Hi there! Jordan, 28, French lad working abroad as a teacher for a few years now. Used to live with international flatmates for about 5 years now, whether it's in France, the UK or the US. I'd say I am much laid back and very easy to live with. I enjoy spending quality time with the people I share a home with, but also appreciate some alone time every now and then, in order to focus on my job, which will take a lot of my time. Looking forward to meeting the perfect household ;) PS: Let's converse using emails, as I do not have an australian number yet. I am arriving in a couple of days. Cheers!
Moved to Wa from QLD in 2017 and currently studying full time. I'm social but quiet, respectful and clean and enjoy cooking and taking my dog out for hikes. I need somewhere to stay for me and my dog for at least the next 6 months while i complete my studies.
Heya! I'm Shannon, currently studying full time at Curtin Uni. I have two jobs, one at a theme park and one at a restaurant and am usually quite busy. I like to bake, travel, read, watch movies and shows, have a drink with friends and play sport. I am a tidy person and clean up after myself. I am friendly and love having a chat with people, but I also like my own space at times. I am easy-going, considerate and respectful of other people's space. Looking to move out to be closer to work and uni.
I am moving to Perth from Albany to study an Arts Degree at Curtin. I am a devoted christian who attends church every Sunday. My hobbies include baking and shopping. I also have a friend in Albany who is studying at Murdoch and she also needs a place so if possible we would like a room each.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Salter Point is a great area that is close to public transport and not far from the city. Waterford Plaza and Curtin University are both very close. The house has a pet Cavalier King Charles that's super friendly and sleeps most of the time. The house also comes with a pool.
Look no further. Best property, Best house mate! Please no time wasters! Looking to team up with two other people or a couple to take over the lease by the 22nd of January, maybe sooner or later depending on how soon my house mate will be moving out . This new, two story 4x2, double garage fully ducted reverse cycle aircon home is definitely the best option south of the river you will find on flatmates. It is located on a quiet street with a small park across the road. The best neighbours you could ask for! The open plan living offers plenty of space, privacy when desired and it is really easy to keep clean. It has a modern kitchen gas stove top, electric oven and gas hot water system. Plenty of storage space 2x Wall cubourds. There is a cozy entertainment room that will have a great natutzi couch with a 70inch flat screen tv which will be rarely used by myself as I prefer not to spend too much time on the couch. Looking to have just minimal amount of furnishings in the house so if you have just a room full of furniture such as a bed side tables and draws that would be ideal. I have dinning table, buffet, couch TV, microwave, fridge and will be organising a washing machine. The area Outside I will organise an out door setting. It has low maintenance gardens front and back with a small section of grass that is the only part that requires watering. There are buses that run to curtain just down the road as well as an IGA shopping centre 1-2 min drive or 2-3 min drive to Stockland shops, where there is a coles, KFC, McDonald’s and a lot more. The Karawara shopping centre is also fairly close near curtain UNI. I have been sharing this house with one other person for 12 months and occasional the family would stay a few days when up from their farm. It is a place I simply don’t want to leave as it is so setup for comfort and easy living. The right people will be able to prove their income and previous acomodation with sound references for the property managers to approve. The lease is expiring at the beginning of February the 13th and I’m sure we can take over the lease sooner than that. The larger room rent will be around $150.00 - $200.00 and the smaller room will be $100.00 - $150.00. For a couple $300.00 per week should suffice. Bills will be shared equally.
Beautiful clean and modern decor, gorgeous fireplace in winter. Nice outside alfresco. Very close to the river for beautiful walks, kayaking etc. Great public transport links - close to Bull Creek Station. Fun, friendly girly house. Fast NBN and Netflix. Lots of storage space and parking. Convenient for Curtin and Murdoch universities.
Hi, my names Jack. Currently a student in my last year at Curtin University. I work part time as most students do. I'm fairly easy going when it comes to living as I tend to keep to myself. At the moment I'm looking for a room to rent close to the Curtin Uni area for my final year.
I'm starting a masters degree in speech pathology at Curtin, and work part-time at a pharmacy. I lead a very active lifestyle, and am always on the go. I enjoy going to the gym, playing the violin, and always have a crafts project I'm working on. To unwind, I like listening to music, relaxing and watching Netflix at home. I'm looking for flatmates I can hang out with, and a comfortable space I can call my own.
I got two rooms for rent in Bull Creek, very close to Murdoch University. This includes a bed, desk, chair, and a built-in wardrobe available in a fully furnished house. Fully furnished single bedroom with a king single bed. The property is located in Mount Pleasant, a 2 minutes drive from Garden City, 7 from Murdoch university, and an 8 minute walk from Bullcreek train station. The area is safe and beautiful, Swan river is only 5 minutes walk from the house, so if you like long walks or cycling you will enjoy the gorgeous view of the river. Shell petrol station, IGA, post office, cafes/restaurants are 300 meters away.
Hi! My names Lara. I’m super cruisey and easy going. I am a student currently studying psychology and I’m originally from Albany! I'm looking to live in a moderately social household, however i am studying and do need to study some of the time (unfortunately). My ideal living situation would be somewhere close to Murdoch University or South Perth. If you have a place that fits this criteria, please do message me! I look forward to hearing from you all :)
I work at an IGA while I study forensic biology and toxicology and criminal behaviour at Murdoch University. I enjoy playing netball and softball but due to certain circumstances, I don't play anymore. I have a boyfriend who I've been with for over a year and we tend to spend a couple of days per week at each others place. I am hoping for a cheap place to live that is flexible with my partner coming over.
Heya, Need a room from Feb. 10th, I am a research professional at the Curtin University Tech Park. Regards Mahavir
Originally from South perth, Very respectful of other people, easy to get along with and very neat and tidy. I work various hours in multimedia/advertising and business development projects. My interests include flying fixed wing aerobatics which I still do from time to time, spending time on the stock market and going out and living life. I also have a husky that I walk most days although he doesn’t live with me. I always pay my bills on time and I never have any problems with my house mates. Look forward to meeting new interesting people and finding that space to share in comfort.
Were both very friendly, easygoing people who like to keep our place respectably clean and tidy. Peter works full time and I’m in my last year studying architecture at Curtin uni. Have lots of hobbies and like anything from going camping, to staying in with a movie or a puzzle. Not huge party animals but don’t mind if others are! Still love a social outing and drink or two. Don’t have pets but we love all animals so open to a furry flatmate addition too ☺︎
My name is Alice, 23, Sri Lankan but I grew up in Dubai. I moved to Perth for uni and is currently studying at Curtin University. I've finished my 1st year and will be starting my 2nd year in March. I work part-time for a reputable jewelry store 2-3 days a week. I'm very friendly and get along with anyone and everyone. I'm not a party person but I respect other people's choices regardless. Ideally looking for a nice bedroom with ensuite or otherwise is fine at somewhere that's not crowded and very clean. Thank you so much and I look forward to hearing from you!
Easy going and considerate female who likes shopping, reading, browsing the internet, dining out and spending time with family and friends. I am very respectful of other peoples property and I always keep my home clean and well maintained. I work from home so will be coming and going a bit but apart from that Im pretty quiet and keep to myself.
Hey, I'm Elise. I'm nineteen and currently at Curtin Uni doing Urban Planning. I like to have a pretty active social life, and don't spend that much time at home. I'm friendly and get along with pretty much everyone. I have a healthy dose of common-sense when it comes to household responsibilities and like to keep everything pretty tidy and clean. I've lived in a share-house for about a year now and looking for a new place as my lease is up.
Hi! I'm a full time teacher who travels during holidays and rarely spends a weekend at home. I love keeping fit and in summer you'll mostly find me at the beach or snorkelling. I've done a fair bit of flat sharing so I know that being respectful of other people's property and personal space is a must! I'm also very clean and tidy (I'm not about to shy away from doing my fair share of the chores) and I always pay rent and bills on time. Hope to hear from you soon 😊
Student at Murdoch University. Looking for a place for myself. Prefer to have my own space or share with one. Like to have a social life but also like to have a quiet lone time. Looking for a studio/ granny flat/ apartment or a unit.
I'm a 20 year old apprentice chef, I love travelling, cooking and hanging out with friends. I'm clean and respectful of peoples space but also love to socialise yet also love my alone time. I'm looking for somewhere nice to live where I can get to and from work easily.
