There is air con in the main living area and the house is fully furnished apart from the rooms for rent. They both have built in wardrobes and a good sized bathroom to share. The house has side access if you have a boat/trailer etc you are welcome to park it out the back (gates are padlocked). The room is unfurnished but can be furnished if required. I will be connecting paid tv and wifi in the next month or so, these are included in rent. Other utilities are included as well. Your share will be $170 per week. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
