Hi everyone, We are currently looking for one or two new housemates for our lovely Rosny villa. We have two rooms available from late October/early November this year. Great views, plenty of space, lovely open kitchen with an excellent cooktop, three toilets and two bathrooms, three outdoor areas including a deck and a budding garden. There is too much to tell, have a look at the photos. Below is a little about us: We are three guys who have known one another since high school and have lived together for a while. We are a sociable and pretty tight-knit bunch, we enjoy having a relaxed drink, and hanging out and watching Netflix. We cook communally most nights and keep a tidy environment, and generally look out for one another. We have a super-friendly cat named Bam who is literally the most chill creature on the planet. The house includes an espresso machine for those who are coffee drinkers, unlimited internet, as well as a great printer available for those who may be undertaking university studies. Our ideal housemate would be a professional or postgraduate student (these are just a guide - don't let this put you off if you are interested) with a stable financial situation. Someone who is looking for a social house but not a party house. Someone who enjoys sharing a bottle of wine and eating dinner together. A little about us: Kevin is a design student who also has a casual position as a support worker for people with disabilities. He enjoys photography, drawing, and potatoes. Jeff has just finished up his enginnering degree and now working full-time. He enjoys travelling, wine, and avocados. Tim is 10 months in to his PhD in not-for-profit organisational strategy, and is supported by a government scholarship and also works as a tutor at the university. He enjoys reading, talking about the news, wine, and Anzac biscuits. Please get in touch with us if you feel that you would be a good fit for us and our lovely home. Please note: the rent we have listed is dependent on how many people are in the house. With five people, rent would be decreased. We are happy to discuss these details down the road. Thanks, Kevin, Jeff, and Tim
Perched high above Bellerive and the Rosny Park business hub, this villa offers opportunity and aspect. A two minute drive will take you to shops and services while ten will take you to Hobart CBD. The location is quiet, yet very convenient to the civic centre. The outlook from your lounge and dining area captures Kangaroo Bay and invites your eye to wander further afield to the city Harbour and Kunyani. It is a restful aspect which can be enjoyed from the main bedroom also. Cathedral ceilings, split level design, electric heating, solid construction and a desirable ambience all blend to make this a very attractive property
