Hello... My name is Melanie and this is my account. The add is only for Brad Male age 40 and not myself. Brad is easy to get along with and relaxed
This house is a unique building that embraces the history of the state and country. It was built by A multi millionare who established Adelaide's economy - in the 1890's and has been renovated throughout the years. In the early 90's it was known as the 'Flash House' and is still stunning. All those who lived in this house were highly respected people, and each one of them did their bit in maintaining the building. It is made of solid bluestone and just beautiful to look at. I recently bought this house to live in myself (And it was a challenge buying this house as higher offers kept coming!), however due to other commitments i have chosen to live at my other property. Therefore i am renting this gorgeous house to clean and tidy female students. It is a state heritage registered house on a approximately 3000SQM property. It has a wonderful front appearance with palm trees and a well maintained swimming pool (currently under maintenance). I have recently added security grilles onto all the windows that costed over $10,000; which adds onto the safety of the property. The house is located around 30 minutes from the city, close to shops, Tafe SA, UniSA Mawson Lakes Campus, and basically everything you need. It has 3 large newly furnished rooms, one smaller room, and a brand new equiped ensuite consisting of a large room and stairs to the second level which has a seperate bathroom, toilet, kitchen and washing machine. Locks can be arranged for the rooms. They are furnished with brand a new double bed (except for the smaller room which has a brand new single bed), new mattress, new sidetable, new desk and chair, new lamp, cupboard, and other thing such as iron, ironing board, laundry bag, all brand new for your convenience. The driveway is very long and there's enough room for everyone. Pricing: • Ensuite: $200 Per Week • The large rooms (3 available): $150 per week each. • The smaller room with a single size bed: $100 per week. This price includes: - Water (the house has 2 large filtered rain water tanks, and you can switch from and to mains water). - Gas - NBN INTERNET - Electricity *Provided that it does not exceed $1000 every 3 months* In the case where the electricity bill exceeds $1000, all tenants will pay the exceeded amount equally. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have lived in the Blue room for almost Six months (now 11 months). I have enjoyed my stay and I have been looked after and safe. The place is clean tidy and is close to public transport. There is great company and new friends to make. I think Mark has best landlord I've ever dealt with Kind regards Bianca (housemate since Apr 2016) - Room 2 My name is Angela (student), I have lived in room 2 for a year and 3 months (now 17 months). This has been the best house I've ever stayed at cause the house is massive and the rooms are pretty great size, all the rooms has it's own usual appliances like microwave, toaster etc and it has a recently built air conditioner which is great for summer and winter for those hot and cold nights, the room is good if you want to keep to yourself etc. House is always kept neat and tidy, public transport is pretty good and easy to catch to and from the city or Salisbury. The shops is close by its only 15 min walk from the house. Mark is a very good landlord, if you ever wanted assistance with anything he'll do it, all in all it has been great living here. (housemate since Sep 2015) - Room 3 My name is Zuhura (Uni student/child care), I am currently living in room 3 and I have lived here for almost a year (now 15 months) after moving out from family circumstances. Since I moved here, it always feels like I am living at my original home with my family. The house is always clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and well maintained and everyone in the house is always friendly. Mark is a truly God sent. Mark is an amazing person and a great heart too. He's always available, willing and ready to help whenever you need him. Mark loves and treats everyone equality no matter where the person is from. Some benefits of living in the house are being allowed to come and go as you please. Having friends and family over with no concern. Each room in the house is set up like a hotel room with equipment available such as toaster, kettle, plates/knives/spoons, microwave, mini fridge/freezer and studying table. The house has a massive kitchen for everyone in the house to use which include massive fridge for everyone and other kitchen utensils and a massive bathroom/toilet. The house is close to bus stop and it two minutes far away to the shops. (housemate Jan 2016 to April 2017) - Room 4 I have lived in this house for a year and 6 months. I was the first to rent a room here and I never have any regrets of living here. In short, I made the right choice of moving here. Aside from the distance from where I work and from the shops, the place is breathtaking, peaceful and quiet. The land is spacious and parking space is never an issue. Also, two thumbs up for the comfort and safety. Moreover, you have got everything you needed from the linens, towels, plates, cutleries, fridge, microwave, toaster, etc… everything are provided for by the owner of the house. All you need is to move here, bring your clothes and some of your personal belongings. Your payment is worth it. You do not have to worry about paying the electricity and water bills as it is included already in your payment per week. Mark has been very good to us since day one. He is always there whenever we need his assistance. He is open minded, a good listener, helpful, very kind, warm and accommodating. He is like our father here. He is clever, simple and down to earth. Furthermore, Mark has a vegetable garden at the back of the house. He is very generous that he shares the vegetables to everybody. In summary. Living here is a paradise. You look younger and brighter because it has a stress free environment which is a good place to relax after work and on your days off. It is an ideal comfort zone. =) Era (nurse) (Housemate June 2015 to Dec 2016) - Room 5 My name is Esther , I have lived in ... room 5, for nearly a year now after moving out from (family) circumstances. I’m a 21yr old female, who has been living on her own since 15. I’m currently couch surfing and trying to find a place to live. I’m currently on medical leave with Centrelink but I’m getting reassessed and I’m hoping I can start some study at least. I’m very quiet, kept to my self and introverted. I like to take photos, play video games, listen to music and hang out with my cats. I plan on launching my freelance photography page and focus on my physical and mental health in 2018. I have Aspergers, SPD and social anxiety so I am learning how to deal and cope with my conditions so my life can better. I’d like to be able to work again. I don’t party, drink or smoke but I’m okay with my housemates doing so as long as it doesn’t get too noisy/rowdy. My cat Cyrus is desexed and house trained. He is an indoor/outdoor cat prefering outdoors if the weather and time allows it. He is also litter trained. He isn’t big on cuddles being a rescue cat but he is sociable. If room permits I would like to bring my cat Cally who is just like Cyrus but she is fluffy!! I can leave them with my partner but to ease the stress on him I’d prefer they come with me I’m looking to pay between $150-$180 depending on location, room size and bill included/ separated. Ideally I’d like the room to include utility + internet usage as it’s one less stress for me. I’d prefer a granny flat or a larger room with a ensuite primary because of my cat/s and the fact I’m home so often. I don’t drive so being located near a bus stop or close to shops/public transport is ideal especially since I like to workout during the week. I’d prefer to be around the Modbury / Tea Tree Gully area as my partner and I are seperated due to terminal illness and I’d like to be able to reach him if I needed to in an emergency.
Because of my OCD I make sure to keep the kitchen clean, and I don't smoke, drink, do drugs, watch t.v., because I prefer reading, and i'm a relatively quiet individual. Thanks, Warryn.
I'm a non smoker/drinker, clean and tidy, I have a passion for food and can cook up a storm. I'm told I have a great sense of humour and get along with almost everyone. I have a small strange cat we both are easy going and mostly keep to ourselves but dont mind a stimulating conversation (me mainly... sometimes the cat) when not studying or attending evening book studies I like to unwind catching up on my favourite tv series or listening to music.
Will happily split chores to do around the house Play netball and football Work part-time Uni student in 2018 Easy to get along with
I am a middle-age male non-smoking professional. Wishing to share a large house with one other mature person. Currently, I have a university student occupying the adjacent room. Modern suburb, near parklands, shopping centre, and bus stop. Fast bus trips to city via O-bahn (32 min to CBD). All inclusive except meals and consumables.
Hey im chris im a security/coms tech i am very friendly, approachable and polite always neat and tidy and easy to get along with more than happy to keep to myself but would prefer other like minded individuals to talk to, i catch onto subtle hints well i have a 2 year old son that will be staying with me 2/3 nights a week he honestly is a great kid and im ideally looking for an unfurnished onsuite room if possible
I am a genuine down to earth easy going person. Im friendly and know how to communicate with other people of all ages that like to chat. I also like to keep things clean and tidy. I pay on time and just like life to be as smooth and hassle free as possible i do work longs hours and it does keep me away from home at times. Ummn not sure what else
Easy going, respect peoples privacy, don't smoke or take drugs. Girlfriend lives interstate , so travel often. Have quality references. Looking to share with kind/quality like minded person.
I work full time as an event coordinator, a non smoker with no pets. Looking to live with a laid back, clean and tidy housemates around the same age that is respectful. Prefer to live with a male.
I come with all my own homey goods. I love terrible comedy movies, and I'm always down for a wine and movie night. I don't drive, but I'm learning. (So would need to be near bus/train) I find my own way everywhere, very independent and self sufficient. Pay my own bills etc etc all that good stuff. I am a dog enthusiast, a Netflix expert and a snack queen. Majority of my time during the week after work is spent sleeping or watching the horrendous part of YouTube. Weekends I spend with my partner (sometimes at their house, most of the time they come to me). I really don't know what to write here...
I'm easy going and keep to myself but love a good chat. I work in childcare. I live in Adelaide just looking for a shared house accommodation. I have a dog called Wags (spoodle) he is a friendly loyal dog that has zero shedding (must love animals) I love a good movie and a long day/walk at the beach with my pooch.
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean and tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide and reasonably close to shops and public transport . I have some furniture in storage. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying.
I am a professional working with the the Government Department in their Information Technology section. Just moved to Adelaide and looking for a room, preferably with attached bathroom. My minimum stay would be until the end of next year-December 2018. I am a friendly person, neat &tidy, a non-smoker, non-drinker. My interest is in reading books on History and Economics.
Hi my name is Ashleigh, i'm 18 years old and I'm looking for a place to live with other people. I'm currently looking for employment, however I am finishing off my SACE and will be starting a Certificate 3 in Beauty Services next year in the city. I'm a fun, kind, outgoing girl that is sociable. I am a clean and tidy person that is respectful of other people privacy. I have my own furniture, I have no pets but I am animal lover. I would prefer $140 per week included with bills and internet. I have no preference on gender and I would prefer between flatmates aged between 18-30. I am looking for somewhere to stay for few months and if everything working out then I am open to stay longer. Thank you, Ashleigh
I am currently looking for a room to rent in the Golden Grove area, as it is a location central to both of my campus, Magill and Mawson Lakes. I am an easy going girl, keep to myself, however easy to get along with and always up for a laugh. I do like to go out with friends, however I also do enjoy a nice quiet night in.
I am very easy to get along with and am a respectful well mannered adult. I am a pretty neat and tidy bloke who is looking for somewhere to rent that has a tidy environment or with someone that has the ability to keep a tidy house. I am trust worthy and a good judge of character so I tend to hang around trust worthy people. Currently am looking for a house to shift to as soon as possible and looking for work and enrolling back in school.
My place is in a leafy, quiet area (5 houses in a no-through traffic cul-de-sac) within 3 minutes walking distance from Golden Grove Village Shopping Centre (recently re-vamped) with its numerous cafes, restaurants, specialty shops and supermarkets and the O-bahn/bus exchange (takes 25 minutes to Adelaide CBD, running via Tea Tree Plaza Community - another large shopping centre), Sports/Recreation and swim centre, parks and walk tracks and not far either, from the beautiful Adelaide Hills.
