We have a 4 bedroom house to share in Paralowie. The house has two large living areas. We have 2 rooms available in a fully furnished house. The bedrooms come with a built in robe and a desk. The price includes rent, wifi and all utility bills. The slightly larger room is $180 p/w and the smaller one 150 p/w. We will need the first two weeks of rent upfront. Looking for someone who is either employed or a student and will be neat and tidy. Ourselves: We are a chilled, easy going young couple, working professionals and study part time, with no kids. Our place has reverse cycle air conditioning. It is only a 5 minute walk to the shopping mall and transport.
Hi I'm Sarah, I'm looking to move in preferably with another female. I work full time hours including plenty of overtime so I will not be home much during the week. I'm a clean person who is fun and outgoing, I enjoys cooking and going out on the weekend with friends.
Hi there, I like to live in a clean, neat and tidy environment and my bedroom always reflects that. I was brought up to respect everyone and their belongings. I am an easy person to get along with and seek a drama-free life. I'm currently a full-time concrete labourer, which requires an early start at 4am, 6 days a week. I am also in the midst of applying for the South Australian Police. I was born in Queensland but raised in Adelaide and my main passion lies in riding motorbikes.
Recently visited a mate in Adelaide and im looking to go back and live there for a year. Im really easy to get along with, chilled out and always up for a laugh. I understand the importance of privacy, respectfulness and just normal unwritten rules of a shared house. My arrival date is reasonably flexible, looking for people who are hopefully going for the same reasons as me.. to see as much as possible, party/socialise, chill out and work/study
I live here by myself, although my 2 month old grandson will stay at times. It's a quiet house in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is very secure and you would have access to a lockup garage and your own entry. I have Foxtel and WiFi that you can utilise. I have a couple of pets including a very friendly dog and a carpet snake who stays in her vivarium :).
i am 47 years old and i am a tradie plasterer.i work long hours and when i come home i am quiet and respect others privacy.i love to cook and do maintenance around the house when needed.i enjoy gardening and landscaping.i do enjoy the company of others for a chat and a few laughs.i do not smoke and i am a social drinker[ not very often].i like a clean house and people who arent negative about everything in life..i repair houses and make extensions.i enjoy bushwalking and long beach walks in my spare time
Im clean housemate, some say OCD 😅 Willing to do my fair share of any work. I have epilepsy which prevents me from getting alot of fulltime work. I am first year full-time student, moving through journalism, eventually writing my own book. Im not a quiet person, but im not loud. I like to have an interaction with housemates, creating friendships not just 'mates'. I have lots of international student friends and my fathers boyfriend is from Vietnam, so I am a very multicultural accepting person. I like try to and make people laugh at least once a day. Love Hayden
Hey there I've recently arrived from interstate looking to Share a place with people who don't mind the occasional blues. I work in the Ag/horticulture area of North Adelaide. Don't mind travelling a bit. Prefer a semi rural locality but that's not essential. I'm an easy going individual. Looking for likeminded.
Just looking to find a like minded person (Preferably female) to rent a house with around Andrews Farm. I have two small pets, study and enjoy growing my own organic produce. I love to cook, binge on Netflix & I could easily spend hours bike riding or ice skating. Not big on drinking but I don't mind a glass of wine or two. I'm interested in a 2+ bedroom house with a secure/fully fenced yard and room for the garden or plenty of pots. My ideal housemate would have a good sense of humour, be financially stable, love dogs, like there own space but enjoy company at times, be clean, respectful & trustworthy. Thanks 🙂

Hey! I am a non smoker, no pets and single. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle and I am looking forward to getting my fitness back after being away overseas for a few years.Ideally I would be living with other non smokers, I find that smokers hang out with smokers and I hate the smell and the habit. Anyways.. I lived in SA once upon a time for most of my life but left for a FIFO job out of Perth about 6 years ago. In adelaide I worked as a dispense technician in pharmacy and used to have a secnd job most of the time in hospitality. Adelaide is still 'home' and I want to create a life here that makes me want to stick around. This is where you come in.. I want a good housemate that is mature enough to co-habitat as I am not looking for another parent and I want us both to feel free to live our lives. Of course its nice to live with someone that might notice if you went missing or made you some left over salad in the fridge but we dont need to be besties. I have lived with a couple people in the past, mainly guys and it's worked out well! I grew up with the sisters so I know all too well that too many women isn't always a great thing. I have never lived wit a couple and have only heard on here say that it isnt always the greatest experience but I would be open to it. Having worked away and lived in camps I have enough maturity to openly discuss any issues and would be open for you to do the same. I dont want to drive you insane with a simple habit Im unaware of that if I knew about I wouldnt have kept doing. I remember having someone that was particular about how the towel was left sitting after you dry your hands on it.. easy one to be mindful of :) same goes for me. I want to be able to say hey, when you put the bin bag next to the bin and not in it it drives me bonkers! My general habits. I drink on occasion, usually a couple wines with or without company :) I dont really go out drinking a whole lot as I feel those days are a little over and most of my Adelaide friendship groups are filled with professionals or people with children. I dont watch a lot of TV so I wont be up to date on your latest show but I can eargerly listen :) Im a people person, happy to chat and love a good DnM at the right time with the right people. I used to be quite into fitness and looking to get that relationship back into my life. I will be workng full time however i am currently not working (i arrived back in Australia directly before Christmas and just did a week in Darwin) I will be working soon. I tend to like working lots of hours at once and then having a few days off- should the industry and the south Australian job market allow for that. In summary I am an easy going girl who grew up in a rural suburb so i know how to mow a lawn and kill a spider, just dont ask me to kill anything with hands and fur cos I tend to stay away from meat. I am mindful of what I put in my body (except for the odd day where cadbury gets the better of me) and I can be practical. I am pretty upfront without being that rude person and I am looking for a home. If you have got to this point, Great! I think meeting the right housemate is just important if not more important than the space. I am looking for an area close to Semaphore, however I am not seasoned on what all the areas nearby are called. So if you contact me about a place five minutes away from Semaphore I may be unaware. If I am not in Semaphore I would like to be north of the city or Port Adelaide or somewhere with parklands or nature nearby. The places I have been looking include SEMAPHORE, LARGS BAY, PETERHEAD, BIRKENHEAD, GLANVILLE ETC Also I have stated 4 months and a move date- this is negotiable. This is basically becuase I dont know what I will be doing for work. I dont want to go jumping into a six month lease when I dont know what I am doing but in order to work out what I am doing I need to be stable enough that where I am living is not on the forefront of my mind. At the same time I dont want to set up shop for a month only to move again in four weeks.
I'm energetic and friendly I love runs on the beach, food and wine, live music, meeting new people. I work full time in hospitality, and am looking for an easy going house mate who I can be myself around 😊
