I'm a really relaxed chick from Sydney, NSW. I have an extremely easy going dog named Ruby, and I have references for both myself and my dog. I love being outdoors, though you will catch me veging out watching netflix and eating pasta. I love to cook, am happy to share meals, because it's always easier to cook for more than one person. I study at UTAS doing furniture design.
I’m a 30yo guy moving from Melbourne and have lived in Melbourne since I came here in 2006 (originally from Hong Kong), so I have lived in shared houses before. I’m an oral health therapist and will be working full time, 5 days a week. Not a party animal, drink occasionally, appreciate private space, no pets and do not smoke. I love film and music, world cinema, photography is my side thing, half a foodie, love exploring new restaurants and cafes (but I can’t cook if my life depended on it haha).
Hi, I am an indian student moving to Tasmania for pursuing my masters in University of Tasmania, Newnham campus. I would be living there for 2 years. I will need a place nearest to the University. I am a friendly and trust worth person.
Luxury two-bedroom self-contained fully furnished apartment located within the central business district of Launceston. Apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, washing machine and drier, comfortable furnishings, free wireless internet and a TV. You would have your own private room with a queen size bed and heater. Bills included.
Great location to town, and really convenient to walk to many places. Well presented house with modern kitchen and bathroom. The room is cosy with fresh carpet and a heat pump, located on the second level, overlooking the garden. It can be furnished or not depending on your needs (rent pw would be different).
Hi! I am Joy (Chia-Yu). I am a backpacker from Taiwan. Now I am looking for somewhere to stay and trying to find a job. I really like cooking and shareing with others.
Hi my name is Tim, I'm born and raised in Melbourne but have spent the past three years working in Cairns, Townsville and Adelaide. I'm now on the move again and looking for someone to live with in Launceston. Monday to Friday I work as a reporter so I'm usually pretty quiet during the week, just workout and I'm also trying to learn Spanish. On the weekends I enjoy getting out and about, socialising, exploring new places, having a few drinks and love a round of golf. Clean and easy to get along with I think, new to Tasmania so looking for housemates who want to be a bit social. Anything else you need to know just ask
Hi, I am Manu, I am chef/cook by profession . The people around me always think I am like fresh air and hot water. I like to bring happiness to other people around me with a warm smile. I am very considerate, easy going, clean and tidy. I love music, nature, exercise, cooking and cultural exchange, and I can teach you Cooking if you want to learn :) I enjoy a good chat but like my personal time as well. I like respectful people with common courtesy and with open minds.I want to move into a home rather than just a place to live. I hope we can learn from each other and grow. I live a very healthy lifestyle and don't smoke so being up late partying is not my kind of vibe. I hope to share a place only with one or two people, preferably females and furnished place. Prefer to live in the city or close to the city. Hope to move ASAP. For me, I think place and people are both important. Looking forward to hear from you guys.
Hello to the future room mates, who are wishing to share their space with a prospective pal. This is Bharath, from India. I am joining in AMC and looking for a shared home. I am very companionable person. And I want to transform into a fitness freak after starting my course. So I would like to go for jogging, mountaineering, camping and also spend some good time tasting the local made beers and foods of Tasmania. So it will be exciting. And you will feel my absence(when not home).
Hi! We are an Australian (him) & Canadian (her) couple moving back to/for the first time to Australia. We have been living together for over a year together & been a couple for almost 2 years. My current Canadian visa is expiring & its just about the limit for Kirsten to get an Australian work visa so we figured now is a good time to move to Australia. Looking to get a house share while we initially get set up in Tasmania with jobs & all the stuff that goes with moving countries just for ease of living & meeting new people. We are both super chill & like doing things outdoors & exploring but also like spending time at home cooking a nice meal & reading a good book. Preferences are for somewhere closeish to the CBD area, non smoking household & no cats as Kirsten is mildly allergic We look forward to hearing from anyone that thinks we'd be a good fit
A good friend and I are currently looking to team up with someone/s interested in living in the Launceston area. We are both currently working. I work full time hours during the week and my friend Jack works part time. We are both super easy to get along with and would be very respectful of any other tenants. On weekends we love to go out and do things whether that be having a few friends around, getting a bite to eat or go out for a few drinks. So if a more social house hold is not what you're after then probably not the home for you. (mainly just on weekends)
I'm a decent guy who likes to have a laugh, i'm a happy person with a positive outlook on life. I'm just looking to re build my life following a split from my partner of 10 years. Will be working statewide but looking for a base to work from.
I'd really describe myself as a person with a versatile skill-set, a lot of integrity and a willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy a everyone. I mingle with people very easily and have strong interpersonal skills. Will be coming TAS for this July intake @ UTAS.
