Walking distance to the Bowral - Train station, post office, public pool (summer only), hospitals, and Bradman Museum, Empire Cinema some via the cycle/walking track. NBN has recently been connected. The only bills are electricity and water - both quarterly and wood (winter). The internet has only just been connected so that is a learning curve. No smokers, No drugs.
