Hey, I'm Josh, I am from the south of Adelaide but I'll be starting full time at one of the defence companies in Edinburgh at the start of next year so I'm looking for somewhere close by. I'm a very organised and clean person and I'm happy to keep to myself or hang out. I enjoy the outdoors and have recently been getting into flying quadcopters but I also can't go past a book and a good cup of tea (T-bars 'high tea' is amazing 👌). I get on really well with my family so I'll probably be heading back a lot of weekends to visit them so if having the house to yourself sounds good then that's a plus! Love pets, especially dogs so more than happy for you to bring along your friends. I'd love to have a chat to get to know you (or even to hear any advice you might have about the northern suburbs) so chuck me a message! :)

Hi, my name is Laura and I’m a 20-year-old student looking for a home in the Northern Suburbs. I’m currently finishing year twelve at the moment and plan to attend the teaching program at UniSA in the future. I receive student payments from Centrelink as I’m not currently working. I am also five months pregnant and need somewhere to live from now until I receive my Centrelink parenting payments, which could be a few months after the baby's birth, so if you would prefer not to live with a newborn I would understand. I am a friendly easy going person but also need my own space and privacy too. On some days I can be overly talkative, so feel free to tell me to quieten down if I become annoying! I am happy to have a conversation and a chat but will respect your space and privacy as well. I love cooking and cooking for others and I’m almost always up for a movie marathon. I am looking to live with a maximum of two other people, and have no preference for gender. I have my own furniture, so I would prefer an unfurnished room. In addition to bedroom furniture, I have my own household items I am happy to share, for instance, a large fridge. I am looking to move soon but am flexible with the date.
I am looking for someone to share my property with. You will have access to your own bathroom and parking space in the garage. Internet is connected to the property (but like all other bills is not included in the rent price). The property also has ducted air conditioning. The property is furnished with the exception of your room. Bond is $1140. I have a few house rules that you will be required to follow; - No smoking - No pets - Pay your bills on time - Be respectful - No drugs - Be tidy The property backs on to the cobbler creek recreation park and has a nice view from the patio. It is also close to the golden grove village shopping center. Thats it! Hope to hear from you.
I'm a 20 year old male, working full time and looking to move closer to work. I love footy, cricket, football and music. I'm reasonably quiet but would love a social group of people to have a beer with and become good friends. I would not be home much during the week and usually play sport on the weekends.

I’m currently just having a look for somewhere to possibly live with my TWO dogs. I’m easy to live with, I’m neat and tidy, always clean up after myself and my two dogs, as they shed hair so I’m always cleaning! So if that’s a problem I wouldn’t bother messaging me! I’m happy to team up with someone to lease a place with if you don’t give me a bad vibe. I’ve had a bad experience on here so will be hard finding the right person to do that! Send us a message if you have some where I can stay or if you’re interested in teaming up!

Hey guys! I'm 28, work full time as a sales professional for Optus for 5 years now. I've got two beautiful boys who don't live with me but may visit and will absolutely win anyone they meet over (well behaved little gentleman and gorgeous funny lads!). I love animals, fitness, sports (footy mainly) and love business/run an Activewear company on top of my day job. I'm recently separated and looking for someone cool to either share a home with, rent with or team up for our own place together! Love to chat and socialise, to cook and keep things very clean and organised! Let me know if you're keen to chat! :)
I’m an easy going childcare worker/ student. I’m always up for socialising with others, but also enjoy time to myself, so I’m open to any household dynamic. I’m very clean and organised, so I’ll always do my share of house upkeep. Just hoping to find someone likeminded to share the costs of living.
The house has just been renovated and set up for all of a young person or student's needs being considered. All power, heating and internet with Netflix are included in the rent. Also dedicated storage, bedding and towels, with a brand new set of pillows and electric blankets. The house is set up as a place that is easy to live in and gives you a place to relax but is easy to get to work or campus. There is a great yard with outside BBQ and shade for relaxing. You will share with one other student but the house will be your own to relax in as you wish with dedicated storage and lockable rooms. Buses and trains that travel directly to the city or Uni SA campus are an easy walk away and there is heaps of off street parking if you have a car. There is good access to multiple main roads if you drive. I am an engineer and have been a teacher and a mature age student. So I understand fully how to support you. Living in the house will be so relaxing that I am sure you will improve your results at Uni or get a job promotion. Female preferred. Give me a call anytime. David :-)
