I am unemployed at the moment having moved back to Victoria from queensland. Staying in Melbourne until I can find work and a place to live in Geelong area to be near my daughter and grandkids. I'm easy going and willing to share household duties. I have an elderly Staffy who I would need to have indoors. Non smoker, non drinker.
Hi I'm a fun loving person who known how to have a good time but still knows when to keep to myself and give others there privacy. I'm currently working casually on weekends and study full time during the week at the Gordon and I am studying a certificate IV in beauty therapy :) I've put down that I have pets I do have two dogs but they live with my parents and will continue to stay there when I move out but I am really wanting to get a kitten when I move out but if that's a deal breaker it's not a must. And my hobbies really just consist of reading A LOT, watching A LOT of TV series and MOVIES ! And love to catch up with friends and have a laugh about anything or everything.
I am a quiet business owner who is currently going through a marriage separation. Until the finalisation of my divorce I am looking for a clean, quiet and respectful home in which I can rent a room. I do not smoke, drink or use drugs and am respectful and polite. I am hoping my 2 well mannered young kids are able to visit on the weekends however this is not a fixed arrangement. Finding somewhere I can live for three to six months where I can respect the privacy of my housemate(s) and be granted the same privacy in return, is a priority. I am ready to move in straight away.
we are relaxed, active, tidy. Shelady is a seamstress and retail manager, while heman is a white water instructor. If we aren't out on adventures exploring the outdoors, we'll be found cooking delicious food or relaxing in the garden.
Awesome location! Two minutes drive from the beach, the shops and the aquatic/sports centre, and only 25 minutes to Geelong. Everything you need is in Ocean Grove, as well as great cafes and shops, and there's easy access to the rest of the Bellarine Peninsula for weekend markets, and other activities. You have a good-sized room with built in cupboards and an ensuite with shower and sink/vanity, a private balcony, your own entrance and off-street parking next to your room. There is a double bed available or you can bring your own. You can have as much privacy as you want, but you will need to be dog friendly as I have two dogs. They are inside/outside dogs, but will not go in your room.
We are lucky enough to have a beautiful cottage located down the end of the Mornington Peninsula, located on a hill with overlooking the Portsea surroundings. Here, we share great memories with our dearest friends throughout the year when we are not studying up in Melbourne. We often rent our home out as a short-term holiday rental to paying guests, just enough to cover the bills and in between get to enjoy an incredible location that is halfway between the bay and the surf beaches. We are thinking of creating 2 self contained areas to rent to longer term. A self contained area would include a bedroom, either (1 or 2) single or double bed (for a couple) a shower and toilet, own living space, and outdoor space, a mini fridge, a microwave, kettle and toaster. Internet is not set up as yet, but could be negotiated. Plug in heater is included and a fan/cooler. Your area would not be accessible to the main house and you would be able to live privately with your own entrance. The house is set in a large garden with a vegetable garden and a tree house. You are welcome to enjoy the entire outdoor garden area. There is parking space for one car. One issue can be that there is little garbage space and so you may need to take care of that independantly. I would prefer mature quiet minded people. I have children, so females will get priority. I will consider a couple (of any description) sharing at $400 per week, including bills, but not wifi. No smoking and drug taking is a necessity. I am currently painting and doing maintenance, mostly physically on my own and I acknowledge that I may need access to paint the exterior of the space that you occupy. I promise to respect your privacy. At present the house continues to be booked through airbnb as an entire house. One booking is for 5 days in May and another is a weekend in August. I am ultimately considering recreating my home into three separate private spaces. Until this time, the home will be available at all times except for the airbnb bookings. Please feel free to send an email to discuss.
Hey! My partner Isaac and myself are looking to rent a 3-4 bedroom house in Torquay or Barwon heads for around $400 per week so the 3rd person would pay no more than $130 per week. We are extremely easy to get along with, love keeping active, surfing and heading to the beach. We are considerate, tidy and friendly. Isaac plays a lot of music mainly guitar but loves to jump on the drums and keyboard quite a bit. We are looking to share with one other person that is excepting of some music being played in the evenings and on weekends but as we both work full time and are considerate of others in the house and neighbors, music would be going no later than 10pm.
I'm a very clean, laid back guy who's starting to study architecture at Deakin this year. I love the beach and want to live close to it, preferably in Torquay. Some of my passions are CrossFit, guitar, cooking and surfing. I'm looking to move in the month of February. Send me a message if you're in the same boat!
I'm looking to rent for 3 months (willing to negotiate) I am 25 and work full-time in a winery and lead a v active life outside of work. I love kiteboarding, sailing and yoga. My boyfriend Jake, 32, is a professional chef currently working abroad. He loves surfing and makes beautiful smells in the kitchen! He returns to the area mid-March. We are looking after a B&B from mid-April to mid-May but we are happy to negotiate longer-term commitment. We have both worked on super yachts for a few years so we are used to living in close quarters, being respectful of the people we live with and cleaning up after ourselves. We are easy-going, sociable and after travelling for a while, we would love to find a place where we can hang out and call home!
Easy going, tolerant, respectful, pays on time. 27 y/o backpacker from sweden with good english skills. I work pretty much all weekdays and spend most of the afternoons at the gym. Clean, nice and social, love meeting new people. I don't actually mind staying in hostels but it would be nice to have just a little space to call your own.
22yo paramedic and a 22yo painter & decorator. Looking to start a 12 month lease with another housemate. We both enjoy a relatively clean house. We are pretty social and don't mind the occasional drink but do also enjoy our own space. Paramedic does shift work so would require the master bedroom (willing to pay a bit extra rent) and need housemate to be respectful on those days. Painter works 5 days a week. We're looking at each spending $175 max rent each week.

I'm fairly easy to get along with, a little football crazy (roundball variety). Love the outdoors and animals so if you have pets that's a bonus. Mt Biker, Snowboarder, lapsed diver (need to get back into that) gym goer. Equally happy chilling with a beer or bottle of red in front of the telly (well binging on Netflix) or listening to tunes. That beer or bottle of red goes well with mates or randoms too.

Someone preferably around our age (22), with steady income. Male or female. Preferably no pets. Maddie is a paramedic and works shift work so will require master bedroom. Alisha is a Painter, works monday to friday, full time.
