It's good here at this property because it's safe as there is a electric gate at the front and there is plenty of parking space , also bus stop 19 is directly out the front as wel as Churchill shopping centre , Oh and i/net and bills are included in the rent .
Hello, I will leave Australia to go back to France after one year in exchange program at the Uni of Adelaide and I need to find someone to take my room from the end of June 2017. I am looking for a replacement for at least the month of July 2017 (until the end of my contract) but it is better to find someone ready for a long-stay and sign a contract with the landlord for the next academic year (maybe possible just for a semester). Its an old period house, high ceiling and very ventilated, the bedroom rooms are much larger than normal house bedroom. All rooms are furnished with bed and table, most suit for student and work mate who like to enjoy peace and comfort in her own room. Ducted heating and cooling available in the main living area, the rooms are cool throughout the year so there is not really a need for aircon in the bedrooms. Kitchen area are large, enough for a big family to have lunch/diner together at once. there is a small garden with few trees/plants at the back, mostly small plants and flowers in the pots and are very neat and tidy. There is a bus stop just outside of the house, its only take about 10mins to get to City by bus. All amenities are available just around the corner, there are groceries shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarket just walking distance.
