Although the number of rooms seems large, the house itself is very spacious and has excellent facilities to accommodate the number of students. Facilities: The bathrooms and toilets are immaculate, and no line ups! There are 3 toilets, 3 showers and 3 basins with mirrors. Hot water runs off an instantaneous Hot Water System, so no cold showers. There is a laundry with 2 coin operated commercial washing machines and a Dryer, a tub and 2 clotheslines in the yard. As four of the rooms have their own en-suites, the bathroom ratio is 8-3. Unique features: Each room has its own telephone line available for connection. There are also TV points and unlimited National Broadband Network connected and available via Ethernet points in each room or wi-fi throughout the house. Communal kitchen: There is a brand new kitchen available for boarders use. Each boarder has their own private lockable fridge and pantry located in the kitchen area.
