large bedroom located upstairs; balcony, walk-in robe and ensuite including spa and separate shower. There is a living area adjacent to the room, this is unfurnished at the moment. Down stairs the house is open plan living with modern kitchen (dishwasher ect.), large dining area and main lounge, entertainment area laundry. great outdoor entertaining area with a large hot tub. The room can be furnished or unfurnished , at the moment it has a king size bed with heaps of space remaining. As the upstairs living area is unfurnished at the moment, I would happily consider this being furnished by you. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs that are use as gest bedrooms. Close to bus stops, Bellerive village and walking distance to Eastland’s, the property includes off-street parking and only 10 mins drive to Hobart.
We have a four bedroom house in the Mornington/Warrane area on the Eastern Shore. A 10 min drive to the CBD, 5 min drive to Blunestone Arena/Bellerive Oval and a 10 min drive to the Hobart Airport. The room will be $90 per week (can be negotiated) in a modern, fully furnished house. The room is slightly smaller than the other rooms in the house, with no wardrobe, thus the cheaper price. There is also only a single bed in the bedroom. This price does not include additional bills such as Internet/Power etc. There is also a bond which can be discussed. Looking for someone who is easy to get along with and preferably in their 20s. Start date is flexible, but sooner the better. You will need to sign onto the lease.
I'm a 29yo student, who will be working at the CSIRO Marine and Atmospheric Research Institute for roughly a month ( +/- a week), starting from the 23rd of January until end of February. So I'm looking for a furnished accommodation, which is not too far from my working place. I'm a clean, tidy and easy going guy, who likes to cook, socialise and is up for mostly any kind of outdoor activities. So in case you have or will have a room available shortly and you think this would work, shoot me text. Cheers, Fabian

Love getting out and about on a day off and enjoying the sun and sights. A bit of a whizz in the kitchen and always enjoy watching a good cooking show with a glass of wine.

Hey! I'm a twenty something vegan, studying honours in zoology. I'm passionate about the environment, conservation, and trying to make a change in the world. I've been living in Hobart for a couple of years now but my current lease is not getting renewed so I'm looking for a room in a place with some like minded, easy going people who like a chat over a cuppa. I don't have any pets of my own but if you do I'm very happy to share a place with some furry little mates (or any sort of animal friend).
I'm am what one would call an extroverted- introvert. In other words if you want to talk, I'm keen, if not, that's good too. In general I do enjoy cooking and keeping a clean house. I come with a beautiful cat, that is very dog friendly and loves to socialise. I am a bit of a home-body, and whilst having one social drink is fine, I'm not a party animal.

Journalist, photography enthusiast who's always down for a good yarn. I'm 24-years-old and completely housetrained. I'm social but have an understanding of what it means to wrap myself up in my covers and binge on Netflix or read a good book. I'm moving from Sydney to Hobart for the year to work for the ABC. I have never been to Tasmania before and I'm pretty excited to get to know the place. I will be working insane hours during the week so will likely find myself in bed on week nights but I'm always up for socialising on the weekends over a wine and good meal (and with Maggie Beer as inspiration - I'd like to think I'm an ok cook).
I am super clean and respectful. I manage a backpackers in the city so my job is constant entertainment. I love socializing, travelling, outdoors and general good times. My bear, Bert the American Akita, is the best dude you'll ever meet. He's super chill and super fluffy, impossible not to like. My life is work, Bert, music and good vibes. If you like bears, respectful housemates and the odd chat and boozer then get in touch. We could make magic happen.
We have just moved to Hobart from Sydney and looking somewhere awesome to stay. Flexible in time short or long term, we are very experienced when it comes to share houses, easy going, chilled housemates who know how to clean up after ourselves. Love a good glass of wine over dinner but will generally keep ourselves to ourselves if that's what you prefer.
