Close to the beach, 300m from a 25 min train ride to the city! Modern 3 year old house with contemporary furnishings. The room is right next to the main bathroom, so essentially is your own for the most part. Huge bath, tidy yard and decking. I have one cat!
It's a couple of blocks from Semaphore Beach with beautiful scenery to jog to. The Palais is close by if you feel like chilling, drinking and people watching. The house is big and spacious with a beautiful outdoor garden. The rent also includes all bills and if you make it in time for when we make dinner, you'd probably score a free meal from time to time because we treat you like family and not just a stranger that rents our room. :)
Recently finished modern home close to the beach. Both bedrooms (3 x 3.6m) have built in robes. The bathroom has both a shower and bathtub, with a separate toilet. A quality built kitchen with dishwasher, walk-in pantry, gas appliances and ample bench/cupboard space. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. Small backyard, sorry NO pets. $210 pw includes all bills and house cleaner once a month. On street parking available. My name is Rachel, I am 25 years old and work full time for the Government. I live an active and busy lifestyle which includes sports and going to the gym. I enjoy quiet nights in watching movies or socialising with friends. Looking to share with people who are neat and tidy, and share similar interests. If you have any questions or would like to know more send me a msg :)
I believe that I am great to live with because I am a 19 year old independent man on the mission to live my life in the best possible way I can! I study hospitality at TAFE, but my real passion is to write. I love writing. I love reading. I love listening to music. I love socializing with my friends and experiencing new life experiences - originally from Lobethal, currently living in Eastwood and my rental situation is that I'm allergic to my roommate's cat so it's kinda hard to live here and I just want to find somewhere with roomies who are sociable but let me do my own thing, independently - maximum I would be willing to spend is $140 a week - maximum bond I can pay is one week's rent but no bond would be better (the 140 a week is including bills and internet - spending 140 a week currently and I'd rather not be spending anymore than that unless there was internet and bills included in the rent). I'd love roomies that I could actually be friends with! If you're interested - message me and get to know me better!
My names Jess, im 30 years old & working full time Mon-Fri 9-5 as a mental health support worker. I am currently living in Largs Bay right near the beach. I am looking for a room to move into ASAP in a share house with fellow easy going, down to earth & friendly housemates. I also have a beautiful dog - a 4 year old Golden Retriever so I need to find a home where he would be welcomed as part of the family :) I am rarely home during the week except to sleep - I keep myself busy with work & gym & walking my dog. I like a wine on a Friday night to unwind. Hope to hear from you soon.
Hi I am looking to share with guys or girls, age open as I get along with anyone from students to retired people in their 60s +. I would love to rent a self contained granny flat if you have one available and I am flexible with my budget depending on the facilities. I am Neat and Tidy. I like to live in a clean and hygienic environment. I am financially secure and I have my own furniture, bed linen, towels etc if convenient (currently kept in storage) I am a friendly easy going and relaxed person to be around. I have worked in Sales and Marketing for most of my career so I have excellent communication and people skills. I am open minded so I do not judge people on their values and belief systems. I have the ability to be accommodating and sensitive to other peoples needs and lifestyles including if you work shift work. I enjoy the company of others but I will always respect your need for privacy and I enjoy my time out too.I am honest and trustworthy. I have owned my own homes since I was 23yrs old so I will treat your house as if I owned it myself, with allot of pride and respect. I have lived in share accommodation while I was studying at University and I enjoyed living with both males and females of any age. I was married for 13 years, we chose to divorce quite a few years ago. I am currently single. I love animals but I do not have any of my own. I enjoy Pilates, yoga, swimming, and maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle. I love the beach, going out for dinner with friends, movies, local social events etc. I rarely cook, being single I mainly eat microwave dinners so I do not make a mess in the kitchen. I do enjoy cooking when I have people to share a meal with. I love BBQs, or a roast chicken if the occasion arises. I dont smoke but I dont mind if you do. It must be a drug free, safe and secure environment. It would be great if you have some form of undercover car parking but it is not Essential. I will pay extra to have my own ensuite/bathroom. I am flexible with how long I stay with you. I don't mind either short term accommodation eg 1-3months or longer term eg 6+months, what ever suits you. I look forward to meeting with you soon.
Hiya, I'm Angela. I work full-time in retail and am looking at changing location soon... I'm in my late twenties, am very easygoing and i'd say pretty quiet & respectful. I'm after a furnished room in a house, with preferably bills included in the rent. Though i know i can't have it all... ha ha. I love dogs/cats as well, so if you've got pets that's awesome. (If i could have my dog with me too that would be so ideal). Anyway hope to hear from you if the above sounds alright to you : )
One of our flatmates is moving out on the 22nd of October and subsequently we have a room available for rent! The house is huge and the backyard even bigger! Comes fully furnished except for the room available. We have fridges, washing machine, pantry, oven, gas fire place, etc etc. Prime location on the corner of Lady Gowrie Drive and Chester Street in Largs Bay, the beach is literally across the road, Largs Hotel, pier and bottle shop 100m down the road. Train that goes straight to town is also walking distance away, as well as the bus stop. Awesome place to live especially in summer! Parking available on fenced property off the street. A little bit about us - currently 3 laid back easy going young people living here (23, 23, 24). All three occupants are qualified professionals who are on the Monday to Friday grind. It is a relatively sociable household and we enjoy a drink or two on the weekend, but it is not a party house! Prefer people of similar age. No Pets. $135 per week covers everything! Rent, electricity, gas, water, Internet, foxtel! Come and have a look! Guaranteed you will love it! Text or call anytime.
I work full time in engineering and will pull my weight with house work. I enjoy getting outside for a walk, run, cycling or surfing when I can. Happy to watch TV, listen to music, play games or read at home. Content to keep myself occupied or enjoy doing things with people who have similar interests. Looking to have a new place lined up by early November to move mid December, when my current lease will end.
Hi there, so little about me. I'm 21, working full time as an OSHC director. I’m looking to move out soon. I’m usually pretty busy with work but when I'm free & on the weekends I'm usually out & about, at the beach, gym or drinking wine. I enjoy all things creative, live music and weekends away. As a housemate I am fun, clean, respectful and super caring. Let me know if you would be interested in starting a share house or have a room that you think would be a good fit! - Monique
I have decided to study and work part time. I am moving from Canberra, If you have a large house with a little room for some of mt furniture, perhaps a family room or sunroom? I am exceptionally respectful person and very clean and tidy. I have some excellent previous sharing references...as I have travelled quite a bit and enjoy sharing accommodation. I did live in Adelaide for 5 years and love the west side. Use the beach a lot for walking and catching up with friends for coffee down by the water. I think it would be good to move in with one another person or even two ? a share house situation. If you need extra furnishings or white goods, mine are all in storage in Adelaide so it's easy to access anytime. I am wanting to change careers and need to cut my living costs to do so. I worked in Media for many years. I am also open to renting in a house or townhouse or unit with a sunny courtyard, as I enjoy the outdoors, love to live somewhere with a garden.
Hey I'm Nadine, I'm in Adelaide for about 6 weeks for a course. I'm currently living at a backpackers hostel but would love to have my own room and space. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of your home. I'd love to live within a few km's of the beach too but I'm happy to consider other places. If you have a dog I can walk, even better!
Responsible adult and dog owner. I am quiet...respect privacy and can still share and have a laugh. I am currently in a very expensive rental with my small 9 yr old dog...Clare. Looking to share with same..to reduce costs......even bill split...prefer place with gas.

Hi There, I'm Nate, 29, Mechanical engineer/project manager. Avid cyclist and rock climber. excellent cook (handy with a cocktail shaker too) and very sociable guy. I work a lot and don't really party/go out much, but I do love a beer and a chat at the end of the day. I have almost a full house full of furniture if you need anything, but otherwise happy to put it all in storage for the time being. I've lived in share houses for the last 5 years and am well versed in the etiquette required to live with other people. Hope to hear from you soon!
I am easy to get along with, but I can be quiet. I am studying childcare and looking for part time work. I like to hang out in town and chill with friends at home.
