I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.

I am Looking to set up a home where my pets can have great yard to play in , and I can run my PT coaching business from. I am looking to rent Either a furnished property on my own or perhaps sub lease one room to another mature female / fifo worker / student for minimal board who is pet friendly. I am also interested in renting private through home owners rather than an agent . If this sounds like you please PM me. Hi, my name is Keela! I am 19 years old and going to be attending university around Bently. I am looking for a place that wont take me too long to get to Curtin University via bus/train (close to transport). I like food/cooking, I like flying planes and I am a tidy person (so roomates would also have to be good at cleaning up after themselves). I am looking to split rent/teamups of people around my age. I would prefer living with girls, although I am also open to guys as well. I also do enjoy music, gaming, reading and studying. I am studying computing! I am a really genuine, nice/kind and caring girl and I do not tolerate nastiness. I am often quiet, but once you get to know me I am a great friend and very outgoing, bubbly person. I love adventures too! :)
Hi, my name is Tobey. I am looking for someone to share in a large house as I have already got furniture. I'm looking forward to moving from where I am at now and having a flatmate. I am on the disability pension which means I'm unable to work but I am always on time with rent and like to go out during the day to visit family etc I've got a large family so that is where most of my fun comes in 😊 If you're interested in a large house or a house with some storage room in or around those suburbs msg me!
Two story house with uninterrupted views across the Canning River to Shelley and Rossmoyne. Bedrooms down stairs, open living area upstairs. Share with two guys, one working, one a full time student. On a bus route and Canning Bridge station is the closest railway stop. Not a 'party house' but the setting is awesomely good for a bar-b-q and drinks with friends at sunset. NB: Non identified phone calls will not be answered.,
I own a great house which is very central, 1 stop on the train, local shops 5 minutes away and a lovely walk to the river which is just around the corner. I don't plan on renting any more rooms so it will be be two of us sharing. You will have your own en suite. I have a fantastic outdoor area for entertaining, double glazing, security gates. The bus stop with local shops are on the same street. There is secure parking. I would like to share with a professional, clean like minded person who is responsible. The house has a fantastic kitchen and two very comfortable lounge rooms with all mod cons. References and bond required.
NOTE - WILL NOW NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL AUGUST 30TH Clean single room with QB and walk in robe, drawers and TV with DVD. Reverse cycle air conditioning and wifi Own bathroom and toilet Healthy home cooked meals (breakfast and dinner) Friendly Australian couple Use of pool, pool table and outside area. It can be furnished or unfurnished, it's up to you. Currently has Sofa Couch, a new Queen size bed, Wardrobe, two desks, fridge and I can provide a TV if you require one. Has ceiling fan and reverse cycle Air Con, Foxtel. Lots of on site parking and a spare garage/storage room if you need to store anything such as bike, boxes etc. 40 metres to Bus Stop which can get you to Curtin Uni in 7 mins or the City in 35mins. 300 metre walk to the Shelley Foreshore Park and River. 12 min bike ride to Curtin Uni all on bike path. Small shops nearby and Riverton Forum is less than a 5 min drive. I live on my own and work so only around in the evenings and on weekends. I am easy going and flexible. We can work out the internet - I have 500gb per month but don't use much. With Power bills I have lived on my own for quite a while so we can work out what the cost will be with you staying.

I am a laid back person who is happy to socialise with house mates but also enjoy spending time in my own. I'm a tidy person and don't smoke, I drink socially. I'm a sporty person and spend a lot of my week nights out. I'm currently studying but am also a teacher.
I'm a 19 year old who doesn't party and has an occasional drink after work. I have 2 businesses and about to start a third so I'll rarely be home. I want to share accommodation as I'm saving for a house Feel free to call or text
Hi, house trained and a good cook, good at DIY and easy to get on with. enjoy my own time as much as chatting, don't drink or party much, but like socialising... doing a PhD at Curtin, so either near Curtin or Freo would be ideal... looking for a nice place for up to a year, maybe less if I need to travel again for research.

This is my first time moving out of home, I am friendly and easy to get along with. I tend to keep to myself. I'd love to make some new friends in Perth as i'm from Mandurah and new to the city. I make coffee and i work part time at a cafe but can get transferred to a Perth store at any time. I start at Murdoch university on Aug 1st and looking for somewhere closer to the city as the commute from Mandurah to Perth is expensive and difficult. I studied at Curtin for 4 months and found the travel too difficult. Boyfriend lives in bentley so anywhere around bentley, Como, Victoria Park, Bullcreek or Murdoch will be great, anywhere between Murdoch and Curtin on either side of freeway. We will be moving to our own apartment in 4 to 6 months, unsure of dates but preferred length of stay would be 3,4 or 6 months. love to hear from some of you. :)
Genetics/bioinformatics Researcher at Murdoch University Mathematics and Statistics. I'm looking for somewhere within 20 minutes walk from Canning Bridge station. I'd like a social house and enjoy playing board games and couch multiplayer video games. I would prefer a house that is fine with noise during the day and evening (TV/music/video games at conversational volume), until a reasonable time (about 11pm, but flexible depending on your preference). After that I'm happy to keep quiet. I like to keep the kitchen tidy, that is clean benches. I generally will wash my own dishes once or twice a day.

Hey I'm Mikayla and I'm 17 years old. I am currently in year 12 (only have 9 weeks left yay!) and have a part time job.I am planning on either studying criminology next year at Curtin Uni or looking for full time work instead of rushing into more study. I love the beach and animals and am quiet talented in art. I'm needing a place that is easily accessible to Murdoch train station either via busses or trains. So anywhere up South Street or Ranford Road is great!! I would prefer to stay in an all female house though! Thank you and I hope to hear from you soon xx
