Other things you should know ☺ No pets sorry No strict house rules… just the obvious stuff like clean up after yourself, be respectful to others, and do your fair share of house work. We get a cleaner in around every month to give the house a good once over and as mentioned above we also get the lawns mowed which is all included in the rent. Who we are looking for… Keen on getting someone in who can pay rent on time (obviously) and knows how to clean up after themselves. Basically just someone who is respectful and has their shit together and drama free. Couples: Happy to accept couples. Please note rent will be $30 extra though.
Excellent location for UQ students and good sized rooms. The kitchen is spacious and brand new open plan to the lounge. 3 fridges and new oven & cook top. The 2 bathrooms were also renovated in 2017. Very spacious house only 100m from Hawken Village shops (IGA, post office, bakery, eating places etc) and a further 600m from the campus. There's a bus stop immediately outside if you really don't want to walk and there's off road parking available on the driveway plus on street parking. All utilities and unlimited broadband are included except we collect $15 per week towards the water account. Rooms have built in cupboards and are furnished with bed, desk and chair, but you can bring your own bed if you prefer. All rooms have fans. We have 1 room available 24 February for males or females.
