My name is Marvin, 32 years old. I am bubbly, likes watching movies, having a drink sometimes, going to the beach and generally just relaxing. I’m looking for a place that I can call home as well. I am currently working in North Sydney as a Paralegal in a law firm and will become a solicitor in months’ time (fingers crossed). I am clean, pays rent on time, mindful of someone else’s privacy but wouldn’t mind sharing a meal or drink.

My name is Sabrina and I work full time as a retail manager. I am an easy going and sociable 29 year old. I enjoy having a chat, but also respect people's privacy. I love my fitness and health, and really enjoy cooking most days. I live a simple and relaxed lifestyle, try to get out into nature as much as I can with my pup! I also come with a fur baby called Toby, who is a beautiful cockerspaniel x cav. He gets along with most dogs, and is super quiet. Ideally I would like him to be allowed inside the house when I am home, as he loves human contact, but can be flexible to stay outside when I am out for the day. Dog lovers most appreciated!!
Looking to share with one person. I'm clean and neat, just not that great at cooking. Work for the government in the city. Enjoy getting out for walks when I can, but also like a good vege out on occasion.
I am a marine scientist at University of Technology Sydney. Really looking for a house share that is more than people solely living together. Of course, everyone needs time for themselves but I like to get to know my flatmates and occasionally have movie nights/drinks ect together. I enjoy being outside going for bush walks, canyoning, scuba diving, swimming, gardening to name a few. I am very respectful of common areas and the other flatmates. While work life can be stressful, in general I am a very easy going person. Excited to live with others who feel similar about share houses and want the space to be comfortable for everyone. I do not have a particular area that I am looking to live so please feel free to message if I sound like a good fit. I do ride a motorcycle so parking nearby would be excellent. I have a refrigerator that I can contribute to a house if need be. Happy to answer any further questions. :)
I am french, I have been in Brisbane for 3 months. I will say that I am told that I am dynamic, smiling, serious, teasing, respectful, sporty ... I have an easy contact with people. I am an open minded girl, dreamy, I like to go on an adventure, I have ambition I work in a restaurant in Newstead I am here for learn English
The house is spacious and includes air con. We have a gardener that manages the gardens and lawn. The 55inch tv includes Netflix and chromecast. It is a 5min drive to the local shops and 15min to the CBD. For access to the city of Sydney, it doesn't get any better.
These are NOT shared rooms (we only have private rooms). Definitely not for couples. All bills included. They only thing you'll need to bring with you is linen and your personal items. Everything else is here. We're all active (boys/girls), outgoing and sporty people. We kayak, SUP, run, swim and play all sorts of random sports. You'll quite often find us with a beer and pizza on the lounge having a beer and watching a movie. We're looking for a similar person to come and join in the fun. It's a random room, but has enough space for you to live in it... Double bed, big cupboard, drawers and other bits and bobs. It's not flashy but does the trick. the house is pretty nice and has loads of space (2 lounge rooms, front and rear yards etc). Cheap and cheerful! IT IS NOT SHARED! House itself is of a good standard, has a fire place, big back and front yards, double lock up garage (not for cars, sporting goods storage only), Included in the price of the room is all bills which is a fortnightly cleaner, electricity, water, netflix, fire wood (did I mention we have a fire place?) We have kayaks, stand up paddle board, table tennis,PS4/XBOX one/Wii for mario cart, halo, COD, board games a plenty, darts, bar fridge and an Espresso machine. Basically all the necessities. You wont need to bring anything. It's a very good house, located about 300m from the water on Iron Cove Bay (it's the next suburb over from Drummoyne). nicely furnished with random bits of colour everywhere. It's fully furnished. Has everything that's needed to live rather comfortably... On street parking is available and is somewhat plentiful. NO ONSITE PARKING. We have dogs :) their names are Busta and Prini, both quite young and active. So if you're not a dog person you can stop reading here! Second to that if you're into night clubbing/partying to all hours on a regular basis, please also stop reading here. Third time lucky, if you're a smoker we're probably not keen (there is absolutely no smoking on premises due to health issue of a resident of the house). It is a home and we all like to keep things reasonably tame, respectful and pleasant. Not to say we live like nuns though... Minutes from the bay run, 300m to bus stop and buses direct to the City/Leichardt/University Sydney. We have a cleaner (she's lovely) and gardener (me) so there is not really a lot of maintenance anyone needs to do which is great for us folk that hate doing that stuff. FAQ's Can I stay short term? YES! However, the shortest I will allow is 8 weeks. Can I bring my dog/cat? No sorry, we already have enough pets. Can my girlfriend/boyfriend or other person share the room with me? No sorry. There's already enough people in the house. The odd sleepover is ok, we just don't want a couple to be living in the house. Can I park my car in the garage if I pay extra? No. Possibly a motorbike. Please shoot me a message or give me a call and we can go from there.
1 room to rent in a 3 bedroom unit. 2 mins to bus stop and 20mins to city. Next to park and bayside. Nice, clean and cozy, fully furnished with big wardrobe. Looking for a clean and tidy female flat mate. Wifi, elec. and gas incl.
I'm a quiet and tidy mature professional who travels frequently on business, spends time overseas and who unfortunately has to move as the house is sold end of February. I'm looking for share accommodation up to 12months or possibly longer, depending on my work commitment overseas, with preferably 1 or 2 females (professional or otherwise), and don't mind living with cats (no dogs). Room can be either furnished or unfurnished and if possible with my own bathroom. Maximum of up to $350 including or excluding any outgoings but negotiable depending on the premises and potential housemate(s). I don't want to share with smokers either inside or outside so please don't contact me if you do.. My suburb preference is Concord, Cabarita, Breakfast Point, Abbotsford, Chiswick, Five Dock, Drummoyne, Russell Lea, Rodd Point, Leichardt, Rozelle, Balmain, Birchgrove, and would consider the Eastern Suburbs, with off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, non party person, who enjoys good conversation, is respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores, including sharing the cost of groceries and cooking.
I am Pat, a 27 year old male that works as a team leader in disability services. I have a 5 year old dog, Billie, who is very sweet and gentle. I am very clean and tidy and respectful of all. I enjoy reading, watching films, having a drink, seeing live music or spending time with friends. I am physically active and spend a lot of time at the gym or kickboxing.

Hi there, I am a 37 years old South American who has lived in Australia for over 10 years. Work full time as a migration agent in Annandale. Currently living in Leichhardt and would prefer to stay in the Inner West. I'm an introvert so some days I may socialise but mostly will probably keep to myself. Don't smoke, don't party, don't invite guests. Anywhere in the inner west from Abbotsford to Wareemba.
Hello! I'm Charlotte, a third year science student at USYD. I spend most of my time working or studying but always keen to kick back with a cuppa or a bev. Very excited to find a room so I can live in Sydney near uni.
I am happy, easy going and enjoy meeting new people but also value quiet time to myself. I’m shortly moving to NSW to work in health services in a project management role looking for a short term rental to get settled in Sydney while I explore more permanent accommodation. Looking to live with house mates or a studio apartment.
I’m 25 years old from South Africa, very ambitious in my career work full time and train 6 days a week, hardly home only to rest my head. Always neat and tidy, focused on my goals and future.
[Close to Westconnex work site] Hi, I am looking for a responsible, clean flatmate to share a large two bedroom flat (your own furnished/unfurnished room). The unit is nicely furnished .. its old but means it has BIG rooms, high ceilings, huge loungeroom, massive fully-equipped kitchen (lots of bench space for those who cook) and full sized bathroom with deep bath. As it is above a shop, I am looking for someone quiet (and someone who is really respectful of the lovely shop owners below. The shop closes at approximately 5.30-6pm each night). I am a professional who works full-time in the CBD and I have a small quiet dog that gets dog-sat externally while I am at work every day. The unit is in a great area 😁 It is only a block from the bay/water/parks. It has lots of cafes, restaurants and an IGA downstairs and lots of off-street parking. There is a bus stop at the front door (with city buses) and Abbotsford Wharf (+ Sydney Rowing Club) are at the end of the street. Ferries go to CBD/Barangaroo/North Sydney/Parramatta etc. About Me: I am very friendly but kinda quiet at home (usually come home and basically crash on weeknights) 😳If you're interested in hearing more, Id love to hear from you. Cheers, Dee
Spacious room with own bathroom in a sunny ground floor flat. Open plan living area with plenty of space. Ducted air con, TV with surround sound. Courtyard that gets nice morning sun. Room can be furnished with a queen bed and bedside tables or unfurnished. Built in wardrobe. Approx 6 months with the possibility of extending. Wifi is inclusive, gas and electricity split (I’m not a big user of either). Complex has a tennis court, indoor & outdoor pool and a small gym - exclusive use for residents. Close to the water & public transport - ferry wharf is 900m away & buses run on the Main Street beside apartment block ~100mwalk. Move date flexible late Feb-early March.
The property has quite alot of out door space, with a large back deck and lawn. Has 2 off street parks in a garage at the back of the property, and plenty of storage in and out. We are close to plenty of public transport options and great local cafes. For those fitness freaks the bay run is a stones throw away.
