It's a new home built in april , it's a large 4 bedroom home with 2 media rooms so we all have our own space to chill out in . The local shops are 5 mins drive up the road there is local parks close by to go walking and the neighbourhood is quite the home has ducted air con through out as well . Whats included in your rent : Food , Internet , phone , we split the power every quarter when it comes in . The room is furnished and has a double sized wardrobe but you may want to buy some bedside drawers as I only have a small table on oneside. This unit is in a complex with a shaded pool and barbecue area, the downstairs living is full airconditioned. Unfortunately we're only just allowed to have our own cat here so no pets. You will have your own bathroom with a toilet but there's another toilet downstairs also. Water is covered in rent although electricity and gas will be split when the bill comes, we have unlimited internet you're more than welcome to use but obviously then split that bill monthly when it comes. There is public transport everywhere along the street outside with big shopping centres close by and less than a 2 minute drive to the Pacific Motoroway (M1). There is plenty of parking within the complex as well. We have two spare rooms one furnished with a bed the other is not, only ones currently available for rent but we don't mind which so furnishing is flexible. The unit is in a quiet complex that's not gated. We back into a massive field. The unit has Foxtel and internet which is included in the rent. There is a small back yard with a webber q BBQ and a table n chairs. The unit also has an air con in the lounge. Anyone considering must be animal lovers as I have two dogs who do live inside but are house trained. I do vaccumm every second day to keep the house clean. I have a fully furnished house. We enjoy catching up on TV series in the afternoons, heading to the movies, or hitting the beach on the weekends. We try to keep the place tidy so we appreciate your help vacuuming and mopping once a week and keeping the kitchen clean for the next person. The bedroom fits a queen size bed, has a built in robe, and there is extra storage available in the spare rooms and hall closet. You will only share the bathroom with occasional guests. Should you desperately need a bed, we have one in the guest room we can lend you until you can find one of your own. The living area is air-conditioned to help us survive these ridiculous heat waves. Rent will be $140/wk (2 weeks paid upfront) and paid via scheduled transfer. We hold the lease until February 2018. Happy to negotiate a space in the garage if you need to lock up a work vehicle.
