Friendly, fun and a good cook. Happy to share a meal sometimes and a glass of wine and interesting conversation. I also appreciate my own time and am considerate of others. I enjoy playing golf, drawing, swimming, bike riding, fishing and hiking. Would really like a place with a pool, and happy to work in a veggie patch / herb garden. Love BBQ’s, enjoy gardening, and playing board games. Recently moved to Coffs to work / management . I'll be away for work on and off on occasion Happy to consider any location within 40 min drive to Coffs, for the right place and flatmate :). LGBT. Would need some space to store 10 packing boxes.
I'm clean, have a gorgeous well behaved dog, I am polite and respectful, enjoy catching up with housemates, happy to do shared dinners from time to time or just keep to myself. Can move anytime from now until May.
Hi I work full time in Coffs Harbour, am also studying so between the two that keeps me busy. Looking for somewhere for 6-12 mths depending on my course, very easy going person, like my own space but would also like to be able to sit down, have a chat or a drink with a fellow house mate. Clean and tidy, definitely know how to clean up after myself.
The partly furnished flat sits above a stand alone garage which is separated from the main house on the property. An adjoining rumpus room can also be used by the tenant subject to agreement. It would suit someone who wants their own privacy and no other flat mates. All gardens and lawn areas are maintained by the owner.
Hi all, I'm looking to move to the Coffs area within the next few weeks. I'm a super quiet, tidy person and I usually keep to myself, but still more than happy to have a chat. I'm a fitness nut, so I won't be out partying late or doing anything crazy. I don't smoke, I don't drink and usually I'm in bed nice and early. I work full-time as a support worker for CCO, that keeps me fairly busy, but when I'm not working, I'm usually on my bike!
Hiii I’m Anatara, I’m 21 years old and looking for a place to live. I have a casual job in Coffs Harbour so I can afford rent up to $200 a week maximum. I’m friendly, tidy and respectable of other people’s space. I come across as shy until I’m comfortable and then I’m more fun to be around I promise 😂 I love the beach and doing anything outdoors as much as I love a chilled day in watching Netflix
Gday! I am fairly new to coffs and am activley looking to obtain a space to live as the lease in my current accom ends soon. I make for an easy going clean, respectful, reliable house proud flatmate. Like my space but also down to share a bite or a beer here and there. I work full time & am active most weekends and spend a lot of my free time outdoors surfing and going to the gym. Talk soon🤙
I’m an easy going young lady who is very mature for my age. I can live with housemates of all ages as I have done so in past. I am looking for a nice place to stay that allows me to finish my studies as a high school student at a local private school.
A townhouse with ocean views in a very quiet suburb. There is a verandah and back courtyard for great outdoor space with the beach a 2 minute walk away. The room to rent currently has minimal furniture which I am happy to remove if needed. 5-10 minute drive to the centre of Coffs Harbour. I also have a small house pet.
This place offers internet, Netflix, and all bills included in a very affordable weekly rent. It offers air conditioning, beautiful surroundings/views of the bush and a very safe, enjoyable neighbour hood. Quick drive to the moonee shopping market and not far drive from the beach. Completely furnished with everything you need.
Fully furnished room (double bed) available until mid April. Our house is in a very small and quiet street of just 14 houses. (Parking on the street is very safe.) Our neighbourhood is well maintained with quality housing. We live about 400m from the best beach in Coffs Harbour. We are a professional working couple with lots of spare space since our children have now left home. We have had various housemates from both Australia and other countries for the past few years. We offer one large bedroom with big built in wardrobe so you will have plenty of space with an en suite bathroom. We have a large verandah upstairs which is truly sensational to chillax on with BBQ and awesome views of our rainforest garden. You are welcome to cook and eat with us or do your own thing. Of course, anything you use in the kitchen we would expect you to replace or pay for. (you will have your own pantry space plus share of the fridge etc) We have a large garage for bikes, surfboards or whatever else you need stored. You will be treated as part of our family and we ask you to respect that. This means sharing the lounge with us, helping put the rubbish out, collecting the mail etc. Nothing too onerous! You will need to keep your room reasonable and clean and if you use the shared spaces we ask you to tidy up after yourself. This is a great house for anyone studying as it is quiet with sensational views of the forest we live in. The house is not child friendly and smokers are not welcome. We are happy to negotiate if you want to have another adjoining bedroom as your private lounge room or office etc.
The unit is a nice little 2-bedroom unit on the second story with a small balcony directly across the road from the beach, the Hoey Moey, a couple of doors down from 3 cafes, park beach bowling club, a 5-min walk to the plaza, a 10 minute stroll to Coffs Creek and a 20 minute beach walk to the Jetty Markets. ~ The unit is fully furnished so you would only need to furnish your room. The room for rent is the larger out of the two rooms. It has built-in double mirrored sliding door closet. Water, electricity and internet bills are all included in the $200 a week, however, once the bill comes IF there are any extra charges the bill is split equally. This has not happened with my current or previous flatmate but has happened in the past. ~ I’m preferably looking for someone who either works fill-time or is enrolled in tertiary study and must be clean, tidy, respectful and preferably a non-smoker. ~ You will not be on the lease but will be subletting so it will still have to be passed through NSW Real Estate – People with bad tenant history need not apply.
Large 4M X 7M ensuite room with large BIR, ceiling fan, 3 access doors, large modern bathroom. Excellent 24 hour views, with Humpback Whale sightings from June to October. Only 1 set of traffic lights to the City Centre (5.5kms and 8 mins) and 1 set of traffic lights and 14 mins to the Jetty or Park Beach. Lots of birds, wildlife and excellent views surrounding the house. Large outside spa, clothes line, peace and serenity. Located 1.1 kms from Shephards Lane in Coffs Harbour along an all weather gravel and bitumen road, passing through rainforest areas and glow worms along the road side. Because there is no passing traffic, it is crime free and safe and secure. The house has verandahs front and rear, takes advantage of the views and is warm in winter and cool in summer. There is a wood stove in the lounge room. Solar HWS and solar electricity fed back into the grid as well as excellent Telstra, Optus and Vodafone reception. NBN WiFi with unlimited and very fast downloads included, as well as electricity and fresh rainwater. Certainly worth a look. Sorry no pets as we have a Flora and Fauna Reserve next door. Not suitable for children, as we are on top of a hill with steep slopes and an open dams nearby. Also non smoking property.
Available from 16 Feb there are 2 large 4M X 3.1M front bedrooms in a 2 year old home with great city and coastal views. Located in Shephards Lane just out of Coffs suburbia, but only 5.5 kms from the city centre, 7.5 kms from the beach and only 1 set of traffic lights to either. There are fantastic wildlife, birds, frogs and even better house mates. These bedrooms are available due to our long term residents being promoted to new job positions, and a short term resident travelling away for 2 months. All bedroom doors are lockable and there is a security coded door for entry into the house. Every bedroom has a large built in robe for clothing, and there is a ceiling fan in each room. We have solar hot water and solar electricity panels installed on the roof. We also have our own water tanks, so a very sustainable house. All electricity, gas, water and very fast and unlimited WiFi NBN are included for the house. There is also a large kitchen/lounge/dining room, outside gas BBQ and an outside Spa with great views over town, out to sea and the surrounding hills. Telstra, Vodafone and Optus reception is excellent. The road in, is an all weather 900M gravel road with bitumen for the last 200M, so there is no passing traffic and there are no hoons around, so a very safe location. The beauty about a gravel road is that you never have to wash your car ever again, as it will get some dust on it the next time you drive the road. There are only 5 other houses along this road. A very quiet and peaceful area with great views, birds and wildlife plentiful. Definitely worth a look. Thanks Pete
Whats not to like about this house. Awesome location, awesome room mates :) close to beach and local shops. Large house with plenty of open spaces, house has large backyard with its own private island with bridge and creek. fire pit, boxing bags, volley ball net, close to beach good mix of awesome people Japanese Aussie Taiwanese All round a fun social and safe place to live :)
As well as having extensive views over Coffs City and out to sea, there are views of tall timbered hills, farmland, and nearby there is a collection of Flora and Fauna Reserves. Depending upon the season, there are glow worms, fireflies, micro bats, luminous fungi, Lyre Birds and the list goes on. Located 1.1 kms from Shephards Lane along an all weather gravel and bitumen road passing through rainforest pockets and lined by Glow Worms in some places. If you are into nature, this is your home. Lots of off street parking, no passing traffic, so safe and secure. Close to train line but not noisy, no train station, so require your own transport. Room for your own vegie patch.
I am from Port Macquarie, NSW. I’m a friendly, outgoing person who has lived both the uni dormitory life, as well as in sharehouses. I am responsible, and clean up after myself & I’m happy to help out wherever is needed. I will be undergoing student placement from January to October so will be out most days 8:30-5pm, I’ll also be trying to find part time work on the side.
