We are two friends looking to join an existing share house or team up to find a bigger house. Both of us are pretty busy, both do a decent amount of cooking so like housemates who clean up after themselves and are respectful. Powerlifting / weights training is a big part of our lives. We are social but also value our time alone to get stuff done! (our max budget 400/week is for both combined, rent only)
I'm a late 30s professional, keen lover of the great outdoors: On the weekends, you'll find me in nature, hiking, twitching and exploring beautiful Tasmania. During the week, I work an office job in Hobart, doing advisory and consulting, helping out at the Botanical Gardens occasionally. Pretty easy to get along with, more on the quiet side, non-smoker, no pets, I enjoy the occasional beer or wine, not scared of cooking up and baking almost anything. I clean up after myself, lots of experience with share houses, always pay my rent in advance, no strange habits I'd be aware of. Looking to move in early July since my current house has become unavailable, landlord going to Asia. Full ID, Police Check, pay slips etc. available if needed. Happy to drop by anytime so we can meet and chat!!
Easy going.Like my space and also socialize with other flatmates when I am with them. Easy to get along with. Working casually. A clean and tidy person. Enjoy Gardening and house chores. I am in my late 50's and Single.
I am quiet, neat and tidy. I work full time in the city and love relaxing at the end of a long day. I clean and cook well and baking is a bit of a hobby for me - I love to share! I have good communication skills, am easy to talk to and understanding of other people's feelings.

I'm moving to Hobart from Melbourne to start my masters at Utas in the beginning of July. Lived in the shared house for the last five years, so know the drill. Neat, respectful and a Banter. Into cooking whenever I'm free and more than happy to share a meal or two. Love to socialize and respect personal space. Looking for a flatmate who's easy going, friendly and always up for a laugh.
Our home is the Zoo Keepers house attached to the Beaumaris Zoo on the beautiful Queens Domain. We have gorgeous view from our lounge room looking across to the Eastern Shore/Tasman Bridge. We have Foxtel in the family room with all sports, movie, documentary channels. Our home is a 10min stroll to the centre of town, hospital, Utas Medical school and of course the Doone Kennedy Aquatic Centre. We are smokers BUT strictly smoke OUTSIDE in a covered smoking area. Our son is school age and is mostly quiet EXCEPT when he plays with his Transformers or a game on his iPad.
If what I'm asking sounds too expensive, *Prices are negotiable* feel free to make an offer. I've got the main room & I'm using the parking space so I am happy to pay a larger share. *UPDATE*: I already have a good candidate for the smaller room. My priority right now is the larger room. If you want a reply your budget must be at least close $250 (to cover rent & bills). Internet & electricity bills are shared. Room 1 is larger and has a private balcony. Room 2 will have one of the single beds pictured. The room/s are in a third floor penthouse with a large living room & kitchen area and huge wrap around balcony. There's only a single bathroom so I hope you don't mind sharing. Secure undercover parking space with swipe access may be available. RHH virtually across the street woolworths, gyms & aquatic centre within 500m bus mall 500m CBD cafes, restaurants, bars constitution dock 500m, Salamanca 1000m UTAS Sandy Bay 15-20 minutes by bus
This beautiful 2-br house with small sunny garden and patio is tucked away on a quiet street in the Glebe, only 10 mins walk into the centre of Hobart. The large open plan living area and both bedrooms have panoramic views of Hobart and Mt Wellington. The house is fully and attractively furnished and has NBN, Apple TV, Netflix etc. Also has small kitchen, laundry incl washing machine and dryer, and upstairs bathroom with shower/WC and second WC downstairs. There is a converted garage attached which is laid out as a rumpus room with carpet and bookshelves - this could be used as a second sitting room if desired.
Hey potential housemate, I'm Sam. I've moved to Hobart to start a new job and am keen to settle in a nice place to come home to. I love to cook, share a bottle of wine or a pot of tea over a chat. I'm the right amount of social for a housemate and I'm house trained for cleaning, tidiness and general noise. I'm really after a home house, rather than a party house.
I like to watch Netflix at home and hang out on the weekends but I will be busy during the weekdays. I am easy going and like to keep everything tidy and clean. Nationality: Indonesian.
We're 2 uni students in our early 20s looking for one or two like-minded housemates for starting a new share house. We're both bright, bubbly and friendly people, who are clean and considerate and would love to find someone alike to us to move in with. Looking at suburbs around the city and close to the uni. We both look forward to hearing from you guys :)
