Situated down the bottom, it has secured path access onto the main road. 15/20 minute walk to the shops which includes Woolies, cafes, chemist, nail salon, plenty of take aways, child care centers, healthy companies, bakery etc. 20 minute walk to beautiful Samsonvale Lake - always quiet! Eatons Hill Share House Hello Readers, I am a property investor who has just purchased a large double story 8 bedroom home in Eatons Hill and i am now at the stages of leasing 4 rooms out. I have available two rooms upstairs and two rooms down. Each room will have there own security digital lock. There is a large common room with a entertainment area and gym which will be available to all tenants. There is a giant pool currently being constructed and will be ready for summer. There are 3 bathrooms situated in the house and i will pair off two of the rooms to each one. I am currently residing at the property with my partner and am around on a daily bacis conducting renovations. As this property is positioned on acerage there are many animals already here so i cannot accept anymore. As i am in my early 20s i have no worries what so ever with tenants have the occasional piss up aslong as i am issued with notice to make the other tenants aware. I am extremely easy going and love the afternoon beers and will always remain that way aslong as i am treated with respect and honesty. The common room is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi will be made available. I have two undercover car parks which will go to the first two tenants to move in deeming they have a vehicle to take its place. For those who are worried about public transport being more than walking distance away i am more than happy to shout lifts to and from the train station. All bills and laundry supplies are included in the weekly rental amount and i will require two weeks upfront. Rooms can either come furnished or unfurnished to suit your needs. I am looking for friendly easy going people and will be selective to ensure all my tenants are comfortable whether they want to socialise or be left alone. I have a pet Labrador called Marley, he is the most adorable, loving dog you could ever find. He's trained pretty well (we're still working on a few things because, well he is a Labrador!). He doesn't need the biggest yard as I try to walk him every day/ second day. He can go to my parents house when I'm away. I currently live in Dayboro so I'm keen to get a bit closer to everything! Matthew - Works afternoon shift 2-10pm in Logan as an apprentice diesel mechanic so you won't see him much during the week! One of the happiest personalities you'll find and always up for a good time. He loves 4x4 and camping, and is very much a family guy. We're both great with kids and regularly go to church. You'll find us to be respectful and fun loving.
