Love to keep a clean house, will always respect the space I'm in. Would live to move closer to the city for convenience, whether that be with someone or by myself.
Two mates moving down from Launceston to Hobart and looking for a third or possible fourth housemate in the Hobart area. I am currently going into my final year at uni studying teaching. Sam recently graduated uni and has gained a full time position in the Hobart area. We are both clean, easy to get along with, active, and outgoing. Looking for a third or fourth person to move in with to make the house a bit cheaper and also a bit nicer. Get in contact if you're interested! Looking to pay no more than $160pp each a week.
Hello! My name is Chris and I am a dentist who is about to commence work in the Hobart CBD. I'm very outgoing and relaxed, and have OCD, so am a neat freak and very clean. Intimate knowledge of most sports, love the odd hike, and can drink with the best of them. Am also a very good listener.
I'm 37 and looking for somewhere to rent for 6-12 months . I'm easy going, work full time and am a bit of a sports nut that likes to keep fit and active. Am social but like my private time too. Very easy going and like to keep things tidy.
Hi! I'm starting Uni next year but currently live up on the East Coast so I'm looking for somewhere a little more reasonable travel-wise. Pretty much anywhere within bussing distance of either Hobart or Eastlands I can cope with. I have a casual job and I'm looking for a full-time one as well, but I also get Youth Allowance so I'm sorted for rent no matter what until I find one. I'm good at all the basic housemate stuff - getting along with people, not making a racket, cleaning up after myself, paying things on time et cetera and I'm also very chill and agreeable when it comes to working out how things are going to operate. I do smoke but only cigarettes and only outside, I'm happy to go for a wander completely off the property to do it if it's going to bother anyone. Also, my weird name makes me super easy to find on social media so feel free to look up if you'd like to suss me out a bit more. Let me know if you think we can work something out! Thanks!
Moving to Hobart from Brisbane for new job/lifestyle/climate. Will be working in CBD full time, commencing late January - I come from a corporate law background. Plenty of experience in share houses - very mindful of keeping communal areas tidy and considerate of others' privacy etc. Would probably prefer private bathroom but not essential. Love to meet some friendly faces and get to know some locals. Obviously love the outdoors/hiking and broadly enjoy most of what Hobart has on offer (hence the big move). Very easy going. Enjoy evenings out occasionally, movies, a cheeky drink, music etc.
I'm looking for an easygoing, friendly, tidy and trustworthy housemate around 20-35 years old, for a spare room of my 2 bedroom villa unit in Mornington (Paige Court) available now. The unit is modern, low maintenance and fully furnished except for the spare bedroom, but there's a built in cupboard in the bedroom. I do currently have a queen sized bed and a computer desk in the spare room, but if you want to bring your own bed instead, that can be arranged with enough notice. There's off street parking available if you have a car, otherwise there's a bus stop within 200m if needed. It's also a 10min walk to Rosny bus mall (and Eastlands shopping centre) for more frequent buses, or a 10min drive to the CBD. Rent is $170 a week, paid fortnightly in advance, plus 50% of quarterly power and water bills. Included at no extra cost is access to my WiFi (NBN), Foxtel, and a gym quality treadmill you can use in addition to other shared furnishings etc. Lease length is negotiable. The room is only available for one person, and not a couple sorry. As much as I'd love to have a pet here, the unit isn't suited for one unfortunately. Non-smokers only also.

I'm going into my last 6 months of university study and work part time in hospitality. I'm a pretty chill housemate, I keep all communal areas tidy and am fairly laid back! I'm keen to find somewhere reasonably central to the city so I'm close to work and study. Don't smoke and don't have pets but not opposed to housemates doing so at all :)

Hiya! I'm Sheerene, I am 21 years old. I'm from the border of NSW and VIC. I've just got myself a job in central Hobart hairdressing and possibly looking to get some night work bartending. Looking to stay in Hobart for a minimum of a year, but could be more. Keep to myself pretty well, like to keep busy, and I'm clean and pretty quiet. Enjoy a night out here and there, and am pretty artsy. I have a house trained rabbit called Wanda but am happy to keep her as an outside bunny. Would love a chill housemate(s) that doesn't mind a bit of socializing here and there.
In the last 6 years I have lived in the UK, although I am originally from Spain. I have just moved to Hobart in order to start a PhD in wildfires. I like to be among people, but I tend to this outside home. I also enjoy being on my own and focused on my work. My main hobbies these days are travelling, dancing (salsa and bachata) and scuba diving. I am looking forward to travelling around Australia and visiting places such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, etc. I love clean and tidy spaces. I understand that everyone is different and I respect all lifestyles and ways of thinking, but the place where I live needs to be neat and well-kept. I do not mind housekeeping. Some of my interpersonal skills are affectionate, good listener and team player. I love the concept of 'mindfulness' and I try to apply it to each aspect of my life. I love trying all sort of new things. This includes food, sports, new hobbies, meeting people from multiple cultures, volunteering, etc. I am very flexible and I love change.
I'm a friendly, clean and neat lady. I'm originally from Botswana. I have a cute kitty called Amy. In terms of personality, I'd say that I have a bubbly, easy to talk to personality. I am generally quite, and am an extroverted- introvert (in other words I can be social, but also enjoy my quite time). I am able to get along with most people.
We are newly retired US citizens who sold almost everything and started our adventure to live out of suitcases. We are looking at visiting Australia (including Tasmania) from around mid January thru end of May. Current plan is to visit Tasmania for about 4 weeks with 2 weeks in Hobart area then going to other parts of Tasmania. Mark

Hi, I'm moving from Brisbane to Hobart to start at a new job in the city. Graduated from UTAS and moving back to Hobart but I need to find new housemates. I am a tidy person and can both hang out as well as give you your own private space. Please contact me if you are keen to look for a house together. Thanks.
I'm friendly, easy-going, respectful and clean. I am studying counselling and wilderness guiding, work casually, and otherwise love to bushwalk, surf, sail, read, cook and write poetry.
