I have just moved into a unit (20 Jan) in Sutherland. It's two bedrooms, 1x bathroom (with an extra toilet in the Laundry). I have some furniture (couch and dining table), and my fridge and washing machine are on order and will hopefully arrive within the week! There is a balcony off your room, as well as another large balcony off the living/kitchen area. The unit is a 10 min walk from Sutherland train station and the shops. As far as utilities go, water is included in your rent, however electricity will be additional (when the bill arrives). I don't have any pictures handy at the moment, but will upload them asap.

It is 2 minutes from Sutherland station and taxi ranks and opposite Coles and IGA and BWS and Liquorland etc and pubs with entertainment and clubs, what else could you ask for? This Apartment block has a 25 m indoor pool with spa and also a sauna and a Gym (the gym has limited equipment)
5 minutes from Sutherland station, 2 minutes from Sutherland centre. This is a high corner unit in a nice block and its private - can’t see into any other neighbours windows from the balconies... The room in partly furnished with queen size bed and dresser/draws but doesn’t have a built in wardrobe (space available) I am going overseas for 6 weeks from late March, during this time rent will be $300 per week to have the place to yourself :) $230 per week before i leave and when I get back.
