Beautiful home in a quiet part of Belgian Gardens. There is a goat track adjacent to the house that goes up Castle Hill. It is a short drive to Pallaranda, the Strand, city and castletown - all less then 10min away. There is a deck out the front, for bbqs and drinks, that overlooks Cape Pallaranda and Magnetic Island. You will have your own bathroom except when guests come to visit, which isn't very often. There is also a deck out back if you like a relaxing spot to sit and chill.

Hey guys :) I have recently moved from Sydney to Townsville to study full-time at JCU, and am looking to move into a share house shortly to meet new people. I am very clean and quiet, and keep quite busy most days thanks to uni/work/gym. I do like to socialise though and occasionally go out on weekends, enjoy a bevvy or two but am not a crazy party animal and respect everyone's privacy. I also happen to have two friendly dogs who are moving with me, they are both purely outside dogs and I clean up after them religiously.. I know it's a big ask to move into an existing house with dogs but they are very well behaved and would be solely looked after by myself.
Very close to all amenities----The Strand ---City ----Shopping Centres-------Airport Stagpole House is a large Queenslander with lots of space with a huge deck out the back that is just divine to sit there and chill out The area is a quiet respectable area and the street is lined with trees --very quaint
