The location is amazing: 5 minutes walk to Balmain ferry and city buses, 10 minutes to Balmain Woolworths and Darling St pubs. The room is big and looks out over Mort Bay Park/ the harbour. The house has a great garden/deck for entertaining, with outdoor setting and BBQ. Housemates are two professional women in their early 30s. We are social but independent.
