My name is Zoe, I'm 25 and work in retail full time Tuesday-Saturday. I'm from Melbourne but have been living in Perth for some time. I'm a laid back person and consider myself easy to get along with. I've lived in many share houses over the years so I know the drill! I'm a very respectful and tidy housemate. I only own bedroom furniture, a few decorative things and a bunch of books, so I'm after a fully furnished place with an unfurnished bedroom for me. I'd prefer to live with females but it's not a deal breaker, however I'm after a place with only 1 or 2 other people. I also love animals, and though I don't have any of my own, I'd be happy to live in a place with pets :)
I'm a third-year Curtin full-time student, who works part-time. I'm reliable, easy-going, tidy and respectful of space and privacy, but also up for a chat/ meeting new people/ bingeing game of thrones as well. Just looking for a clean tidy place with like-minded people
Aspiring to be a paediatric nurse in forensic mental health. Will be studying at South Metro TAFE. Ideally looking for a someone who is clean, will have the occasional drink, netflix & chill and just be awesome house mates! Also I love animals (pets)!
Hi, I came to Perth last week from Turkey. I completed my civil engineering degree in Istanbul and have been granted graduate working visa in Australia. A study desk and a double bed are must for me. Apart from that I love playing tennis, swimming and watching football or you may call it soccer:) I probably will go to a gym, if there is one nearby it would be great. I am a clean and respectful person. If you have any questions just sent me a message. Thanks, Oguz
Hi, I am Shanti, an international student at Murdoch University, on my second year of studying Animal Science and Animal Health, looking to rent a master bedroom around Murdoch area. I am friendly, outgoing, and respects personal space. More importantly, I am tidy and clean. Non-smoker :)
I’m a 17 year old student who is in year 12 at Rossmoyne Senior High School currently completely wace to get an atar and then planning on going to university. I play volleyball and am actively seeking a part time job. I am very independent and am fine with pets and other housemates
Sorry, the last room has been booked. Next availability in November. Suited for Curtin students. All bills included (Electricity, Gas, Water, Internet), fully furnished, peaceful, good value, decent housemates. The bathroom is a shared female-only bathroom. There are other Curtin students here who are calm and considerate, friendly and easy to chat with, but also respect your privacy and quiet times. The home environment is very safe and stable, so you can be assured to have a peaceful stay. It is also a quiet place and is study, relaxation and sleep conducive. The rooms are all private (one person only) and large with a Queen or single bed, comfortable, fully furnished including linen and electric blanket for winter, bedside drawers and lamps, desk and office chair, built-in wardrobe, key lock door, and a self programmable safe for valuables (laptop size). It has ducted heating for winter and cooling for summer. The WiFi is unlimited and fast NBN 100 (fastest speed in Australia). The house has spacious living areas for you to spread out and relax, modern furniture, two dining areas, two lounge areas, a fully equipped kitchen and is always clean and tidy. Cleaning of common areas is provided. The house is well situated with good public transport links, direct buses to Curtin Uni and Canning Bridge train station every 5 minutes in peak hours (bus stop 1 minute walk), a direct bus from the city stops on the driveway, easy access to the freeway, and a new bicycle which you can use. If you don't have a car, we'll be happy to take you grocery shopping 😊. Manning is a safe suburb but the house has additional security features: CCTV system for the outsides, alarm and a video intercom for the front door. This place is close to a library, a few different parks, an easy walk to the river, Waterford Plaza (1 km), and also Manning shops (600m). We offer an exceptionally peaceful home environment... but it will not suit people with a lot of furniture or pets (really sorry). Any questions? Feel free to ask. Secure and Private room Safe, clean and tidy house Peaceful and quiet place More photos available on request Suitable for someone who wants to feel at home.
I'm an employed 28 year-old engineer who relocated permanently to Perth from Malaysia last November. Have lived with my current housemate for almost a year now with no problem as I am easy-going, considerate, respectful, neat and tidy. She can attest to that :) I'm moving because she will be moving back to Bunbury with her husband once the lease ends. I believe in the saying 'Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you', hence I appreciate sincerity and honesty. I enjoy video games (have a PS4 but don't worry I will not fight for the TV as I have my own), going on amazing road trips, beaches, coffee-hunting, keeping fit and planning to take up guitar in due time (I promise to keep it quiet!!). I'm open to different adventures and activities as I'm excited to explore this beautiful new place I'll be living in for awhile. Though I am always down for adventures or night-outs, I also enjoy a quiet night in with movies and respect personal space. Not a FIFO but my work occasionally requires me to go offshore 1-2 weeks at a time. I'm looking for a room with a budget of 160-170pw (no bills included) or 180-200pw (bills included). Room doesn't have to be furnished as again, I have my own furnitures but preferably with good-sized BIR and able to fit queen size bed, a desk and bookshelf/ dresser (I might have to choose between the two :( if it doesn't fit).
My names Dan, I will be studying Physiotherapy @ Notre Dame so I'm looking to live closer to Freo than I currently do. I work at Adventure World as a ride operator, lifeguard and first aid officer. I also work with a WAFL side as a sports trainer. So I tend to keep myself pretty busy. As a room mate I'm pretty quite, clean and respectful, I'm always willing to help out around the house with anything that needs to be done. I enjoy cooking and I'm always interested in learning to cook new things.
I am a full time student studying Coastal and Marine Science at Curtin so the ocean is what I'm passionate about I am fun but respectful and will clean up after myself ! I'm sociable and down for anything adventurous as I'm quite an outdoorsy guy that loves nature I also can make a mean scrambled egg ! Currently working for World Vision Australia as a fundraising promoter and will 100% pay my bills on time. Born and raised in Perth so I know my way around Looking for anyone who's fun and easy going as a roomie and any gender I don't care :)
Great housemate all round! I like to keep on top of things, when something needs doing, I get it done. I don’t mind socialising with my house mates although I understand there are times when a little space is required and I’m very considerate of this. I have been sharing a brand new two storey home in Riverton with one other male. As he has acquired a home, we are currently finalising our tenancy. Ultimately I’m looking for a queen size room with possibly own bathroom or en-suite, iam flexible. I also have furniture, which I’m flexible with such as a couch, fridge, microwave and 2x 70 inch tv. If there is space to store that’s great if not I’m happy to place in storage. By day, I work running my own business in multimedia doing advertising, photography and design. Mechanic by trade and currently working at finishing off my pilots licence. I spend a lot of my free time flying aerobatics at Jandakot as now it’s become more of a hobby than a career. In the evenings I take some time to go walk my Siberian Husky in south perth as he does not live with me anymore. Please if there is anything you would like to know or feel you have a great place to live send me an email or txt and I look forward to meeting you.
I am looking for a place south of the river and close to public transport to get to the CBD. I enjoy reading and relaxing, so don't want to be in a party house! My moving date is flexible, and I'm really looking for a private bathroom and a space with some storage for a bike. Alternatively, I may be interested in renting 2 separate rooms depending on the price.
Full-time female postgraduate student at Curtin from Hong Kong. Enjoy spending a lot of me-time in my room and a spacious, clean and comfortable house. Like to live with flatmates that are quiet, clean and responsible.
Hi, I'm a doctor working full time in Perth, and am looking to rent either a room in a share house or a full unit/granny flat/studio for myself. Please contact me on Flatmates for further info. Thanks.
Very chilled out 22 year old student from South Africa, currently studying Nutrition at Curtin University. I'm an easygoing, animal lover, non smoker, sporty individual who would prefer to make friends with my roommate if possible :) My hobbies include going to gym and swimming, also possibly looking to start some watersports like surfing. I'm also tidy and considerate, looking for like minded people! I don't have a car, so I dont need parking, but I'd like to be along the Curtin busroute or other similar public transport options
Hi. My name is Lithin Mathew Abraham. i have joined in Curtin University. I am looking for an accomodation near to the university and I am intrested in your property. I would like to know more details of your house.
Hi, my girlfriend and I are looking to move into a share house for 2019. Mim is looking to study medicine and will be in her 3rd year of public health at UWA and I will be in my 2nd year of Engineering at Curtin so we looking for a place that accepts students and is in between but South of the river. Looking for a place that has preferably student housemates that are more laid back and we would like to be able to have friends over occasionally. We both like to meet new people and have fun but respect other people's property and space. We are both from regional Western Australia and want to be able to get on with our roommates, not just see each other once a month when we run into each other in the kitchen 😂. Mim volunteers, gyms and plays flute and I play soccer at Curtin along with playing trombone in a community band. I believe in prioritizing good roommates before the place but it's still a major factor, so it'll be nice to meet you 😊.
Hi, I’m a student studying Applied Geology at Curtin Uni, as well as working two jobs. I’m not a very loud person, but can get chatty when I’m settled. I love going for walks and cycling, as well as cooking good food! Looking for a quiet and neat household to live in to be close to work and uni. Will be available to move out around mid-April. I come with my own nice coffee machine, if that helps!
I'm a quiet person, considerate of others, and very clean. Hygiene is super important to me. I'm sociable and friendly. I believe roommates must be in good terms with each other, and enjoy each others company, even though we might rarely hangout together, due to busy schedules. Good communication and trust are essential in house-sharing.
Hello! I am an international student at Curtin University! I am quite short (four feet and nine inches) which is the first thing to notice about me! I am quite social, fun, humorous but i do value my solitude.
25 y/o student at Curtin, who also works part-time for both the university and Clontarf during the semester. I'm just a well-rounded and easy-going guy! Looking to commit for a maximum of 12 months. I currently live down South, but I do not drive - so most of the time I'll only be around Sunday night to Friday morning. Also flexible with move-in-date, so no rush, will wait until the right place comes along.
Hey, I’m a student at Curtin University working part time. I’m also kind , out going and love meeting new people. My hobbies include playing sports, listening to music and reading books.
