The house is a lovely 2 bedroom, newly renovated house with a backyard. Your room comes with a large, mirrored built-in wardrobe and you would get the undercover car port, too. Public transport is easy, with a bus stop literally right around the corner, less than 1 minute's walk. Bay Run, Birkenhead shopping centre, local coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance, it really is an amazing spot to be in! If you have any furniture you need to accommodate outside of the bedroom, there is *some* space available as well as a shed in the back yard if you require some storage... We would just have to figure out what would work. As for myself, I'm a 31 year old happy person, and I'm told I'm very easy to get along with... I work fulltime for myself. In my free time I'm usually out with my partner, dancing (salsa and a few other styles) or catching up with friends. I have two gorgeous dogs who are super friendly (although they may try to entice you to throw the ball for them!). We buy most of our groceries from there. - 1 bus to birken head point - Lots of good outlet stores, aswell as Coles (during the week after 5pm the shopping centre is really quiet. There are only a few people at Coles at that time so its really nice to shop) - 2 min walk to the park and lovely walking areas. - Natural light - lots of windows If you are a student, I find catching the bus into the city is really easy once you get used to it.
