The house is on Beach Rd - it's about 400m to Woolies and Dan Murphys etc, and a 15 min walk to the beach and also less than 5 min drive to town. The house has a hugeeee backyard (and pool!), so dogs are definitely considered providing they get along with the male (fixed) golden retriever currently calling the place home :) The shared living areas are all fully furnished, but the room itself isn't. There's car spaces for two cars in the drive and verge parking.
