Im moving to Sydney on the 19th of October on a skilled visa. will be working monday to friday. I would like to live with someone clean and fun! weekdays I'm more on a quiet side and enjoy a glass of wine once in a while and weekends are for exploring the country/sport/parties etc. Im def an extravert and would like to live with someone who likes catching up after work. there are days though when i just like to stay in a room (not too often). Benefits of living with me: Rent always payed on time Clean and tidy Unlimited joy of being around :D Possibly hiking/sport/wine/movies buddy many more to explore when living together. yay :)
We're preferably looking for a room each in the same house but would consider living separately. We are both easy going, considerate, clean and fun girls looking for a long term home! Joanne works shifts in a well regarded restaurant/bar in Sydney (no anti-social hours). Laura is an Assistant and also studies. During week nights we are generally at Yoga, the gym, finding new eateries and out exploring at the weekends. We both enjoy cooking and a glass of wine or 2, are chilled and easy to get along with. We look forward to talking with you future roomies! Laura & Joanne.
Fun and friendly British guy enjoying a summer playing cricket and working in Sydney. Looking to have fun and meet some new people whilst I'm here. Very sociable and like going out for food and drinks with friends.
These are NOT shared rooms. Definitely not for couples. All bills included (this includes a cleaner for common areas/bathrooms). Move date 13th November, 2016. We're all active (boys/girls), outgoing and sporty people. We kayak, SUP, run, swim and play all sorts of random sports. You'll quite often find us with a beer and pizza on the lounge having a beer and watching a movie. We're looking for a similar person to come and join in the fun. The room has a double bed, desk and chair, huge cupboard, chest of drawers and loads of storage. We have kayaks, stand up paddle board, table tennis, mario cart, halo, COD, board games a plenty, darts, bar fridge and an Espresso machine. Basically all the necessities. It's a very good house, located about 300m from the water on Iron Cove Bay (it's the next suburb over from Drummoyne). nicely furnished with random bits of colour everywhere. It's fully furnished. Has everything that's needed to live rather comfortably... On street parking is available and is somewhat plentiful. NO ONSITE PARKING. We have dogs :) their names are Buster and Prinny, both quite young and active. So if you're not a dog person you can stop reading here! Second to that if you're into night clubbing/partying to all hours on a regular basis, please also stop reading here. Third time lucky, if you're a smoker we're probably not keen (there is absolutely no smoking on premises due to health issue of a resident of the house). It is a home and we all like to keep things reasonably tame, respectful and pleasant. Not to say we live like nuns though... Minutes from the bay run, 400m to bus stop and buses direct to the City/Leichardt/University Sydney. We have a cleaner (she's lovely) and gardener (me) so there is not really a lot of maintenance anyone needs to do which is great for us folk that hate doing that stuff. FAQ's Can I stay short term? YES! However, the shortest I will allow is 12 weeks. Can I bring my dog/cat? No sorry, we already have enough pets. Can my girlfriend/boyfriend or other person share the room with me? No sorry. There's already enough people in the house. The odd sleepover is ok, we just don't want a couple to be living in the house. Can I park my car in the garage if I pay extra? No. Possibly a motorbike. Please shoot me a message or give me a call and we can go from there.
Hello my names Emma and Im a 19 year old student studying computer science at the University of Sydney and looking for somewhere to stay within 30 minutes of the uni (via public transport). Im a friendly, quiet and clean person that doesn't mind keeping to myself or socialising depending on what you prefer! Ive been working as well as studying throughout High School and I have substantial savings. Im looking for somewhere within 30 minutes of my university for at least a year! I love pets and thus don't mind them, my only request is a PRIVATE ROOM and max 250 dollars rent per week (including bills/internet) or less if it doesent include such utilities. In my spare time I go out with friends, watch movies but mostly I'm studying and working. I am not fussed by your nationality or sexuality as long as you are a friendly and honest person :)
What makes me great? besides the cliches of being "easy going", "tidy", "respectful of others space", "like the odd dinner or drink" I feel like i'm trying to impress someone on a cheesy dating site... Hi, I'm 32 and love long walks on the beach and candle lit dinners... hahaha I'm not so great a selling myself. Prostitution isn't the answer kids. I love to laugh, I've been occasionally labelled as a person with dirty sense of humour... Obviously in the nicest way possible, I do love a good "your mum" joke. On the less fun side of things, I work full time and and also study so I'm pretty quiet during the week but love to get out and socialise on the weekends. Most of my socialising is done out of the house though. *cliches ahead*... I'm respectful of my housemates, I'm clean and tidy, laid back and easy to get along with. There you have it.
I work nights in bars and study during the day. I'm living too far out of Sydney at the moment, so I'm looking for a new place to call home.
Hi, 23 year old, born and raised local to inner west of sydney, looking to move out of home in next couple of months, not looking to rush though. I'm a fully qualified registered nurse specialising in mental health, and work local at concord hospital. I'm clean and reliable, payment on time and consistent. Looking for an easy going group of people around my age who can be trusted and respectable but also know how to cut loose. I'm a rubbish cook but love to give it crack anyways haha. Feel free to message for any other questions.
Hey I'm Anna, illustrator and 3D artist from Germany, about to move to Sydney. Since I'm looking to get a full time position in Sydney, I probably won't be home a lot. I've lived in shared apartments for nearly 6 years and always liked hanging out together with a glass of wine, going out or just having a conversation but if you need your own time I will stay out of your way, sometimes I need time to myself as well. I'm looking forward to see what it's like to live in Sydney for a longer period of time and I am quite open to the place's area. A private room would be great, everything else shared is perfect though. I'm tidy, outgoing and I naturally am a very happy person. In my free time I like to draw a lot, work out, cook, enjoy Australia's nature and travel. To meet lots of new people is something I am so excited about, so if you feel like you'd enjoy living with me or if you have any questions please let me know, I'd be very pleased to hear from you!

Hello ! My name is Jacob and I ve got a neat, furnished large room up for rent in colourful Five Dock, close to shops, transport and the famous Bay run track. The house is very big, arranged on three levels, was recently built and is very modern: three large bathrooms, 3 terraces and comfortable, cozy backyard(s). The current tenants are myself, Jacob, 30yo, Sales & Project manager, and Peta, 28yo, Management Executive (we are not in a relationship :-P ). Although we are very friendly (straight) and easygoing, we take pride of being very respectful, especially of privacy, tidy and clean: our house is an oasis of peace and we want to keep it like that. We are looking for a housemate who reflects those characteristics, therefore, if you know you dont match those points mentioned just above, please save both our and your time ... ;-) The ideal candidate will be a 25 to 35 years old employed professional, responsible, possibly European (not a must be, though) definitely NOT a "house party" freak, although we do enjoy a social dinner / little party at our place from time to time. You will love both the house and the room at first sight; Peta and I will hopefully make a good impression too :-) See you soon !
Dom and I and Steph are looking for a friendly housemate to move into our home. The house itself is light filled, has a nice living area, a garden and a good kitchen. The house is on a bus route into the city. It's close to the popular cafe districts of Balmain, Leichhardt and Five Dock. Dom and I are both primary school teachers working full time. We are very easy going people who appreciate a mid week beer. Dom (30) is great at cooking, loves golf and AFL. Sally (26) is a mad beach go-er, surf lifesaver at Bondi and loves making things resin jewellery, craft etc. Steph is an event organiser for a cruise company in Balmain. We hope to hear from you, please let us know if you have any questions. Water views Air conditioning Great housemates Garden On the Bay run Additional toilet On bus route to the city

Hi Everyone, I'm very easy going, neat, organised, down to earth and respectful of people's lives and others personal space. I'd like to find a room mate with the same mindset who can also enjoy a nice chat or a glass of wine. I like to work on my fitness, I'm a foodie therefore I'm fond of cooking as well as a good cup of coffee. When I'm not working, I spend most of my time with my friends and family, love the outdoors, traveling and listening to good music by the ocean shore as well as dancing to Latin music. I speak several European languages 4 Latin and two Germanic and of course English : ) Due to my current job I've come back to Sydney. I'm a language and software trainer. I'm planning to move to a place close to work (CBD) mid December. I currently hold a lease at a beautiful place next to North Sydney. I could keep the lease if I find someone interested in sharing the space. You'd have your own bedroom + ensuite + terrace (shared) Drop me a line if you feel this might interest you
I'm clean, easy going, fun to be around, love to laugh and a very considerate house mate. I love to cook, wine and dine. I travel interstate and overseas often on business.

I moved to Sydney last year and I've mostly been living in flatshares while here. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of others.
Hi !! My name is Martina (28 yo) and I come from the Eternal city of Rome! :) I really love travel since I was a little child ; growing up I developed my passion for travels and I started traveling even alone. In my next plans there is a "big" solo-trip, few months (2016 November to February 2017 more or less), starting from Singapore until arriving in Sydney . I think I'm a very polite and respectful person of each culture/person/houses; my Friends use to speak of me as a friendly and sunny girl (sometimes even a little shy). :) I will arrive in AUS November 30 and right now I'm looking for an apartment/flat/room shared or not, at least for the first 4 weeks! (30 Nov to 02 Jan. more or less)! I hope you can help me! thanks to all regards Martina.

Hi all! I'm Daniel, and I'm 41 (that went quick) and originally from New Zealand. I'm a creative, and work as a freelance photographer/photography educator with weddings, events, corporate and teaching. Being Freelance means my work hours are varied, and this allows me to do additional finance work for a broker. I'm a people person and am domestically sound and able. I'm relaxed and respectful, clean and tidy, and can pay my bills on time. I do enjoy good convo, but also space to unwind after photographing long weddings. I like to keep fit and spend time in the outdoors. Music is important, as I love noodling around on the guitar and going to gigs. Like all Kiwis I am well travelled and spent a number of years in the UK, and have taken in the sights of Europe, Asia and South America. I can relate to people from all walks of life. If there's anything else you'd like to know, please don't hesitate to drop me a line! I Look forward to hearing from you! Dan
I am 24 years old, originally from London. Been living in the Inner-West for a year now. I am looking to move out, to a more social house, current housemates just hide away in their room, not much fun. However I do respect people's privacy. A little bit about me, I work Monday to Friday in a media agency, so will be busy during the week. I am pretty easy going, sociable, into running, sports and movies/TV shows. Also recently taken up photograph. Would be great to find a house where you can have a few drinks with each other and have dinner once in a while. I am open to joining up with other people to find a new place as well. Cheers Dan!

I have recently moved to Sydney from Ireland. I am a relaxed and easy going person. I like to keep my surroundings clean. I am used to living an active lifestyle, will most likely join the local gym and attend fitness classes a few nights a week. I enjoy socializing, eating out and hope to take lots of trips away at weekends! I will be working in the pharmaceutical industry, so somewhere with convenient access to the CBD and Macquarie Park would be handy. Since I have just moved it would be more suitable to find a furnished place. Looking forward to meeting new people and exploring Sydney!
