I have just finished uni and started working. I am clean and easy to get along with. There must be mutual respect for each other. I have been house sharing for 5 years now, and i have never had any bad experiences. I enjoy relaxing over food and getting out on the weekends.
Spacious double bedroom with large built in robe in 2 bedroom fully renovated property - available in Rose Park only 1km from the CITY(!), and next door to trendy suburbs Norwood and Dulwich. The unit is set back from the road in a small group on Grant Avenue with solid brick walls and nice and clean hard flooring throughout (aside from the bedrooms which have new carpet). Bathroom is modern; tiled from floor to ceiling and there is a small separate laundry area. The sleek kitchen has new appliances and storage in a hidden cupboard and butler's pantry. Approx. 10 min walk to Dulwich shops/bakery/Dulwich IGA and 20 min walk to shops and cafes on The Parade, Norwood. Within walking and easy cycling distance to the CBD, otherwise only about 10 mins by bus with plenty of transport links in the area with bus stops very close on Grant Ave/Fullarton Rd (144) and nearby Kensington Road with frequent buses 141 and 142. Also conveniently located right opposite Victoria Park which is a beautiful outdoor space with popular fitness running tracks! The place is fully furnished other than the bedroom available (there may be room for you to bring some small furniture items if required). Sharing with a friendly professional female, looking for a right fit with likeminded person preferably also a working professional. Ideally, it'd suit someone who wants a cosmopolitan lifestyle living close to the city and popular Norwood area but at the same time just away from town in a safe and leafy suburb. Someone considerate, respectful, clean and neat (most important), who has interests outside of work but still able to share the space with occasional chats, drinks or meals together :) Rent is $165 pw, and bond is $660. Bills are shared equally in half (gas/electricity, water and internet). Available 14th November. There is the option to take over the lease mid-end next year as I will be moving into another property. Please get in touch via SMS/email with a bit about yourself if interested or for any queries :) Thanks, Selene
I'm a 28 year old professional (speech path) looking for somewhere to live. I enjoy being outdoors and being able to see trees from the house is a must. I play roller derby, ride my bike and hike on the weekends but I also love some time on the couch with some Netflix.
Great apartment really close to both the Parade and the CBD, Parade is only a 15 minute walk, city is only an extra 5 minutes. 24/7 Coles Express literally 2 minute walk and bus stop into the city the same distance. Large room with built in wardrobe, well kept and quiet area. Unlimited internet is on top of rent but its reliable fast and cheap. Air conditioner in the flat but its not that susceptible to weather anyway. Door opens to a walkway where you can smoke. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to inquire.
Looking for someone to move in ASAP :) Really good location, bus into the city is a one minute walk away, The Parade is a five minute walk away, unlimited internet is only $20 a month! Closest supermarkets are Coles and food land only a ten minute walk and two minute drive away. The room you would be getting is of medium size, comfortably fits a queen bed with multiple furnishings! Our house is very chilled out!
Hi there! With one of our four moving to study interstate, we're looking for someone to join us in our place in Norwood! A little about our place: - We're a short walk from the Parade and the City - A minute's walk from public transport on Kensington Rd. - The room is large, with carpet, high ceilings & reverse cycle air-con. - The lounge and kitchen are spacious and there are two bathrooms, one with a separate toilet. There is lots of room for you to bring any furniture for your room and the house to make it more your own, but we've made it pretty cosy so if you turn up with just a suitcase we've got you covered. We also have plants and a cosy outdoor area for chilling in the sun and having a few drinks and a chat. Our rent is $167.50 a week + bills which are paid quarterly and split evenly, and we all share wifi at $15ea a month. We also share all cleaning and the cost of any household supplies. The bond is approximately 6 weeks rent ($930).
Planning to relocate to Adelaide. Quiet, clean and easy going, enjoys the outdoors. Respect every religion and gender orientation. Not exactly a neat person, but you will not find my socks lying around the house. A simple kitchen or kitchenette suffice as I may cook simple meals occasionally.
Hi there! I am a twenty-four-year-old female looking for a new, creative share house or unit to live in from February onwards, preferably with a year-long lease, and not too far from the city. I have just completed a Bachelor of Music, and am looking to continue studying a Masters in Counselling. I am interested in music, and I enjoy going for walks, drawing, cooking, reading, knitting and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy chats and sharing cups of tea, but also like my introvert recharge time, as well as respecting others’ need for space. I do a bit of singing, so I sing around the house sometimes, but never at hours that convenience others. I like mornings, and having the occasional dinner party. I can contribute well to the smooth functioning of a share house by regularly chipping in with cleaning, doing the gardening, putting bins out, paying bills on time etc.
Hi! I'm a graduated BA student, going into Masters of Teaching next year. I work in a bookshop. I like reading, watching documentaries, cooking and exercising. I have a small, old dog. He is toilet trained, doesn't shed hair, and doesn't bark or bite. He's fine with other dogs. I'm not a big partier. Looking for a friendly house that also respects needs to study. Also, I'm both gluten and dairy intolerant, so prefer to do my own cooking :S
Howdy! I'm a 26 year-old female (human) returning to full-time study after a 2 year hiatus, where I spent most of that time travelling, backpacking and working over in Europe. I've since been back home in country Victoria where I was born, and am ready to return to Adelaide to continue study where I did my original undergrad. I'm a cheery person, easy-going, open-minded, creative and kind. I like to keep shared areas clean and generally tidy, but am pretty flexible if there's a stressful event going on (eg. work, assignment, exams). I prefer to get along well with roommies, making "home" a happy and relaxing place to be, but I also respect other's and my own need for space.
Currently studying a PhD under scholarship and tutor casually. Very clean and tidy housemate, happy to contribute to the household but respect privacy and always pays the rent and bills on time :) Move date is a bit flexible
We're very good company. If I were to describe ourselves as a group it would come down to friendly, fun loving, light-hearted, always down for a good laugh. We enjoy cooking together, watching movies or just having a casual chit chat. We're respectful of other housemates and the property we inhabit. I've known Calum and Amy for a few months since they came here on exchange. They're good company and would easily increase your life experience. We're looking for a place for the next 6 months to call our home if you would help us.

Our house is attached to next door so no loud entertainment such as large parties. Small gatherings and drinks, are fine as long as you take responsibility for noise level and clean up. No smokers or drug users. No pets, sorry. Please get in touch if you're interested or would like to know more. Photos coming!

Hi guys! I'm almost finished with my teaching degree (just a few weeks to go and I'll be qualified) and work in a pharmacy on weekends. I've been renting for a year and a half now and am looking to move out of my current place into somewhere bigger and with less drama. I'm 23, friendly, bit of a nerd but also very sociable. I appreciate a bit of downtime and the need for privacy but am also more than happy to share a few glasses of wine over dinner and chat or play a few board games/video games. I like to think I'm clean in common areas (just don't look in my room >_< the floordrobe is very real) and love cooking. Hobbies of mine include: anime, netflix, games, cultures, languages, playing piano (it's electric with headphones), *trying* to keep fit, going for walks, swimming and hanging out with friends. I tend to be out of the house most of the time as I keep busy with work, uni, family and friends. I'm an animal lover but tend to be allergic to a lot of cats =( Please let me know if you think you have something that'd suit me!
I'm clean, responsible, fun and Scottish :) Moving to Adelaide in February 2017 for a new job at one of the universities, and hoping to find a flatshare in an area close to brunch haunts and bars for weekend frequenting. I'm looking to share with someone 25-40, friendly, who can have a giggle, is tidy and clean, and can maybe even help me get to know Adelaide! If you can cook I will pay in wine ;)
Full-time student at Adelaide University. Looking to share a place in the city, or somewhere close to the city, with clean, tidy and responsible person. *Prefer to share a place with one person only* I am currently sharing an apartment at the East End and have few of my own furniture that I will be bringing with me when I move out of this place (queen bed, bedside tables, desk, bookcase, rugs, dresser, washing machine, coffee table, Tv, Tv table and some kitchen appliances). So I would prefer to find someone to team up with and share an apartment in my preferred locations listed below. I am into health, fitness and anything active as well as art related. I enjoy cooking, playing tennis, traveling, working out and socialising in my spare time.
Hi, I have just started working a grad job in the city, working at the District Courts. This means my hours are 8:30 to around 6:00pm (sometimes later). I am tidy and respectful when living with other people. I like my own space but also like drinking red wine with friends. Other interests include travelling, music festivals, movies.
I work in full time in the media. Really easy going, social, love sports and everything else in between I pay bills on time and absolutely no hassle. Hit me up.
I'm a chef!!! You will always have great food and smells around the house... I'm not a party person as I work too hard, but don't mind a glass of wine occasionally... I don't smoke and I'm not a noisy creature... I'm hardly ever at home so the bills will be minimal... I'm Indian so I cook a mean curry but I work at Jamies Italian in the city... Enjoy some good banter but respect privacy...
