It is centrally located in Roselands and is a 3 minute walk to Centro Roselands. If you travel for work it is right near the M5 for easy access. The room is currently unfurnished. However can be furnished with furniture in the above pictures if requested. The apartment is a 3 minute walk to multiple buses and the closest station is Wiley Park. Unlimited Internet, and all bills are included in rent. Please contact me to organise an inspection time.
My name is Alice. I work full time at Prince of Wales hospital in the pathology labs there. I'm proud to say I've always been on time with rent and I keep common areas clean. I'm quite friendly, bubbly and like to catch up with my housemates at the end of the day or cook a communal meal once in a while but I understand the concept of personal space as I quite like mine too. Some of my hobbies include; reading, creative writing, music (singing when nobody's home), swimming and dancing. I have a kitten named Evie, and she is adorable. She's litter trained and very well behaved. She gets along great with dogs and children as she currently lives with both. I would love to hear from you guys, Evie and I are very friendly :)

Double Room, 320.00 pw Includes Electricity only. A range of towels provided, Linen, Doonas and pillows. Internet, can be acquired with a prepaid hotspot. The ability to be able to use and TURN a door handle is important. Turning on both opening and closing. Its a noise issue in an old building. Stipulations: Dishes are done, rubbish bin gets emptied regularly and the toilet seat and LID are down when finished. You break it - you replace it. New Stove/oven, new microwave, new washing machine. Im easy going. I am respectful of the other party(ies) space and do not intrude, I expect the same. I have several interests and this is perfectly located for all of them. I am fairly quiet when at home. I have no issue if you want to have house guests as well, real life occurs. I occasionally have previous flatmates stay over as they pass through Sydney, or family from Overseas. I travel often and am not home all the time. Can be like living alone. Lovely neighbours no strangers. Close to transport: trains and buses. 20 Minutes easy walk to either station. 31 or 36 minutes on the train to the city. If you are interested - please display a photo and some information about yourself. I would like to know your age (and place of origin. If you are traveling to Sydney) - when you would arrive and how long you may wish to stay. A little bit about your interests and employment. Be warned. I can be messy. Just tell me to put my stuff away. For an extra $130.00 per week there is use of a small pocket rocket: Suzuki Swift. Vehicle is a manual. Rental cost does not include tickets received by drivers, or tolls not paid, nor excess/deductibles if you have an accident. That said its a great car. A bit about Sydney and transport, and how far to the city: In Sydney you need a car. Public transport is not as fantastic as other cities around the world. Sydney is 110km in every direction from the GPO; in Martin Place in the CBD. Traveling by public transport, it is nothing to travel an hour in each direction to work, often more. It is much cheaper not to live in the city. There is enough public transport to get in and out easily. From Lakemba Railway Station to the City 36 minutes, up to 43 minutes From Kingsgrove Railway Station to the City 32 minutes to 36 minutes 14 Km in a straight line to the city centre. Slightly longer by train. It can take 20 minutes to drive – but not in peak hours. My place is 1.4km from either railway station – Lakemba or Kingsgrove. Lakemba has a whole street of interesting cafes and restaurants and supermarkets, as does Kingsgrove. Roselands has a large tri-level shopping centre. Everything you can find in the city is right near me. Without the city views and nightlife. Be sure to send your email address. On street parking available walking distance to railway and buses Your own fridge Im straight, with person not residing here Tri bunk, as previous flatmates destroyed bed Air Conditioning Big new wardrobe Secure location to live lovely neighbours, not strangers dishwasher Other resident is me Top of bunk great storage area own TV and set top box Potential for use of 2008 Suzuki Swift Manual
For single people: $280.00 per week. Older block of units in a very secure location. Easy walk to railway stations at Kingsgrove or Lakemba. Rent to be paid one month in advance at all times. You are not required to live in your room. WE all have lives and people in them, I have previous flatmates stay when passing through, and overseas family now and then. I like to think I am considerate of other peoples' space. I strive not to intrude. Your room is your own personal space and will be treated like that. The same respect is expected from the person staying. I am fairly quiet at home. When at home. I travel a lot. So it can be lonely sharing with me. I would like to think the cat would be safe staying home with the new person, but its not an expectation. When I travel the cat can go to boarding My partner is overseas - which is why I travel so much. I have a few stipulations: Dishes are done - please use the dishwasher for health reasons. Rubbish bin gets emptied before overflowing and taken out. Toilet seat and lid remain DOWN. Especially before flushing. You break it - you replace it. Quite reasonable as you didn't have to find additional funds for a bond. I have several vehicles, so the potential to use one is there for additional cost - covers the insurance servicing and registration. For an extra $130.00 per week there is use of a small pocket rocket: Suzuki Swift. Vehicle is a manual. Rental cost does not include tickets received by drivers, or tolls not paid, nor excess/deductibles if you have an accident. That said its a great car. If interested chat with me about it. Furnished with bedside table Lamp, bedding, blockout curtains, AC included Balcony nice for the glass of wine Other resident is me Room has a tri-bunk in it, Db on bottom sgl on top Provided: A range of towels, Linen, Doonas and pillows. Air Conditioning, Big new wardrobe, bedside table, tv. Heater. Wall unit with some containers. Double cupboard in kitchen. Own Fridge. Im easy going. I am respectful of the other party(ies) space and do not intrude, I expect the same. I am fairly quiet when at home. I have no issue if you want to have house guests as well, real life occurs. To be discussed before occurring and by mutual consent. Lovely neighbours no strangers. Close to transport: trains and buses. 20 Minutes easy walk to either station. 31 or 36 minutes on the train to the city. My current flatmate is moving out due to a job change - it is very sad to be losing her. This is a townhouse in a small group of eight, with no noisy neighbours. It's a 10min walk to Roselands Shopping Centre and a 10-15min walk to Wiley Park Railway station. There are buses at either end of the street, so there is fantastic public transport. Being close to the M5 also makes moving around Sydney fairly easy. You would be the only other occupant with me, even though there are 4 bedrooms. It is a very spacious townhouse, with a private backyard, BBQ and clothesline (so much better than having to dry clothes inside!). The house is airconditioned and recently refurbished. The kitchen is fully fitted out. Your room is large and private, with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. The room has a queen bed, chest of drawers, TV, side tables, lamps, clock and desk. All linens are included. We are both responsible for cleaning the common areas, but we look after out own bedrooms and bathrooms.
I'll be gone after 2 months! Nice guy. Worldly. Have travelled a lot. Love movies! Can communicate in English, Dutch and French (understand German and basic Spanish)
I'm an 18 year old girl working in childcare, i'm clean and quiet, don't have parties or pets but would love a pet. i keep to myself and do all my own cooking and cleaning but don't mind a chat.
Your room is modern, wooden floor boards, mirrored built-in's, own private balcony, and own marble bathroom. The kitchen is huge, with lots of cupboard space. For pictures of the room and home, please PM me and I will arrange to email the pictures.

Hi, I was born in Canberra but lived in Melbourne since 2009. I have recently moved up to Sydney for a change of scenery basically. I've travelled up here alot when I was younger. I'm pretty quiet these days when it comes to going out but still enjoy going out for dinner and a little socialising. I'm a good housemate because I've lived in all types of share places. I will treat others how they treat me, with respect :) I work as a disability support worker and have done this work for over 10 years now. For fun I love keeping fit, gaming, reading, cooking, music and meeting new people. I'm happy to have a feed with a housemate or mates but will respect them if they like to have private time as we all need this from time to time. Anyway, thats me, if there's anything more you'd like to know I'm happy to tell, Thanks 🙄 bye now.
I am a 32 year old female. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate.
Hello, Im a kind honest person looking for a place to share with someone that has same intrests or we can get along together. Hi, I am a 30 year old, female, independent, professional, who is seeking accommodation for the next 6-9months. Lease is ending in January so happy to move from late Dec. I have a large black mastiff dog, desexed, obedient, who is super friendly and loves to be around people. Strictly outside. So I need a place that will cater for him which has a secure backyard. About me - I'm a shift work who respects ones need for privacy and peace. Equally, friendly and enjoys the company of others, as well as a drink. Clean and tidy is a must! I have plenty of furniture, so I'm seeking an unfurnished bedroom. Look forward to hearing from like minded people🙂 Thanks.
