I just got back from a long stint working in China, need a new base of operations in Sydney. So, I'm "mature", friendly, quiet, non-smoker, I don't mind a beer or glass of wine at times -but well past my partying days - I prefer coffee these days. I'm a big music, comedy & podcast fan. I'm interested in geeky stuff, although I'm ambivalent about superheroes + Star Wars. I love a good bike ride, enjoy seeing music or comedy live, and when I can, getting out in nature. I've been known to cook once in a while. I attended the Chop It All Up & Bung It in a Pan school of cookery. I'm looking for friendly people who have their own things going on, but don't mind a chat either.
Hey whoever is viewing this! I'm Filip and I'm moving to Sydney from Melbourne in the coming week or so and as such I need a place to live (I'm really not looking forward to living out of my car, despite its amazing "comfort features" the guy at the car yard told me about). I'll be working Monday to Friday long hours so you'll mostly have me home in the evenings. I'm sociable but like to have some "me" time as well. I'm an awesome cook and love to cook for others and always clean up after myself. I'm super keen about the move and would like to get to know some new people aka housemates. Cheers.
Hi, my name is Bessie. I am a bubbly 25 year old looking for a wonderful place to live in. I work full time as and EA in Architecture and also have a casual job working the photo-booth at party's. :) My hobbies include craft (sewing, designing, anything creative) and competitive cheerleading 2 nights a week. I have a pet turtle named Squirts McTurts, and a Burmese cat named Happy. :) I am looking for a friendly place that will accept me and my animals, or someone who is also a cat person to team up with and find our own place. I am friendly and love to have a chat, but due to being so busy, like to have time to myself to recuperate as well. :) I am a bit of a nerd, love CGI, anime, and a few games (I studied 3D animation). I also love to go for a drink and explore Sydney. If you would like any more information, let me know. Thanks guys. :)

I am moving from India to Australia. I keep to myself and mind my own business, so like to live in a quite place that reciprocates my way of living. I have worked in IT for more than 15 years. Plan to find an employment in similar field in Australia; but also inclined to change my career. Have plans to take up uber driving, until I find a steady job. I am looking for a studio or a one bed apartment. It should be self-contained, in the sense; have a private bathroom and kitchen. Washer / dryer for the cloths is also required.
Large 2 bedroom house to share with me and my Greyhound cross Willow. I have regular doggie visitors because I'm a self employed dog walker and minder so potential housemate MUST love dogs! Timber floors all through, ornate ceilings. Fully furnished in my own slightly eclectic style. Third bedroom is used for storage. Courtyard plus small seating area near the front door. Only 50 metres to bus stop, direct route to CBD (20 minute bus ride to Townhall) Close to the Bay Run. There are several restaurants next door and across the road. 1km to supermarket, Harris Farm, bakeries, medical centre etc.. Sorry, can't bring your own pet I'm afraid because of the constant coming and going of dogs that stay with me. My landlord is ok with this but adding yet another pet would be pushing it.
Spacious own room available in homely apartment. Room easily fits double or queen size bed with wardrobe and desk. About the place: The apartment is 5 minute walk from the beautiful waters of Canada Bay and the famous bay walk with parks, shops and everything you need very close by. The apartment has high ceilings and is best described as warm and cozy. There is a bus right around the corner that takes you directly into the city. The apartment is far enough from the city to get away from the bustle yet close enough for convenience.
I'm an open, easy going person who likes a clean and tidy bedroom. I like the simple life. I'm an engineer, mostly vegetarian (though not strict). Very easy to get along with. I like listening to different attitudes and life stories of others. I enjoy having soft gentle music on in the background while I do house chores. Completely house trained and social, sometimes introverted. I love long hikes, having just come back from doing the overland track and plan to do the great north walk next.
Hi All, I'm a single professional lady, looking for a unfurnished room in a share house in the inner west area with easy access to public transport to the city - a place I can call home and settle for a longer term. I'm a non-smoker, down to earth and easy to get on with, tidy and respectful of others. I'm 39 but ageless in mind so can easily blend in anywhere. I'm sociable, love a good laugh and enjoy chatting, but not a party animal. I'm a mad keen gardener and currently looking after a number of plants, so I'm hoping you have a backyard?!? I'm fit and into martial arts, tai chi, swimming and run occasionally. I'm interested in natural health, love to cook and generally rest up with a good movie, music or a book. I work full time in the city and have a fairly busy schedule in evenings and weekends so I'm out a fair bit. I have a couple of bits of furniture , a queen bed, a comfy sofa-bed and coffee table, and decent kitchen accessories so looking for and unfurnished room and a place with some spare space if possible. I also have appliances including a fridge and washer, but can just as easily put these in storage or sell. I'm happy to meet up and have a chat if you think I'd fit in with your share home or I’m happy to team up for a new household. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hey! I'm Marc I'm 26 and I'm a fully qualified mechanic from the UK/Scotland. I'm about to start work at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Rushcutters bay. I imagine I'll be fairly busy during the week working 8-4 Monday to Friday, so I'm looking for somewhere that I can come home to and chill out and relax. Currently in staying in edgecliff at a hotel so I'm looking for a place ideally as quickly as possible, hotels are nice but they don't have the homely feel and help to settle down. I'm a clean and tidy guy and back home in the uk I spent most nights down at my local gym and attending a few classes of mixed martial arts, I'm hoping to continue this here in Sydney aswell. Very open to exploring the city, beaches and any other things I don't know too much about, very easy to get along with and fairly laid back and hopefully find someone in the house who can improve my cooking skills! If you have any questions please don't hesitate too send them to me, I'll respond as quick as I can.
I'm a pretty easy going, chilled out girl who doesn't mind a good chat with my roomies but also respectful of the need of personal space. I like to think I'm fairly funny, not a clean freak but definitely not a pig with personal belongings around the house. Absolutely love banter and dad jokes are my weakness!
I'm a 36 year old professional with two (very cute!) rescue cats. I'm looking to move into a place with a yard/garden for my cats and seeking interest from potential flatmates! I'm very clean and tidy and take pride in my home. My day consists of getting ready for work, taking my cat out for a walk (hence why i'm looking for a place with a yard), work in Parramatta, gym after work, then home for a nice dinner. I socialise mostly away from home, out to dinner some week nights, and out and about on weekends. I enjoy a fit and healthy lifestyle, gym, yoga, meditation, healthy food, hiking, music festivals, markets etc. I'm low-drama and love a laugh! Ideally i'd like someone vegetarian or vegan but this is not a deal-breaker.
Enjoy the fresh lifestyle created by this charming double-fronted cosy house situated on a 470sqm (approx.) block in a sought after location opposite Drummoyne Park, where the water's edge is just down the end of your street. - 5 minute walk to Bus stop on main road (Victoria road), restaurants, shops and cafes - 15 minute Bus to Sydney CBD - 5 minute walk to Bay and 20 minute walk to Drummoyne Wharf - 10 minute drive to Darling Street, Balmain - Netflix included - Balcony - Japanese Garden with Koi fish in pond - Air-conditioning - Fully furnished Kitchen and Living room

I am looking for a room and hoping the housemate would be similar to me: Clean and not making big noise during midnight. The Ideal room would be a double room with wardrobe and no need to share the bathroom with too many people.I will need a good kitchen to use too.Thank you
I work full time as a Brand Manager for a luxury cosmetic company. My office is based in Sydney but I travel around Australia every couple of weeks to visit clients. When I am not working I enjoy being active and living an active lifestyle. I am a social person and love to have a few casual wines and the odd night out dancing in old trashy Irish pubs. I am single and enjoy the flexibility a single lifestyle has to offer me at the moment and I don't see this changing anytime soon. I am looking for a place to call my home for at least 12 months. I am easy going and easy to live with. I look forward to sharing a bottle of wine with dinner and movies or the odd trashy Irish pub dance and beer. Tam
Hi there, I'm Jenny. I consider myself friendly, respectful, and easy going. I enjoy all things creative, and also enjoy water sports. I'm pretty open to trying new things. I am more than happy to pull my weight when it comes to household chores. First and Foremost I am fully house trained IE: CLEAN and TIDY, I am also a good cook but I won't be trapped into doing it all the time, as a past employer and charter operator, my people skills are generally pretty good but I don't suffer fools very well, especially if they are annoying other people, I'm a senior first aider if s*&t happens, my hobbies are many and varied, I drive a Corvette, ride a Harley and spend as much time as I can sailing my big sail boat, I also enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life.

Huge 3 bedroom house with gorgeous views over the harbour and city. One street back from the iconic bayrun, we are ideally located near public transport and local cafes and restaurants. It's a short drive to the city, or only a few minutes to the local bus stop (or 15mins to Victoria Rd for express buses 24hrs a day). The room for rent is a private room at the back of the house overlooking the large garden. The room comes with it's own private living room area, and own small bathroom with shower. These rooms are separated from the main part of the house (other bedrooms, lounge room and bathroom) by the kitchen. You also have your own entry and off street parking. The room is a good size with queen bed, huge built in wardrobe, big windows overlooking the garden with block out blinds, and room for a desk. The lounge-room is big with couches, tv, and extra storage. The bathroom is small but tidy with good water pressure. There is a shared internal laundry and shared kitchen otherwise your space is all to yourself. At the other end of the house is two bedrooms, another bathroom and shower, another loungeroom and sunroom that the other flatmates share. Unlimited wifi and netflix is included in the rent, and bills we split evenly (water, gas, and electricity). Bills are generally low and average only about $9/wk on top of the weekly rent. Any sexuality or religion is welcome as long as you are easy going, tidy, considerate, and don't mind a laugh. Looking for someone who has their own life and activities who won't just be in their room or playing computer games all weekend. Room is available from July 3rd.
