27 years of age and I've lived well beyond my years. I have been independent since the age of 15, renting a number of private rentals over the years and prior to moving to Adelaide, a housing trust home. I have a number of references who were more than willing to vouch for me I tend to remain a solitary person however I come out of my shell and mingle when I'm with like minded people. I'm currently studying art therapy and running a small online business solutions company from home. Due to the nature of the business I don't need to have clients come to me so my office space is contained to my desk. My passion is creating awareness around mental illness and I'm working towards becoming a peer worker in the future. I love to create! Whether it be with food, woodwork, painting/art therapy, quirky gifts or something to personalise my space such as unique decore pieces. But don't let this scare you off, I have respect for others boundaries and I like to keep a tidy household. Finding someone to contribute with housework on a roster would be great. My animals are my foundation and I would prefer to be homeless with them; rather than to part from them. Both in their senior years (8/9) and my dog being a survivor of a hit run; needs to be in a secure and preferably a smaller sized yard but this is not a necessity. Turbo is my goofy friendly Ridgeback, who thinks he is a lap dog and is stuck to me like a shadow. Batman the cat always makes friends with our neighbohrs and housemates. He's a cat hater converter! I'm living proof! Haha. It goes to show how well behaved they are when a landlord approved my application in the past, based on how well mannered they were with me. Complementing all of our characters and when the lease expired he thanked us for leaving the house in better condition than what it was originally in. I'm quite a flexible, reasonable and non-judgemental person who can adapt quite easily to my living environment and I'm an advocate for mutual respect and open communication.

Hi there, waterfront home at Port Adelaide. Sunset view over the harbour make this a beautiful place to come home to. The home is opposite the Woolstores & overlooking the water. Large bedroom available with heritage Woolstores view and air conditioning Nice BBQ area outside with lawns to chill out on. I work next door and own the property .
I'm a simple and quiet guy, but I love occasional trips to Hindley street or a couple of beers. Been in Adelaide for 18 months, moving to Woodville for work. Can provide a lot of references. Need to move sometime in September, can delay it to first week of October as well if required. My only hard requirements are a good internet and my own room and bathroom. And although I don't own a pet, I love them.
This room features a built in wardrobe, queen bed, bedside table with lamp, a chest of drawers as well a desk and chair. Our home features a large outdoor entertaining area with BBQ as well as a small garden which housemates are welcome to use. Common areas are cleaned weekly, internet is unlimited and included in rent, however other bills are not included and are divided equally. We are both 25 years old, working full-time and studying part-time. As such we don't have a great deal of time to socialise with housemates. We tend to be early risers and get to bed early so you'll need to be respectful if coming home later in the day. The home is close to public transport on Hanson road (but far enough that it's fairly quiet ;) ) and only a few minutes drive to great local Vietnamese restaurants. Ten minutes on the bus to the nearest shopping centre and there is ample street parking nearby. We have three indoor cats and a Chihuahua, they're super friendly :)
I am 27 and work full time in the city in the Fitness Industry. During the week I spend most of my time at work and the gym. Weekends are usually spent with family and friends. I live a fairly active lifestyle and love being outdoors. I love food, cooking at home and trying new places to eat. I am also very tidy. With me will be my 2 year old Mini Schnauzer. He is a beautiful dog who is very loving, well behaved, and doesn't malt!
My Girlfriend and I are looking for a nice and cosy place to stay in Adelaide for several months, end of August. We love travelling and both work in hospitality. We are looking forward to discover Adelaide !

I'm working full time 6-7days a week so won't be home most of the time. I'm easy going person can be friends with my housemates and hang out sometimes and at the same time would love my own space and will respect my housemates own space and time . I'm pretty stable with $$ so there wont be problem with bills .
Im looking for a private room with bills included. My preffered living situation would be with other females as I have had bad experiences with male housemates in the past. I am a fully qualified beauty therapist, having a career change this semester in other studies. I am very respectful of other people and am very easy to get along with. I eat really healthy meaning I cook a lot but I do always clean up after my self. I also must add I'm a non drinker. 😊
Hey I work full-time mostly 6 days a week. I'm looking to move somewhere close to the beach, however I'm not to fussed if it's the right house and people. I'm easy to get along with and pretty chilled. I'm fairly reserved and I respect people's privacy and space as I like to have my own space as well. Looking for a room in an existing share house or housemate of similar age to apply for whole properties. Let me know if your interested. Cheers
