Great property. Located in the quaint little town of Richmond. Plenty of shops and cafes down the road. 10 min drive to Sorell, 20 min drive to Hobart. There is also a bus stop out the front of the property. There are 2 rooms available, so you could have a second room for storage/your own hobby room. Large back yard and shed. Bills will be shared equally. No internet connection yet, but nbn has finally been installed in this area so we could set one up :) Semi-furnished, fridge washing machine sofa and dining table all set up, just bring furnishings for your room (bed ect).
I have been studying at UTAS and soon will graduate. I am quiet, clean, friendly. I have been living in shared houses in the past two years and never had problems with any house mates.
The house is across the road from the beach, 5 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the city of Hobart. Public transport is available. It is close to shopping centres, great outdoors scenery, walks, restaurants, a resort, etc. It's a peaceful and quiet place and the house has a lovely courtyard and garden with fruit trees and berry fruits, grape vines, etc. There is abundant wildlife, water and recreational pursuit opportunities. Bills (unlimited broadband and electricity) are included. 1 large room is available short term 4-6 weeks. If an investor buys the property you can stay longer The room is comfortable and private and fully furnished and would suit a couple ($70 extra)
Master bedroom with small ensuite. $200 for a couple. Has a spa but not in use. Hand held shower in ensuite or you can use the main one. Very large walk in wardrobe with cube shelves. Room opens onto deck. You dont even have to go through the house. Very close to beach, shop and bus stop.
Easy going, gsoh, clean, tidy, quiet. Moving back to Hobart after living in Brisbane for years and hope to get a truck driving job based in Brighton. Meticulous in paying bills and rent always comes first. Ride a 900cc motorcycle along with a car so tend to keep active on the weekends and certainly not a couch potato. Would prefer to share with a mature female. Happy to do my share and more about the house, handy at fixing most things. .
Hello! I am Ash, I moved here from Launceston earlier this year. Me and my partner, Kiarna, are looking for somewhere to stay whilst we study at UTas together. I'm studying at the Conservatorium of Music - but I always have headphones on, so don't worry about me playing music out loud, and I don't play any instruments. Kiarna is planning on studying Art/Animation next year. We have a medium-sized, charming therapy dog, Troy, who loves other animals and gets along well with people. We are very quiet and tend to keep to ourselves, so don't worry about us causing any disturbances or having "wild parties". I am very organised and enjoy keeping my areas neat and tidy. Please send me a message if you are interested in a teamup or have a place available!

Ive been known to make a mad birthday cake or meal or two, just saying. What more could you want. Hi! My names Cassie, I am 26 years old, studying teaching at Utas and I work casually in a coffee shop in Hobart CBD. My partner James is 29, studying Surveying at UTAS and works casually as a pizza cook. We have a medium sized dog called Boston, he is a Jack Russell X and the friendly-est dog ever, gets along with dogs and children, has lived with a cat before also fine :) Looking for somewhere nice and quiet to be able to throw ourselves into our studies, we have a quiet life with no wild nights out or troves of friends to bring round. Just want to get settled somewhere for as long as we can, had a terrible run of rentals and moving around in the past 12 months.
