Hi there, I am a healthcare professional and an aspiring physician from Melbourne, moving to Hobart in July to study medicine at UTas. I am extremely clean and tidy, love to explore nature, try out new restaurants and wineries, play some golf or just go for a nice drive (if and whenever I do get the time) and generally try to be as polite and helpful as I can be. I am always up for a meal together but am also very respectful of other people's space. I am definitely not looking for a party house or a place that is loud on the weekend, but a place where we can share a meal, have a glass of wine occasionally and share an intelligent conversation. I am looking to move into a shared house or team up ASAP as my uni starts in the second week of July. Regards, Dhruv

Hey, I'm a utas student looking for a room in a share house either in hobart, or surrounding(preferably south) subburbs. I'm finishing off my Fine arts degree, I'm a creative person. I'm a solid mix if social and keep to myself. My socialising tends to be out and about and less at home. I prefer a tidy place, and I'm not strict around that just happy to help maintain a livable clean space.
I am a 29 year old UTAS masters student, originally from Perth and in my final year of clinical psychology. When I'm not studying I enjoy the outdoors, reading, listening to music and drawing. I'm a pretty friendly, laid-back guy, I enjoy being around others but also respectful of others' personal space.
I graduated from Utas last year and now am focusing on English study for immigration purpose. Already live in Hobart 4 and half years. I have one day lecture per week for the engineering professional year. I am a male single, quiet and no smoker. Moreover, I do not drink. Like chat with people but do not like party machine.
Quiet, mature and friendly. Enjoy spending time outdoors, going to gigs and playing footy. Enjoy small gatherings and some bevvies. Can cook and very tidy. Have a small cat named Nala. Would also like to have the option to bring my dog Roly, otherwise he will need to be rehomed.
Couple in their early 20s (22- student and part time worker, 24- full time worker). Respectful and clean, like being social and having dinner with housemates at home.
I'm a self employed Artist and part time student. I love bike riding, cooking, and going for walks and adventures. I'm friendly and easy going and happy to chat :) I'm more than happy to help with housework/chores etc, and like to keep my space and belongings clean and neat.
This is a great place to live- its a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, 2 lounge rooms with 2 TVs- it's an easy five minute walk to Bellerive Beach, and Bellerive Quay which boasts shops and eateries. Close to bus route for town and Uni, leaving every 10-30 mins. The Clarence Pool is a 30 minute walk from the house. There's a BBQ and bikes -with the Bellerive bike track following the beach line.

Laid back, easy going and tidy. Studying first year at UTAS, and also working casually, mostly on weekends. Pretty quiet and will respect your space, yet will always be up for a good chat. Looking for somewhere closer to town/uni, as I'm currently having to travel a lot.
Close to eastlands, bus, 50m public swimming pool, parkland... waterview south to Bruny Is. Newly renovated bathroom, toilet & kitchen, freshly painted bedroom(s). The rent is negotiable (between $150-200) depending on which bedroom you take and whether (or not) the rent is all inclusive (of bills). The place is around 800 m from the Esatern shore side of the Tasman bridge (5 mins to Hobart CBD). It has a lovely garden, albeit if in need of care.
