This is a 4 bedroom home currently occupied by 2 people and 2 doggos. 1 room is set up as a study and the other is available to rent. There is a queen bed already in there, a small dresser and pop up wardrobe (can be removed if necessary). The rest of the house is fully furnished as well but there is plenty of room in the lounge if you do have furniture. We will be getting a new fridge to accommodate a third occupant so if you have one that is also fine. There is 1 main bathroom that we share and a second shower/toilet room that is hardly used. The kitchen is quite nice that has a dishwasher (always a plus in my books) and plenty of cupboard space. We each do our own cooking and food shopping. There's a largeish backyard and a couple of old sheds that we have no use for so they are empty for your own use if needed. We do have a gardener that comes out when needed to mow the lawns for us.
