Hi! I'm a friendly, easy-going, quiet guy. Not a party animal (those days are past) - but I like music, podcasts and unwinding with Netflix or a movie. I've recently returned from 6 years overseas, and am looking to set myself up in Sydney. I'm currently looking for work and am likely to be starting study soon. I'm responsible, tidy(ish) and a half-decent cook.
Make yourself at home in this nice apartment with high ceilings in a 4 unit duplex located in the Inner West. If you want to live close to the bustle of the city but be within a peaceful neighborhood this could be the place to be! You will have your own large bedroom at an very affordable price with an ample living room and spacious kitchen. Apartment is located near Five Dock park ( with spectacular views of the city skyline on offer from the park) and walking distance to the waterfront. It is within 600 m walk of Five Dock shops which has a large supermarket and pubic library. Public transport is very convenient with buses to the city, direct to Burwood and nearby eateries. Electricity is appropriately $10 a week.
Hey! My name is Mikaela and I work full time in the animal care industry. I enjoy adventuring and exploring the local area with friends but also need my own space at times. I foster animals which means I have different pets from time to time, never for a long period which keeps it interesting! I usually have dogs and puppies but may also bring home kittens every now and then. If you love cuddling animals I am the housemate you need!! I have lived in houseshares before and am both clean and respectful (and also fun!) Please contact me if a lot of puppies in your life doesn't scare you!!
I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional who travels for business, and relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments 6 months ago. Except for dinner parties, I'm not into house parties. I'm looking for share accommodation for initially 6 months and longer if the place is suitable, with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender. I don't mind living with pets but prefer cats..Room can be either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $300 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something in any of the surrounding areas of Abbortsford, Concord, Newington, but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores, including sharing the cost of groceries and cooking. In addition to other activities, I enjoy going to the markets, eating out on weekends and the movies.

You have a plethora of nearby bays (including the famous Bay Run) to explore, a quick bus ride to the city, and close proximity to some of Sydney's finest cafes. - Both available rooms (as well as the living area) feature incredible views over Five Dock Bay right through to the Gladesville Bridge. - Unit is situated in a small, quiet block of only 9 apartments. - Secure garage parking is available for an additional $30 per week.
I've lived with other people since uni days and know what it takes to be a very good flatemate. I like cool funny people, coffee, art, architecture, reading deep and meaningful articles and making good jokes. I don't like assholes, inconsiderate people, dirty communal areas and smelly bins. My friends describe me as funny, fun and creative. I am an architect by trade and I've also been a photographer.
Hi, I'm Jo. I work as a Disability Carer and Personal Assistant and am doing my Honours in Psychology. I'm looking for a long-term (12 months plus) peaceful, private and secure home for myself and my small (14 y.o, 3kg, (toilet trained and non-malting Maltese)) beloved dog, Meesh. Working as a therapy dog Meesh accompanies me to work, on a daily basis. In my free time, I love being outdoors, going to the beach, volunteering, catching up w family (I often go away on the weekends) and also friends. I also enjoy having quiet nights in watching a good flick. When time permits I enjoy spending time with others/ housemates but at the same time I value having time to myself. I'd love to find a peaceful, private and secure home which is filled w natural light, has a small outdoors area/ deck, basic internal laundry and private bathroom. A bath tub would be ideal! Home: I'm equally as passionate about caring for others, in my field of work, as I am caring for my 'home' well. Part of my job as an Assistant includes managing (incl general upkeep and coordinating maintenance) a Heritage listed family home in Hunters Hill, on a daily basis, which I throughly enjoy. So you can be assured that I would care for your home, well. Additional info: My dog has a huge heart for others and also loves cats and dogs. (She doesn't discriminate!) I'd love to hear from you if you know of something suitable. Thanks, Jo
Hey whoever is viewing this! I'm Filip and I'm moving to Sydney from Melbourne in the coming week or so and as such I need a place to live (I'm really not looking forward to living out of my car, despite its amazing "comfort features" the guy at the car yard told me about). I'll be working Monday to Friday long hours so you'll mostly have me home in the evenings. I'm sociable but like to have some "me" time as well. I'm an awesome cook and love to cook for others and always clean up after myself. I'm super keen about the move and would like to get to know some new people aka housemates. Cheers.
Honest, reliable, empathetic, compassionate, considerate ,artistic yet practical, animal lover -ALL incl insects- non judgemental ( I hope ), good sense of humour, reasonable and reasonable culinary skills (Still learning), an altruist with misanthropic leanings and obviously quite humble :) Ps; Trying very hard to quit the gaspers!
I am moving from India to Australia. I keep to myself and mind my own business, so like to live in a quite place that reciprocates my way of living. I have worked in IT for more than 15 years. Plan to find an employment in similar field in Australia; but also inclined to change my career. Have plans to take up uber driving, until I find a steady job. I am looking for a studio or a one bed apartment. It should be self-contained, in the sense; have a private bathroom and kitchen. Washer / dryer for the cloths is also required.
I'm moving to Sydney for work. I will be working full time as an architect in Gladesville. So I am keen to move anywhere in the areas listed. I am a goal oriented person and like to socialize in free time.

I'm an open, easy going person who likes a clean and tidy bedroom. I like the simple life. I'm an engineer, mostly vegetarian (though not strict). Very easy to get along with. I like listening to different attitudes and life stories of others. I enjoy having soft gentle music on in the background while I do house chores. Completely house trained and social, sometimes introverted. I love long hikes, having just come back from doing the overland track and plan to do the great north walk next.
Hi All, I'm a single professional lady, looking for a unfurnished room in a share house in the inner west area with easy access to public transport to the city - a place I can call home and settle for a longer term. I'm a non-smoker, down to earth and easy to get on with, tidy and respectful of others. I'm 39 but ageless in mind so can easily blend in anywhere. I'm sociable, love a good laugh and enjoy chatting, but not a party animal. I'm a mad keen gardener and currently looking after a number of plants, so I'm hoping you have a backyard?!? I'm fit and into martial arts, tai chi, swimming and run occasionally. I'm interested in natural health, love to cook and generally rest up with a good movie, music or a book. I work full time in the city and have a fairly busy schedule in evenings and weekends so I'm out a fair bit. I have a couple of bits of furniture , a queen bed, a comfy sofa-bed and coffee table, and decent kitchen accessories so looking for and unfurnished room and a place with some spare space if possible. I also have appliances including a fridge and washer, but can just as easily put these in storage or sell. I'm happy to meet up and have a chat if you think I'd fit in with your share home or I’m happy to team up for a new household. Hope to hear from you soon!

Hello ! My name is Jacob and I ve got a neat, furnished large room up for rent in colourful Five Dock, close to shops, transport and the famous Bay run track. The house is very big, arranged on three levels, was recently built and is very modern: three large bathrooms, 3 terraces and comfortable, cozy backyard(s). The current tenants are myself, Jacob, 30yo, Sales & Project manager, and Peta, 28yo, Management Executive (we are not in a relationship :-P ). Although we are very friendly (straight) and easygoing, we take pride of being very respectful, especially of privacy, tidy and clean: our house is an oasis of peace and we want to keep it like that. We are looking for a housemate who reflects those characteristics, therefore, if you know you dont match those points mentioned just above, please save both our and your time ... ;-) The ideal candidate will be a 25 to 35 years old employed professional, responsible, possibly European (not a must be, though) definitely NOT a "house party" freak, although we do enjoy a social dinner / little party at our place from time to time. You will love both the house and the room at first sight; Peta and I will hopefully make a good impression too :-) See you soon !
Hey! I'm Marc I'm 26 and I'm a fully qualified mechanic from the UK/Scotland. I'm about to start work at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Rushcutters bay. I imagine I'll be fairly busy during the week working 8-4 Monday to Friday, so I'm looking for somewhere that I can come home to and chill out and relax. Currently in staying in edgecliff at a hotel so I'm looking for a place ideally as quickly as possible, hotels are nice but they don't have the homely feel and help to settle down. I'm a clean and tidy guy and back home in the uk I spent most nights down at my local gym and attending a few classes of mixed martial arts, I'm hoping to continue this here in Sydney aswell. Very open to exploring the city, beaches and any other things I don't know too much about, very easy to get along with and fairly laid back and hopefully find someone in the house who can improve my cooking skills! If you have any questions please don't hesitate too send them to me, I'll respond as quick as I can.
Hi there Our house is a 3 bedroom, 70's brick single level house situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Drummoyne. We have a great sized backyard with herb garden, lemon tree, studio and a lock up garage which we use for storage. We have off street parking but there is ample street parking. Our neighbours are quiet, friendly and family orientated. Your bedroom has ample natural light and built in wardrobe and can accommodate a double bed. We live 100m from Drummoyne oval, should you like to watch the cricket or kick a ball. We are an 6min walk to Victoria Rd where you will find: metro and local buses to the city (20min) and beyond, Coogee (40min); the local shops and post office; 10min walk to amazing coffee shops and cafes; 15min walk to the Bay Run and public pool on Canada Bay. Currently, our house contains 1 male musician and 1 female full time hospitality worker. The muso uses the studio to practise his art, (thankfully not drums) guitar. I work relatively long hrs at a sporting venue but I enjoy gardening when I get the chance. We have no preference on gender or age. We would like someone who cleans up after themselves and respects that we live in a shared environment. If this sounds suitable to you, give me a bell and we can talk more
