Hello 😋😋 So I’m probably not your average 20 year old- I moved up from the country when I was 17 and have lived out of home ever since. I’m a really hard worker- I study full time and work full time. Don’t get me wrong when I do party- I party hard (usually due to me being such a lightweight) 😂 But that’s not the kind of home I’m looking for, as I’m incredibly busy I need to live with likeminded nanna people who prioritise work/study! However would still like to be in a place where if I did choose to go out with my friends on the odd occasion it wouldn’t be a problem 😋 Being clean, respectful and mature is an absolute must for me. Being friends with my room mates is also important to me as I want it to feel like a home. I am a huge fan of wine & sarcastic people ✅ I’m not in a rush to move out currently and am going to take my time in making sure I move into the right home, but would love to meet up and get to know each other to see if we’d be a good match. However am aiming to have a place sorted by July so that I have time to move out during semester break ☺️ I also have furniture which I can bring if needed- leather couch, dining set, washing machine, drier, outdoor set, stools.
I come from France to do my internship, so I would like meet nice people in order to enjoy and discover Perth and surroundings ! I'm open-minded, kind and calm but I love to do sport especially hiking, jogging, playing volley-ball.
Hi! My name's Emily and I have just moved to Perth from South West WA. I’m still looking for full time work but I have a casual job and I can afford up to $180 per week. I've been temporarily living with family since my move and would love to move into a permanent home as soon as possible. I'd love to find a clean, safe and happy share house or team up with some other like minded people in their twenties or thirties to find a new home to rent together. I’m looking for something stable and permanent, I’d prefer my own bathroom, air con would be great, and as I have a car I would need a parking spot. I love to laugh, chat, listen to music, cook, watch movies and TV shows, play video games and board games (I've got a Nintendo 64 so how could you not want me as your new roomie?) and I'm more than happy to do all those things with my room mates but I also really enjoy my alone time. I'm a considerate, funny, friendly person and cleanliness and taking pride in my home is very important to me. I'm conscious of security, energy/water consumption and into recycling. I don't want to live in a party house, but happy to have friends/family/partner over. I love cats and dogs but don't have any of my own, so I hope you do! Also sexism, racism and homophobia really bums me out so I'd like to not live with people like that. So if any or all of this sounds good to you please shoot me a message so we can chat, meet up and hopefully like each other enough to want to live together! Cheers, Emily.
Student. Interests include sport, red wine, coffee, gardening. Clean, studious, pretty quiet but up for interesting conversation, house dinners etc. Love cooking and happy to cook a meal for everyone on occasion. Looking for like minded housemate/s. I have a dog who is well trained, hypoallergenic, non-shedding, house trained, well behaved, non-destructive, cuddly, playful etc etc.. While I take full responsibility for him, it is likely he will try to get himself some attention / pats / cuddles / play time with housemates every now and then.
Two rooms available due to losing two fantastic housemates - one to travel, the other to his job. Spacious and modern house that offers both privacy and social spaces. Both bedrooms are on the second floor with split aircon and plenty of natural light. The upstairs bathroom is available solely for the tenants of these rooms. Most of the second floor is available to you and includes its own lounge area and balcony. We have superfast NBN too. The kitchen and lounge downstairs have all utilities and amenities available for use and opens up to a large, private outdoor area. The Shelley foreshore is 4 minute walk down the road. We are also a 5-10 minute drive from multiple shopping centres including Riverton Stocklands and Carousel Mall. Curtin Uni is a short drive down the road too for any uni students looking.
Hi, I am young but not a party animal, I’m respectful of others and am quiet. Friendly and easy going, always up for a chat and and respectful of other people’s privacy and personal space.
Matt and I are both fun, cruisy, bubbly, easy going country kids from the South West. I have lived in Perth before while completing Uni at Curtin. We are clean, like to be social yet also like to have our own space to retreat to at times. Be are both a bit goofy and like our Sci fi and fantasy (huge Firefly fans!). I am very into the environment and wildlife conservation, currently working for an environmental management company. My boyfriend is a pool supervisor/ lifeguard, as well as a live action photographer. We are both into our photography with my main interests being wildlife photography and scenery. We both love our live music and entertainment. I need to move to Perth for work around the end of June/ start of July, with my boyfriend aiming to move up eventually to join me. We are open to any rooms available with space for a Queen and some bookshelves, but ideally we are looking for a master suite/ master room. Location hopefully within reasonable distance to Bibra Lake or Caversham. We look forward to meeting our potential roomies! :)
Hello guys! I'm Alyssia! I love to have fun and I'm incredibly laid back! I can't handle residing in a messy home, and I'm also a great cook. I'm really excited to start this next chapter in my life and I really hope you'd love to join me! I have a little kitty cat called Shazam, he's 2 years old as of 14/02/2018 😍 I'm a full time student and like to kick back in my down time!
Hi I'm Bek, I'm a chilled out genuine chick who likes to relax after work and watch netflix. I work fulltime in Como and I'm out quite abit. I play football and have a cool cat named george who loves dogs and head scratches ☺🐈
The property is a brand new 4x2 house in a very central location. - 12 minutes to CBD - Close to Bullcreek Train Station - 8 minutes to Curtin Uni - Shopping centres, gyms & entertainment close by - Quiet location - Bills included (no internet yet, but is coming)
Hey all. A friend and I are looking to apply for rentals but are wanting at least one if not two extra people to join us to make everything that little bit cheaper between all. We are both mid 20s, love sport, clean and social but also respect privacy. We are looking to live near train stations and bus stops between Murdoch and Canning Bridge as we go to Curtin Uni makes things easier but open to living with people of similar age and personality. If anyone is interested feel free to send me a message and we could arrange a coffee to see if there is a good fit there for roommates.
I have 5 years of experience living in a shared house with a variety of people, from all walks of life during my time in Murdoch University. I am: 1)clean and will always clean up after myself. Am willing to do my part in maintaining the premises. 2)a generally quiet person. Not really into partying as I prefer to spend my time watching shows or playing video games in my room. 3) prompt with payment. 4) open to feedback from anyone of my housemates if I am doing or not doing something which upsets them.
I am a Graduate Research Assistant, pursuing PhD at the Murdoch University and also a part time tutor. I am looking for a room (preferably with private bathroom)/granny flat near the Murdoch University. I am very clean and tidy person who works most of the time at the uni. I love to cook and watch movies during my leisure time. I am a non-smoker/non-drinker and do not have any pet to cater for.
Just finished traveling and visiting family over East and just looking for a new place at the moment. I'm studying and I work, I'm quiet and pretty much keep to myself I'm near and tidy.
Hey! My name is Lauren and I am looking to move to Perth from Melbourne, to start studying at Murdoch Uni (BSc/DVM) in Semester 2. I am wanting to move over around the 17th of July to give myself a week to settle in before orientation at uni. I am coming to Perth 2/6 - 9/6 to inspect houses and sign a lease, so I can have a month or so to move my gear interstate. I'm an avid gamer (PC and tabletop) and reader. I currently volunteer at the veterinary clinic at the RSPCA Victoria in my spare time and work at a pet supply store. I am easy to live with, and enjoy spending time by myself, but am more than happy to share a few drinks and chat and spend time with the household. I occasionally have friends over to hang out or study, but usually no more than two at any time (at this stage I only know two people in Perth anyway). I keep a clean and decluttered room and am more than willing to share household communal chores. I am currently living at home, and look after my room, the bathroom and kitchen. I would be cooking for myself unless you are wanting to cook together. I am looking for a place that is within walking/biking distance or around 15 minutes via public transport to the main Murdoch campus, to reduce my travel costs (and help the environment!). A private bedroom is ideal, but I am fine sharing a bathroom and the rest of the accommodation. My studies require internet access. I am comfortable sharing a house with couples, men, women and non-binary individuals, and also with people who identify as LGBTQIA+. Pets are also more than welcome! I will be looking for part-time work when I come to Perth. I currently have enough saved, along with supportive income that rent and bills will not be an issue. With my studies, I may have to travel for placements and programs. I will occasionally go back to Melbourne during the uni breaks to see my family. If you think I would be a good addition to your household, please get in contact :)
Going to be an international student from Singapore in 2019 at Murdoch University! - Catholic - No pets - Enjoy learning and just chilling around the house - Open to try new things - Easy to get along with - Fiercely independent
I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake. I have to drive to work, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so some kind of parking spot is needed. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music , going to gigs when I can. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing away on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Regards Dave
