My Home is in a Quiet street, Close to Buses and Blue Gums Hotel. Access to the Room is separate from the Main home so Night Shift Workers are not a problem. 4 bedroom house in a lovely area! the house is old and a little bit rough around the edges but it is cosy and homely. There's plenty of room out the back yard for the gardening type if your keen as I've just planted a couple of things and intend to get more happening. I'm 38 and my daughter is 10 she stays 2 or 3 nights a week I work 4 to 5 days a week mornings and Nights I don't drink smoke or do drugs I have a dog named Charlie he's very enthusiastic and love taking him for walks I also play sport regularly and keep fit.. I'm looking for someone to rent the back section of the house which is two rooms, with your own bathroom shower and toilet its like your own private section of the house with lockable door to the back yard. someone working or studying full time, responsible clean and tidy would be great.
