I like books, camping, composing, interesting chats and funny people. I'm a part time piano teacher, and full time student entering my final semester of Politics Philosophy and Economics / BMus. In my free time I love to jam. Last year I was Woroni's International sub-editor, this year I am focusing more on study. I'm overseas right now but ask for my Skype, and shoot by any questions. I don't bite :)
Hey, I am a student completing my hospitality internship at The Hotel Kurrajong. Therefore, would be working part time. I am very easy going and fairly adjustable. I like to socialize but at the same time do my own thing. Really love to cook, play a few sports (cricket, football) and learning to play the guitar (New hobby :p). Would preferably look for an accommodation in south Canberra or city center as I do not have a vehicle or near a public transport stop for easy access. Cheers, Arvind
I work in technology-public sector. I'm a project manager. I'm looking for a furnished apartment. I'm pretty active, enjoy jogging and aerobics. I like reading and enjoy good music. On weekends I like to hangout, drink good coffee and eat good food. I also travel to Sydney regularly on weekends.
I'm a 23-year-old soon to be public health grad from Melbourne who will be working full-time from March 2018. I'm looking for housemates/share-house close to Forrest so I can cycle/walk/take public transport. Peter is 24, an audiologist who will be working on Northbourne Avenue. You can expect us to keep our area tidy and clean, contribute to our fair share of the housework and pay rent and bills on time. I love going to musicals, concerts, visiting art galleries and planning future holiday trips. I also enjoy visiting the cinema, exploring the bush/going on road trips whenever I can and spending quality time with friends and family. I plan to visit home often on weekends.

Large living area downstairs, another large living area upstairs, separate dining area, laundry space, outdoor area with deck and easy-to-maintain astroturf lawn. If you have appliances and furniture, there will be space for it. There is honestly a very large amount of space in the living areas, as well as some storage space in the garage. The bedrooms are un-furnished. We're looking for two people to fill bedrooms with shared bathroom for $190-$220/week (all the rooms are different sizes). Couples are welcome if interested to rent the extremely large master bedroom (we're thinking around $360/week). Utilities and internet are not included in the rent, and will be divided evenly between housemates. We're looking for people of any gender, full time employed, with no pets and no children. Hi, we are looking for someone to fill the room of our housemate who is moving back to the Airforce. About the house: 5 bedroom (4ppl), 3 bathroom, 2 storey Campbell mansion, with panaromic views of Mt Ainslie, Civic, Russell and Parliament House. We have an amazing kitchen decked out with two ovens, open-plan spacious living and dining area, and a pool! We have enough parking for 4 cars plus on-street parking. We have central gas heating and aircon. Our lease is up in March 2018, with the possibility of extending. About the room: You will have two bedrooms for the price of one. They are not a-joined but right next to each other. Both rooms are able to fit a queen size bed and bedside table. At the moment our housemate uses one room as her bedroom and the other as her study. You will also be sharing a bathroom with one other.
Establishing a new sharehouse in a great location in Campbell - and need a 4th person to fill the last available bedroom. The room is a good size with a built-in robe and 2 bathrooms to share between 3. We're looking to create a mixed sharehouse with a great vibe - ideally one where everyone is keen on the occasional house 'family' dinner and up for the odd weekend adventure (be it camping down the coast...or brunch). There'll be a sweet TV set up with surround sound and a rumpus room with a foosball table and more boardgames than is probably cool. If this sounds like your type of house, let us know - we're free to meet up on Sunday arvo 16 July!
I room is available in a 2 room flatshare. The place is an older place, but is cosy, with a decent sized room which can fit a queen sized bed. It has a nicely sized wardrobe. There is a car port to park your car. The rent is $195 per week and you will be required to go on to the lease. The apartment is located in a great location. Very close to Campbell Shops, Civic, not far from ANU and the Australian War Memorial. It is also convenient to get around with bus stops very close by to many areas of Canberra. You will be living with a 20-year-old male, who is really friendly, loves to chat, socialise and but will let you enjoy your space. If you do not mind playing a few video games, getting into the outdoors and watching movies then that would be a plus but not required. If you have any questions, please send me a message.
We are three full-time professional's who are moving from an apartment into a house in mid to late August and are looking for a fourth person to join. You will have your own room and share a bathroom with one other person. Utilities will be split four ways and rent for the room will be 30% of the weekly price.
I'm east to get along with and have a lot of different interests. Love playing sport, going for trail walks, morning coffees, good chats & learning about different things. Although I'm a crap cook I'm trying to get better, and have to admit I'm pretty bummed about the lack of surfing opportunities in Canberra, but aiming to make up for it with the odd weekend trip to Perisha! I work in R&D management and have to relocate to Canberra from Perth for a new job. Ideally looking for a 2 x 2 to share, but feel free to msg me if you're interested in a bigger share place. Cheers!
Hy ! I'm moving to Camberra for a 6 months internship. Very easy to live with, a bit maniac, love cooking, sharing tea or a glass of wine and a nice patisserie, enjoy nature and going out :)
Chill, professional, open-minded guy seeking a relaxed and fun person/bunch to live with (ideally a gender-balanced house). I usually work on foreign aid projects in warm, exotic places, but will be spending the next 18 months working in Canberra. I tend to be active and love being in the ocean or tearing down a track on my mountain bike. Not into partying much anymore (although I can be coaxed into a night out) but do enjoy a social night in with a few drinks and a good movie, or a good book. Often found trying to cook gourmet dishes, sometimes even known to strum a guitar (poorly). The thought of a Canberra winter terrifies me and I don't really know anyone there yet, so I'll most likely spend my time defrosting in front of the heater until the warmer months roll around :) Some fun facts about me: - Once caught a pig in a swimming race (I won) - Almost tumbled into a lava pit during a holiday - Favourite movies include Dr Strangelove, Casablanca, The Truman Show and Blade Runner - Travelled to about 30 countries, lived in 8 Oh, and I'm open to other suburbs and also higher weekly rents if it's all good.
I am in my 50's, single, kids are all grown and flown. I am Canberra born and bred, single, kids have all grown up. I can cook, and being a home renovator I'm pretty good at fixing things I own a 5 year old Jack Russell who is extremely people/kid friendly. She needs to have some secure outside space. If you'd like to know more please give me a call or send a message.

Kidding I sleep very soundly. Preferably looking for a place long term with an ensuite. But I am happy to compromise. I love animals of all kinds and will delight in walking your dog if you have one. Other notables; I'm not a clean freak but am certainly neat and tidy. I listed am available from 1st August onwards but I'm flexible about that. I love antiques and I play guitar and sing. Hello! I Just arrived from Melbourne to study full-time at ANU. Looking for a room close to the uni. I have plenty of years experience living in share houses. I'm easy to get along with and can keep the place clean and tidy. I'm a zookeeper by trade (Yes I can share plenty of awesome animal facts!). I love the outdoors, gardening, music, podcasts, movies and photography. This is my first visit to Canberra so I'm keen to explore the national parks, museums and zoos in the area. Right now i'm looking for a place until the end of September, maybe longer depending on my studies... Also, I left my dog in Melbourne so extra points if you have pets!!
Hey there, I am Thomas. I grew up in Paris and studied Earth Sciences in both Paris and Zürich (five months). For the next three to four years I will be studying at the Research School of Earth Sciences of the ANU as a PhD candidate. I am definitely easy-going, love listening to music, enjoy meeting up and partying with friends as well as watching movies or playing games. Not the best cook, expect me to try, but success is not always there ! Most importantly I would say, always paying attention to others and ready to give a hand !
Hey, my name's Daniel! I'm a 2015 psychology graduate currently working full-time in the public service. I'm looking for a place close to the city, or somewhere near a bus stop. I've got furniture for my room, but can also offer an iron and ironing board, digital piano, and a chest freezer. The place I'm looking for would ideally have an ensuite, covered parking space, dishwasher, washing machine, and a bedroom with enough space for a queen bed and large desk. I am looking to rent for a period of 6-12+ months, with a fairly flexible move in date. My ideal housemate/s would be friendly, sociable (but also understanding of personal space), tidy, and of either gender. I believe it's important to have a coffee/beer/dinner every now and then so we wouldn't be complete strangers to each other, but I completely understand if you want your space! Let me know if you're looking for a housemate and I'd be more than happy to have a chat!
