My house is quality full brick home , comfortable and very quiet home at Panania, the location is walkable to the Panania station about 20 mins with upgrade new lifts railway station and the fast train to the city via airports line , but the bus stop is very nearby , and the National Lambeth Reserve Park is very nearby and is easy walking to enjoy the nature river environment too. I have a large private bedroom , furnished room in a share house and also provide a seperate shower and toilet to you , but we all share the kitchen , dining room and laundry facilities and the outdoor garden yards , and also provide a secure open car space parking inside the front yard too . A nice, friendly and good sized house in Panania with the master bedroom up for rent! It’s a massive room and by far the biggest in the house with a HUGE built in wardrobe and its own ensuite bathroom (big shower!). The house is furnished with a great sized lounge room (big tv, two lounges) and a big kitchen. Rent includes, wifi, and all other bills. The house is located conveniently right next to a bus stop, buses come every 30 minutes then it’s a 3-5 minute ride to Revesby where there is the main Revesby train station, (fast trains to the city leaving every 15 minutes) and surrounding revesby shopping centres, lots of cafes, places to grocery shop (Coles & Woolworths) and etc. Also it’s a 12 minute walk to Panania Station, and there are lots of Resturants & places to eat right along our street, only a 5 minute walk away! The furniture in the photos belong to another tenant and will be removed shortly, the bed may stay but not 100% sure yet.
