I’m 23 years old and currently work full time managing a business I own in the Launceston area. Early mornings and work on weekends means I’m away from home a lot of the time. I enjoy my sport, gym, going out with friends as well as having time to myself at home to unwind. I’m honest, respectful and have a good sense of humour. I’m hoping to find a like minded person to start a share house with or join an existing share house!
I'm 20 years old, a uni student and I also work at a local pub as well as playing mid-week netball. I'm neat and tidy and respect others privacy. I usually spend my free time at home or with my boyfriend but I'm not noisy or disruptive in anyway. Looking for a place where people will EQUALLY split the rent. None of this ‘this room is x amount and this room is x amount’ stuff. I’ve worked in real estate for 3 years.
I have an ensuite room in a brand new 3 bedroom house which is relatively close to the Launceston CBD (3-5mins of driving distance) and shopping centres. The ensuite room has a huge walk in wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. All furniture is new within 2 months old and extra furniture will be provided upon request. Otherwise you are welcome to bring your own stuff. PS: 24/7 security camera installed at the front, providing ultimate security.
I'm an Arts student at UTAS with interests in sport, theatre and photography. I'm friendly, but also quite shy and appreciate my own space. I enjoy socialising and having fun with friends and family as much as possible but also need an environment where I can study and relax after university. I have lived in various share houses throughout my studies and have an understanding of the requirements to make a household pleasant for all to live in.

Irish zoologist studying frog buddies in Tasmania and looking for somewhere to curl up when not chasing the small animals around various forests. Easy going and tidy, enjoy watching objectively bad tv with a glass of wine when the opportunity arrives. Love exploring on the weekends and will have a car and be open for company if there are takers. I have two small friendly birds Russell and Bromley tagging along for the adventure. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
My name is Sam. I am currently based in Sydney and am looking to move to Launceston mid July. I will be staying at the hospital for a few weeks so I would love to come and meet you and look at your place. I am an Occupational Therapist and will be starting at LGH. I love to cook and have a wine after work.
Im an 18 year old student, and my situation is kinda messy right now, so I'm looking for someone who can be understandable and flexible while I try to get back on my feet. Please don't let that turn you off, though! I currently live 4hrs away from Launceston in a rural area, and have to move away from home for my studies. Because of this, I am currently unemployed, but will be searching for a job as soon as I move. I'm looking for somewhere cheapish* with internet, but I am willing to clean daily, buy my own food, and even chill out with you if you'd like. I will put in extra effort to make up for the fact that I will be an unemployed student mess for a month or so! *Rent and bills will be paid even before my food will be bought, so no stress about that. :^) About me? Well, I'm a tidy gal who keeps to herself and would rather sit at home and play games than go out and party. I don't smoke, but I am used to people who do, so don't stress! I'm pretty independent, but everyone has bad days I guess! I'm hoping to move anywhere between August 2018 and January 2019, just in time for classes. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions! 》I have a partner who lives interstate for work purposes, and would like somewhere where he would be welcome for a night or two when he gets time to come see me, but this is not necessary.《
I recently graduated from an ICT degree in Hobart and have found full time work as a software dev in Launceston. Very easy to get along with, clean and mindful of personal space. I'm always happy to chat or go out for the occasional social beverage, also a non-smoker. I will be working 5 days a week, generally 9-5 but occasionally later as the job requires. I also tend to visit the gym a few times a week but love spending time indoors and keeping up with the latest technology. I'm happy to help cooking with meals as well.
Hey there, I'm a 20 year old male, living and working in Launceston, I'm a very chill guy, been renting for about a year now and very used to sharing a house. I keep to myself never messy and put in to the house work when needed. I'm pretty social so have friends visit often but am not really the partying type.
