Large 5 bedroom home on a half acre block with two friendly pups & a cat (and two female humans). 3 minute walk to train station & close to IGA/ chemist & shops. There are two rooms side by side in a small hallway type, that is partly set off from the house (joins up to the lounge room), so very private. The two rooms will be yours for $133.33, or if you have a friend and are willing to be close then it will be $100 each. The whole house is furnished apart from those two bedrooms. However you will need your own fridge. It is an older house so not everything is perfect but is very homey and friendly. It is very spaced out also so will not be crowded and is good for privacy. I usually maintain the pool and provide all the chlorine etc. And the yard if i can't mow it myself or i don't have time i will usually get hire someone to mow which usually comes to about $20 each every few months. If something were to go wrong (i don't even know what could go wrong), or anything thats part of the house breaks, the costs would be split between all housemates. Bond will be $600. (Private rental agreement/ with contracts/ paperwork).
