I have great references, and plenty of share house experience. I am pretty easy going, like to socialise but enjoy my own space as well. Hobbies include learning foreign languages and reading. Clean, tidy and respectful of the house I'm living in. Main requirement is a stable internet connection as I sometimes work from home as a software engineer. Outdoor hobbies include bike riding and fire dancing. Definitely not one to stay inside watching TV all day - I'm usually off trying to learn some obscure skill or 'nother.
I live elsewhere (miles out). Just need somewhere to sit 3days per wk (Sun-Tues: 8am-8pm) / be able to cook lunch when am in town for work. Somewhere safe for my 2xchihuahuas to sit when i have to go off to meetings. I go home down south of an evening to be with partner take my dogs with me. I am very clean and tidy as are my two chi's.
We are an engaged couple with a 6 year old male bichon frise x maltese shih tzu puppy. We are self employed personal trainers looking for a house mate or couple to become flatmates. We own our own business and work full time from 6am till 9pm so we are barely ever home. Our puppy comes to work with us too, so no need for him to be home alone. We are after 1 large unfurnished bedroom with bathroom attached if possible, and 1 car park garage or car port will be sufficient. Air conditioning and heating is a must. We can work out the finer details down the track.

I am kind, tidy, respectful of people's privacy, non smoker, don't take drugs and drama free . Would like to share with kind , like minded person. Prefer Modern Residence or a room with En-suite or Granny Flat. Do a lot of travelling to visit family in Rural S.A. and Victoria so away often. Have quality up to date references. Thank you. Tony
Seeking self contained granny flat or studio with own bathroom and cooking facilities. Independent with work taking me away from home up to 4 days a week. Seeking room with ensuite/own bathroom, not willing to consider a shared bathroom with unusual shift times for work. Suburban Adelaide preferred, south, east, west or north-eastern all considered. I am semi-retired but work part time for SA Government agency. Accordingly I have all expected documentation available regarding national Police Checks, accreditation from Dept of Communities and Social Inclusion for all screenings including working with; vulnerable persons, children, aged care and persons with a disability. I also hold a current first aid accreditation. All available on demand. I am a quiet non-smoker single still working part-time to supplement public service pension. I have references available from real estate agents and other work related referees. Ideally I will be available to move December 2018 any time period but negotiable for 6 months.
My name is Jorgia, I’m 24, working at Woolies in nightfill down south but looking to transfer stores up to the CBD location come early February and have recently been accepted to study Journalism at the uni SA Magill campus come mid year. I have a great love for music, fashion and art. I’m extremely friendly and talkative but also appreciate my down time and can respect others space, I have a beautiful almost 8 year old cat who has a personality everyone falls in love with, I’m quite keen to bring her along with me, she is short furred and makes minimal mess which I am always on top of. I’m happy to keep things clean and love to garden. ** 420 & LGBT+ friendly is a must. **
I work in a Hospital full time, and casually work in events on the side. I am looking to get a place by around mid-November that is possibly pet-friendly, as I want to get a doggo at some point. I have the house necessities, such as a washing machine, couches, fridge (If it fits) etc. I dabble in writing music as a singer/songwriter, and love a good beer on the weekend. I am a happy, sociable, respectful and clean guy! Happy for you to be locked away in your room or to be having some friends over. Let me know if it sounds like you could be a good team-up!
Hey all. I work at an Accounting firm. Generally, keep to myself but would be up for a chat. I like things clean and tidy but not a neat freak as such.
If you are studying or working in Magill, in the hills, or in the city (or somewhere in between), then I highly suggest that you keep reading. I have taken over this excellently located house in Magill, and I am looking for someone to join me. If you are a student at Unisa, this is a brilliant location. Unisa Magill campus is literally at the end of the street. A five minute walk from the front door gets you to your lecture, making getting to classes on time super easy. The B10 bus into the city stops just around the corner, making transit into the city easy for anyone who works or studies in the city, and if you want to get into the hills, you can get on to Norton Summit Road without seeing a single traffic light. The there is a backyard, with a vegetable garden planted with a range of herbs and veg for the discerning cook. Figs, plums and grapes are also for the taking. There is also a large undercover entertaining area, and a garage/workshop if you need to store things or if you're feeling creative. The kitchen and living area are both quite large, plenty of room for living in. The front yard has sadly been neglected prior to me recently moving in, but this is in the process changing as I am in the process landscaping it over the next few weeks. I intend to make this a very nice place to come home to in fairly short order. Internet and normally sized bills will be included in the price (I do have a bit of a fair use policy though). Amazon prime video is included. The house also has ducted heating/aircon If you happen to be studying Psychology, You are welcome to my bookshelf, which contains about a metric tonne of books on the subject. Exaggeration? you'll have to decide for yourself. I love furbabies, but unfortunately the landlord does not, so I am afraid that pets aren't an option. There is also a couple from Italy staying here. they are very quiet, very friendly, and very tidy. Some people enjoy taking recreational drugs or smoking. The good news is that if you don't enjoy that kind of thing, then this is a great place for not doing so. Hey, I'm 25 and am looking to move around late Dec beginning of Jan. I have a small dog who is very low maintenance and well behaved. Loves a good cuddle and will warm to anyone. I work full time (8.30-5) for an insurance company. Love socialising but also love some down time :) Preferably would like a place in the eastern suburbs, but I am willing to move else where.
I am a Scottish recent graduate of University here to try and maybe start a new life for myself, and also travel around a little. I’m looking for a nice little home hub I can call my own. I’ve been living in shared flats since I was 18 and been loving it. I’ve made some great friends through out the years and enjoyed meeting a broad range of very different people from lots of different backgrounds and beliefs and cultures. I love learning new things and coming to understand more about people and their stories. I’m very tidy and tend to clean as I go. I’m very sociable, but also understand and respect everyone’s spaces and alone times. I enjoy a wide verity of activities and events and would always be up for trying or learning something new with my flat mates, or even having a nice day in playing video games watching movies and just chilling. I am polite, understanding and a real easy breeze to live with. Hoping to hear from you soon Robert
Hi, we are a travelling Serbian-Swiss couple based mostly in Barcelona, Spain. We are coming to Adelaide as I (Jelena) have been invited to do a research stay at the University of South Australia. We are both freelancers and we have our own businesses. I'm an e-learning specialisit and Adres is a stock market investor. We are quite active, like to walk a lot, do cultural activities, travel, dance salsa, cook and eat amazing food. We're looking for a very comfortable bed, this is our first priority. We'd like to live with clean, tidy and respectable people, regardless of their age. Looking forward to meeting you!
Hey! I'm 22, and looking for a room to rent. I'm a full time student and also work at a homewares store. I'm a very social person and love hanging out and meeting new people, but I also respect that everyone needs space sometimes! I love animals and Harry Potter, and my hobbies include bouldering with my mates and playing footy.
Just looking for a place due to my lease ending. I'm friendly and easy going. I work as a chef in the hills so I can cook some damn good food. I also have a fish (has a small 8L tank) that I would need to be able to live with me.
I am a full-time engineer. I am on 2 weeks on 1 week off roster. So basically most of the time I will work away from home. I am looking for an unfurnished room in a furnished house/flat/apartment. I have own bed. Or if you have storage for putting my bed is also fine. I am pretty quiet and care about hygiene. Especially not a party animal if it comes to that. I am a non-smoker and don't have a pet. I expect reasonable rental since I will not be at home most of the time. I like cooking in my spare time and share my cooking especially good at Asian food. And at same time do some jogging along the beach.
Hi my name is Glen and i am looking for a quiet relaxing environment to call home. I have recently arrived from Melbourne and am a fully qualified carpenter looking for a change of scenery. Currently unemployed but am looking for work and have a stable income in the meantime, so will have no trouble paying rent. I am pretty laid back, easy to get along with. I am looking for a drama free house. In my spare time, i like to go to live music gigs, spend time with friends. I enjoy cooking and am pretty independent, clean tidy, no mess no fuss. I am looking for a furnished room, not fussed on gender and i love animals so no problem if you have pets. I can afford around 160pw including bills and would love to hear from you soon. Thanks for taking the time to read this, :) Cheers Glen
