has a local primary school just down the road with parks and city views only a stone's throw. It is a very quiet place so it is great to be able to wake up to no noise and is a suitable place to study.
