I will consider pets as I have a 10-year-old super duper friendly male, who lives in and outside. he gets along with other dogs, so all would be considered depending on your dog. smokers ok in your room and outside of course. I prefer a working person although will consider students, welfare recipients depending on circumstances. I have wifi although would be looking to share costs if a better data deal is available, no lock-ins. I do not drink alcohol these days and prefer not to be around it too much, although a couple of beers or drinks is fine.
It is close to the centre of Moss Vale as well as 10 mins from Bowral. It is very close to a train station also. It's a quiet area with a large backyard and fireplace. It is also only a bike ride away from the shops.

It's a 10-12 min walk to Woolies and 15 min to the centre of town. There is a nice walk through Spring Creek Wetlands to Bombo Beach that starts at the bottom of our street. It's the kind of place where you feel like you're on permanent holiday, a nice relaxed vibe to the unit. The room can be taken furnished with a double bed or unfurnished. There is a built in wardrobe. There is a 3rd bedroom which I rent out through airbnb. Meaning on weekends there might be one or two guests. You'd need to be ok with that, which may just involve sharing the bathroom for the nights it's booked.
