We are young professionals looking for a place that is convenient to run our businesses closely to Earlwood 2220. We are Fitness/Fashion bloggers and full time workers on the go. 25 and 21 years of age and very easy to get along with. Open minds and open hearts.
I'm looking for some easy-going, clean and tidy housemates to share with me and my beautiful Dogs. Currently it's just myself and I have been doing Airbnb for the last 3 years so would be nice to have some permanent people around. The house itself is super spacious and is located in a great street in Belmore, few minutes walk to the shops, cafes and the train station. There's three bedrooms in total so would only be a maximum of 3 people staying and there's two bathrooms too. Belmore is a suburb I think a lot of people don't consider which really surprises me! It has changed a lot even in the last 3 years I have been here, its very safe, people are super friendly and its a very easy commute into the City - either by train or car. The other thing I love about living here is its cheap! Being in-between Lakemba and Campsie means you can have amazing $10 dinners every night and you are spoiled for choice. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and three living/dining areas so there is always space for everyone, its a huge place! Also plenty of on street parking if required or even garaging. Additional bonus's- - unlimited high speed cable internet - HUGE 65 inch plasma with Netflix etc - gas cooking, big kitchen - two dining areas - massive backyard - lots of free on and off street parking - super close to the train and shops - 5 mins easy walk to shops - 7 mins easy to train station - 10 mins easy walk to Aldi - CBD 30 mins by train I have two beautiful dogs as pictured in the photos, they are very loving and friendly but you obviously have to be an animal lover!
24 - Vietnamese. Clean, responsible, quiet and hard working cookery student. I work and study almost everyday from 10 till nighttime. Otherwise I will be only in my room watching movies or music. Not a party animal and rarely brings any friend home. I like pets but I don't own one. Rarely do any cooking at home so do not worry about dirty messes in kitchen.
I am a young French of 23 years, very easy to live with. I arrive in Sydney on may 3, but I have a friend who is currently in Sydney and who can pay my three-week deposit to guarantee me the rental. I am very calm, simple and clean, it is not a problem for me to participate in household tasks. I like practice basketball and read some books. I am also very open minded and I really love to learn from others, especially from people who have different culture than me.
I am a full time teacher who works in the Shire. Love meeting new people, chillaxing on the weekends and exploring new places. I have been told that I am a good at baking things and love to cook for people. I am neat, tidy, clean and organised given the nature of my job. I am respectful and quiet but know how to have fun as well!
Hi everybody, I am Dave, happy, clean, hungry person who loves cooking and I almost always clean as I go (no one is perfect). I always chip in around the house as I believe in living in a home not just a house. I work quite a lot, between 3 jobs, one of them is my own business. I pay rent early and in full, love a good chat and beer, may have a friend drop over for dinner here and there but am absolutely respective of your space. Have share accomd before.
Very sensible, clean and quiet male looking for a place in Sydney to start a career. Originally from a friendly quiet town near Port Macquarie. Generally keep to myself, but would be happy to have a chat every now and then. Not a party person (don't smoke, drink or do drugs). Happy to help with cleaning and maintenance. Can also help with cooking and meal preparation. Currently unemployed but looking for full time work. Have money saved up to help me set up in Sydney and pay expenses until I find employment. I rented in Melbourne during 2016 while completing a diploma in IT.
I'm a canadian geologist and have been working and studying australia. I'm very easy going and laid back and Happy to help out with chores. I am not a partier but love a little social atmosphere within my house where house mates might have a family meal or go out for a drink once in awhile. I love cats so I'm looking for a cat friendly place. I would ideally like to live with no more than 3-4 people in the house. I have quite a few things so looking for a place that has space for extra storage. I also require flexibility in terms of length of stay....min 1 month. I am looking for a furnished room with a built in robe and be large enought to fit a double bed. I do have a car so parking is a must .
I am a 32 year old female. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate.
I am clean, friendly, easy going, outgoing, fun, respectful. Looking for easy going and down to earth flat mates. Does not want to live with the owner of the unit. Wants a place close to the train station (max 10 min walk to the station). A private fully furnished room and kitchen.

Hey dudes, my name's René. I'm 23 which is old as for a student these days. I'm starting my masters in Sydney this year, I been out of uni two years now, did the BSc at the University of Auckland and finished up there end of 2014. Since then I've worked a number of different jobs saving those coins. So that's sorta where I'm coming from on the academic side of things. As for me personally I'm pretty relaxed on just about everything. Or think I am at least. I've grown up a wee bit since undergrad and I can't really be bothered partying hard like I used to. I'd rather get stuff done ya know? A few cheeky beers every now and then doesn't go amiss though. I'll probably be out of the house most of the time I guess, between coursework and sporting commitments, work and whatever other social opportunities crop up. So if unobtrusive flatmates are your thing I'm your guy. I got 'ok' at cooking, since us athletes like to eat. One-pot wonders are a specialty and a couple of them I have whittled down to an art form. Feel free to ask me about anything else I may have missed in this very general summary!
We are very respect couple, very clean, love peaceful life. I am from Bali, my boyfriend is australian.. we are very friendly couple and love to learn some different cultures.. and we love to do adventures.. we love travelling.. and we work hard as a full timer..
I'm a tidy person and easy to get along with. I'm married and have two daughters and a house in Brisbane. I'm currently working in Sydney in the building industry and have been here for 5 mths. I don't drink any alcohol and am a quiet person.
