Lovely sunny house located close to beach and local cafes. Quiet, picturesque area. 20mins from Hobart CBD. Good public transport close by. Smokers ok but strictly outside. Must like dogs but no other pets allowed. NBN internet available.
Hey! I'm Julien, a French mechanical engineering student and will be at UTas as a masters 2 student. I am currently in New Zealand since February and will arrive on the 7th-8th of July. I will stay at least until the 13th of November. I already experienced flatshare in New Zealand and would be glad to share a new one with you. I'm clean, quiet and love outdoors activities as hiking, mountainbiking, surfing.. I plan to visit Tasmania during the weekends but also to enjoy Hobart's city! Let me know if you are interested!
So the house we are currently renting is quite nice and modern, we are looking at renting out one of the 2 spare rooms. Both rooms have similiar dimension, obviously the slightly larger room is going to cost more in rent then the smaller room. We will be sharing a bathroom, but there is a second toilet separate from the bathroom. We do have one air conditioner in the lounge area and a very nice kitchen space. There is a small deck at the back of the house. The house is within walking distance of multiple bus stops and a short drive from the closest shopping centre and CBD area.
I am looking for a housemate to come join me in Howrah! Fully furnished, plenty of storage, built in robe in the bedroom and a secure car space. $200 per week not including bills. Internet, water usage and hydro to be spilt 50/50! If you are interested or know of anyone looking for a place, let me know! You will need to sign a lease however we can make it month to month, 6 or 12 months.. whatever works best for you ☺️
Hi there, I have just arrived back to Melbourne after completing my Master's degree in Boston. I am originally from Melbourne, however, will be moving to Hobart in later June - early July to further pursue my education at UTas. I have been living in shared houses for the past 4 or 5 years now and love meeting new people, exploring nature, trying out new restaurants and bars. I am generally an outdoorsy person and am looking forward to exploring the beautiful island. I am extremely responsible, like to live in a neat and clean house and respect others privacy, although am always up for a friendly beer or meal together. Dhruv

I'm a design student moving to Hobart from Melbourne for my Master's Degree. I love art and respect others' privacy. I spend at least 10 minutes everyday to clean my room (or the common areas if my own room is tidy); so you don't have to worry about a messy house!
I'm moving to Hobart from Melbourne to start my masters at Utas in the beginning of July. Lived in the shared house for the last five years, so know the drill. Neat, respectful and a Banter. Into cooking whenever I'm free and more than happy to share a meal or two. Love to socialize and respect personal space. Looking for a flatmate who's easy going, friendly and always up for a laugh.
Hey, My name is Stephen a 26 year old full time employed marine biologist. I'm originally from Melbourne, but moved to Hobart in August of last year. With the recent storm event, my room in a share house in Taroona was flooded, and requires too much repair for me to stay. I've lived in share houses in Melbourne, Hobart and overseas. I am clean, respectful, easy going and have made many good friends from my previous share houses. I enjoy anything involving the water, getting outside, music and relaxing with a movie. Also, I wasn't really sure how long to list the stay so just did 9 months. I hope to hear from you, Stephen
I am from Mumbai, India and will be starting my masters in Biological Sciences at UTAS in July 2018. Looking for a safe place with sociable and open-minded roommates. Looking for places that are close to the UTAS Sandy Bay Campus. I am open-minded, cooperative and sociable. Love to learn new things and experience new cultures. Ravenclaw so can get my nerd on. Presence of your pets highly favourable. Apart from Biology I enjoy theatre and would love to explore the city and the local wildlife in my free time. Will be engrossed in books and uni work, but wouldn't mind kicking back with flatmates from time to time. Always down for Harry Potter Movie Marathons!

I work 5 days a week as a Director of a childcare service, go to the gym every afternoon when I finish work. I am in a stable, happy relationship and stay with him most weekends. Hello, nice to meet you. My name is Priscila I've been married since 2014 with Rodrigo. We are a brazilian couple that love drink beer, wine and make a bbq. We are friendly and easy going.
I'm a late 30s professional, keen lover of the great outdoors: On the weekends, you'll find me in nature, hiking, twitching and exploring beautiful Tasmania. During the week, I work an office job in Hobart, doing advisory and consulting, helping out at the Botanical Gardens occasionally. Pretty easy to get along with, more on the quiet side, non-smoker, no pets, I enjoy the occasional beer or wine, not scared of cooking up and baking almost anything. I clean up after myself, lots of experience with share houses, always pay my rent in advance, no strange habits I'd be aware of. Looking to move in early July since my current house has become unavailable, landlord going to Asia. Full ID, Police Check, pay slips etc. available if needed. Happy to drop by anytime so we can meet and chat!!
I am 18 years old and looking to move out for the first time, despite this however I am very mature for my age and I am ready for all of the independence that comes with living away from home. I am a first year psychology student studying at UTAS so most of my time, when I'm not working part-time at Coles, is spent studying. Some of my hobbies include sports, video games and I perform in theatre shows from time to time. I am generally a very outgoing person who loves to engage and meet new people, however I am also completely respectful of others when they are in need of some personal space.
