Pool, spa, sauna, views, bushwalks nearby, teenage children to keep you young! Its a rumpus room converted to self contained area which was going to be a teenagers retreat. It has a kitchenette with oven, microwave, sink and fridge, but does not have a cooktop. It has its own separate access. Some facilities like laundry are shared with the other occupants. The tenant would want to be somewhat social and be happy to allow two teenagers to focus on the HSC by not partying all night. Post-divorce environment with three daughters. At any one time, all or none may be present. Killer mortgage. Need extra income to help pay it off.
Hello, I'm moving to Sydney to work as a paramedic, and looking for a place to stay. I'm a clean, easy going person who is looking for a room to rent or a team up to find a place together. I enjoy relaxed social occassion and am not a 'party' person. I enjoy a chat at the end of the day but also am respectful of peoples own spaces. I'm looking for someone like-minded either male or female, and look forward to hearing from you
I currently study IT at Macquarie University. I work part time but my work hours do vary sometimes. I am pretty clean and tidy and respect people's privacy.
Hi. My name is Joanne and I am currently looking for a share accommodation in the above areas. I work full time as an administration officer for the NSW Police Force, Mon - Fri and no weekends. I'm clean, tidy, friendly, like to cook, like movies, music, trying to keep fit, love kids and animals, and the occasional glass of red wine. I'm extremely easy to get along with and will be away most weekends visiting family, friends and my young grandchildren. I'm a young 53 yr old woman who enjoys the company of others and a good laugh. This move is due to the fact I have been offered a 12 month secondment to Dee Why Police Station with the occasional shift at Manly Police Station. There may or may not be the opportunity for a more permanent position in the future ;-) The secondment begins on the 1st May 2017. If you are looking for a professional woman who is easy to get along with, enjoys life and the company of others, clean and tidy and reliable then please feel free to contact me Kindest regards, Joanne (Jo)
Hi, I'm an easy going guy working in the automotive industry. Originally from the Northern Beaches but moved away to focus on my career. Now looking for a change to sharing a place with some friendly like-minded people. I drink socially on occasion, do not smoke, and work long hours. During the week I enjoy a quiet meal and some Netflix, or to chill out and listen to music. I'll try to get some jogging or cycling in if I can. I often work long hours and also work interstate and overseas every now and then.
I keep to myself. I clean up on Saturdays. When I stay up late watching youtube I always wear headphones. I like to go for late night runs. I don't watch TV. I'm from South Sydney. For fun I like to read a book and put on a cup of tea or take architecture city photos for instagram. I have my license but I don't want a car so I won't take your car space. I'm bi, I have a boyfriend; I'm not political. I work 8:30-5:30 weekdays and I spend most of my free time sleeping or keeping to myself. I can't remember the last time I swore. I am passive and I like peace.

This is a lease-break situation due to relationship breakdown. You will need to set up a new lease with the Real Estate Agent, and possibly the rent may increase a small amount as a result. It is a unique opportunity to rent a free-standing house in St Ives with an enormous garden, huge garage, laundry and cellar for UNDER $900 per week. There is a reserve at the back boundary, with a creek it's a terrific place for kids. We have a dog, but you will need to negotiate with the agent if you wish to keep a pet here. This is a lovely, quiet cul-de-sac in a family precinct with a horse paddock at the end of the street. It's a five minute walk to St Ives shopping centre, buses on Mona Vale Road. A ten minute drive to Macquarie Park and Uni. Pictures show furniture, but this is not included.
We have two rooms available out of a total of 3 , on the second floor of our place in St Ives. (One of the 3 is already rented out to a long-standing tenant who works long hours, but enjoys some social time. He is French, and has been with us for years in various homes.) The house is quiet; and mainly used as a studio for my wife's business which is as a high end photographer. So, we typically find large houses with a certain classiness & style in which we live & operate her studio. I also run my IT business from a small office. But all of that is downstairs, leaving the upstairs rooms available for sub-lease. We typically look for long-term single, professional people; who enjoy good company, and who are stable. We offer furnished generous rooms with all utilities including wifi to cable broadband internet, shared bathroom & separate upstairs, access to the main kitchen downstairs and to a family room downstairs. That room has a flat screen TV with great sound system, DVD player and most likely a Fetch TV [soon to be installed] with standard Fetch subscription and access to pay-per-view movies [your cost, of course]. $350 per week. Street parking. Walking distance to St Ives Village, close to bus transport which leads to Gordon station for easy city access. The ground floor family room looks out over an in-ground pool which you may also use. We do have a cat, who is rather friendly, so if you are allergic - this is not for you. About the only restrictions are that during times when a photography session is happening, that you show some discretion as the subjects are often women who want privacy. Second, we sometimes use the family room for our guests, when we have friends/family over for a bbq & swim. It would not always be appropriate for you to join in as we need some privacy! Now, the rooms themselves are very generous. As I said there are two to choose from. One is actually two rooms, so it works well for someone who wants to have their sleeping area separate from their living area. While the other room is just a huge space with a large walk in wardrobe. Each room comes with a desk, bar fridge, and single bed & portable a/c as a minimum; but you will also find a desk, chair and some table lamps.
A beautiful home nestled in a superb location located very close to railway, local shops and bus transport. Our air-conditioned home is absolutely gorgeous with a pool and lovely garden surrounding. It is open planned, French provincial, Hamptons feel with two living areas and large entertaining space. The bedroom we are offering has a large bay window with natural light and built in wardrobe and a very comfortable queen bed and desk to work at. We are very house proud and looking for someone who is very neat and tidy and is as house proud as we are.
Rent is Negotiable. Spacious 3 Bedroom Apartment which is directly opposite turramurra station. Plenty of on-street parking. You will have your own Bathroom and Large room with In-built wardrobes. The Lounge Room and Kitchen is huge with an outdoor balcony, all furnished with TV and appliances. Very quiet location in a small unit block. Walking distance to a Coles, Restaurants, Laundry, Gym and a Bar.
I am an international student. I like to keep my room clean and tidy. I love watching movies and I don't smoke. I am an easy person to live with. Currently I am in Year 12, mainly study.
I'm from Cairns, I have just graduated from school and I have deferred my course at Medical school for 12 months, so I have decided to move out from my family and just experience something new and different this year. I'm a pretty easy going guy and likes almost anything, I also can do chores and errands and know how to cook a little. I'm a non-smoker with no pets and looking for a quiet place to stay. I am still currently living in Cairns, but I am moving down to Sydney around Hornsby on the 15/04/2017 and will be looking for another place to stay in June.
Qing and I are are both easy going, all accepting lovers of life. I am a skilled massage therapist of over 13 years and Qing is a highly attentive part-time Yoga teacher and full time translator. If there are any health concerns for our family and friends, one or both of us will have ways to help (if we are asked), that said, if anyone wants to live an unhealthy lifestyle, we support that too! Life is meant to be enjoyed, what ever that means to you (so long as your not hurting anyone else). I'm also a mild adrenaline junkee. I used to ride motorbikes but one too many accidents has lead to interventions by my family and friends. So, I'm banned from motorbikes. Fair enough i guess, I always say "enjoy life however you please, so long as your not hurting anyone else", and it sure does upset my mum and a few others when I get busted up. So, trampoline parks seem to be my most dangerous activity these days. Qing is a very active (and very small) young lady with a thirst for knowledge and always keen for a laugh, even at her own expense (or mine). She will try anything once, but usually doesn't give up until her skills have been honed. She is a terrible cook, but her determination is paying off as her skills are improving. Her family owns a tea farm in China, so she can tell you all kinds of amazing things about tea. she also enjoys studying with Coursea, so she know all kinds of stuff about all kinds of things. She is also a talented belly-dancer. Her father instilled a philosophy quite deeply in her to never show off or try to draw praise, so she is very humble and unassuming, only expressing her knowledge when its necessary or if asked.
