My name is Felippe Martins I’m 30yo, brazilian male. I’ve just moved to Tasmania and I’m looking for a place to stay quiet and relax. A little about me: I love work so as soon as find a job for me I’ll stay less time inside the house. I’m in my big self-development now, so When I stay at home I like drink coffee and read books and do some meditation as well. I like to do my exercises somewhere outside and also in the gym. I like to learn something new everyday. I like to walk around and find out new places and know about them. Sometimes I’m a bit shy another times I talk too much. I share a house with an Australian couple since I arrived in Australia, so I guess that I know how to share a house. I like the things clean and tidy, I’m super organised with my stuff and I hope the others can be as well. I just want a space to rest and have some chat with good people. So guys, please just tell me if you need some more information than I can provide to you. Cheers
Hi, I am Jackie, a postgraduate from the uni and I have a job in a Resort. I am looking for a place for long-term stay, preferable the Clarence area in Hobart. I am easy-going and reliable. In my leisure time, I like hiking, reading or having a coffee with friends. I am not a party animal, so I'd like to find a place which is relative quiet and neat, but I will be very happy to enjoy some wine and cheese with the housemates or watching movie together. Please contact me if you have a room up for rent. Cheers!
Close to eastlands, bus, 50m public swimming pool, parkland... waterview south to Bruny Is. Newly renovated (shared) bathroom and toilet; kitchen, freshly painted bedroom(s). Presently flatmates.com found Apple and Raquel live with me, although Apple just got a job in Adelaide (leaving by May 1st) and Raquel is about to be joined by her fellah (for a few months) until (most likely) they both move out... so they will occupy the master b/r until August, but you would have the first claim to it (if desired) after that time. Also, when Raquel and her fellah move out, I intend to look for (just) one person to replace them, as opposed a pair of people or couple. The rent is negotiable (around $150 p.w.) depending on whether (or not) the price is all inclusive (of bills). I will likely reduce the asking price while the place is occupied by more than 2 people, as compensation for loss of amenity, but then reinstate it if/when they leave or until their replacement is found. The address is a bit closer to Rosny college than it is to the Eastern shore side of the Tasman bridge (5 mins in quiet traffic to Hobart CBD). It has a lovely garden, and I like to keep it as peaceful as possible. Ideally seeking a female student or professional, but all applicants will be considered. I’m a super duper nerd who spends most of my time at uni, so the house is generally not overly busy. It has an exquisitely well conceived garden, which was the life’s work of my predecessor, who occupied the house with his wife since WW2. Also I am an ex-fisherman & chef who enjoys sharing meals etc... Please feel welcome to apply if you value serenity ‘The Castle’ style, but moreso tidiness & peace.
Friiendly, sociable, keep myself and my surrounding clean, organised, don't smoke, love a stay at home movie night, going out to the movies is also a treat, participate in ballroom dancing. Like to cook, like to have a glass of wine, have a chat...also enjoy some time out for myself.
Since moving back to the lovely Apple Isle from the sunny Far North Queensland coast, Lexi (beagle x lab) and I are looking for a place to call home. We both come house trained and since i work mostly night youll hardly know we are there. We sleep throughout the day. Lexi has been brought up inside and so she has propper house ettiqute but she is ok in a secure backyard if needed. We hope we can tick all of your boxes and can find somewhere to call home.
I’m a quiet student that keeps to myself, although I do love a good dance around and some entertaining banter. I’m also slightly coffee addicted. I am an online student studying a diploma in business and I run a small art business, I receive Centrelink payments as my main income. I do have a cat, her name is Avocato. She is trained and is an indoor cat, she tends to only go outside when she is on a harness and lead. Both myself and my cat do come with rental references. I’m 18 years old but I have been fully independent and living out of home since I was 15 due to a family situation. Because of this I am more mature than expected, I don’t really party or anything like that either. I’d love to hear from you, Jenna
I'm Daniel, 22, currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources Management) at Uni by distance. I'm clean and organised, like cooking and going to the gym. I enjoy a good chat and casual wine, but can also keep to myself when work and uni life gets busy. I am relocating to Hobart to live closer to my girlfriend while we look at finding a place together to call home. In the meantime, I am requiring roughly six months accommodation, maybe more, with a bunch of friendly, clean, and easy-going housemates. I will be working full-time and studying on the side. Thanks for checking out my profile; please let me know if you have something available!
Hello! My name is Kyla and I'm a student at UCLA looking to do a semester abroad at UTAS. I'm originally from New York City but I grew up in Bali, Indonesia for most of my life. I'm very social and I love reading, dancing, practicing martial arts, watching TV, listening to music, and all things outdoors. I'll be doing a sustainability studies and wilderness protection program at UTAS and hopefully getting a part-time job in that field as well, so chances are I'll be out of the house more often than I'll be in it! I'm looking for a private room in a welcoming home of friendly and respectful women! I take good care of my spaces, I'm extremely respectful, I'm a great cook, and I'm never excessively loud. If that sounds good to you, then let me know! :)
Hi, my name is Zoie and I am currently studying full time at UTAS. I am looking to move closer towards Hobart. I am looking for a place available in June, and am looking for a long term stay. I am a pretty quiet person, when I'm not out with friends or at the university campus i'll be at home reading, watching Netflix or studying. I enjoy cooking for myself, but I don't cook every night. I am also currently looking for a part time or causal job.
Hi Potential House Mate(s), I am seeking a room either immediately or as soon as June to move into, as my current lease has come to an End. Please send me a message with your Mobile # or Email So I can respond swiftly. I am currently working full time as the Assistant Manager of Liveat Moonah, as well as coaching Volleyball and playing volleyball during the week. I tend to be out until late evening on Sunday and Monday nights due to my coaching commitments. However during the week, I tend to be at home to relax, meal prepping for the week, watching movies/tv shows on my laptop, occasionally ready or sleeping/napping after night shift or early morning starts. Non Smoker / Non Party Animal I do enjoy some wine here and there. I do my best to tidy up wherever I've been in common areas, but I can often leave crumbs of a morning after breakfast. Otherwise my room can be a it messy in a busy week with clothes scattered. I'm 28 end of this year, mature and conscious and respectful of other peoples things and privacy. Please let me know if you have any further questions Thank You Alex
Hi, I’m jorja, I’m currently 19 and studying at UTAS. I also work in howrah at a takeaway shop 3 nights + a week. My partner Kye is 19 and is an apprentice Stonemason. We have a dog named Zeus who is 16 months old and a staffy x whippet. We are a quiet couple, we float about a lot, meaning we’re not always home between us both working and me at University. Zeus is toilet trained and is mostly an inside dog, but only really inside of a night unless it’s raining as he’s a sook and doesn’t like rain.
I am a uni student, looking for a place to stay at least until 3/2020. I am easy-going and want to meet like-minded people, love to keep the house clean by sharing housework and cleaning.
Hi, let me tell you a bit about myself & my situation, I'm 45 years old, I've been a graphic designer since 1997 but now am currently on a DSP, I do smoke, but only outside & I love pets of all types, I'm clean & tidy & have always paid my rent on time. I had been given notice to vacate my premises at Geilston Bay of 8 years, reason being that the landlady that lived upstairs son is going blind and now needs constant care, so he had to move in where I was, so here I am in this situation. I moved out into my mother's house in Lindisfarne, but it's an elderly estate place & can only stay here for 5 weeks (have to be out by the 18th of May), so I'm in a bit of a pickle. I haven't had to look for a place to live in a long time, so bear with me. I could be wanting to stay long term, for over a year if available, but am currently unsure. Looking forward to seeing the place & meeting you if you think I'm suitable. Adam
