Self employed contractor and also volunteer at Animal Welfare. So very animal friendly. Looking for a cool easy going person to share a house with. Not looking for a house full of flatmates. Secure off street parking for my work vehicle. Garage or storage shed would ideal aswell
Hi, I am in my early 30's. I am a happy and positive type of person. I work pretty much full time as I run 2 x online business and make a steady and consistent income. In my spare time I love to do yoga, walk, play guitar, listen to music, clean, pamper, read, write and heaps more depending on what's happening at the time. I am very easy going when it comes to others and there lives and will respect your privacy and space at all times. I am not judgmental in any way so what you do, think or believe is none of my business and I expect that to a degree in return. I am originally from the country so i love being outdoors but equally as much as i love and appreciate the ocean. I am currently living in the Brisbane area, but my lease will be up in the next few weeks. The only reason I can not sign again is because the owner/Landlord is moving in permanently. So, I am very much wanting to find a place asap and someone/s to share with. I could afford to rent on my own but it would make my life more difficult and financially limited. I am very clean and tidy and cant wait to get into my new daily routine again but in a new area. I am great at budgeting and saving money and always contribute at least 50% if not more when sharing. I do not generally tend to have many visitors and/or drop ins, but that doesn't mean I have anything against it what so ever. In considering me to share accommodation with you though, there is one very important thing that comes with me as a package......My dog Isla. Isla is more like my baby more than anything as i do not have my own children. Isla is an American Bull Terrier and she is very special to me. Isla is very unique, which is an understatement. Isla is very well trained. She is full of love and very clean. Isla barely leaves my side and I really need her to be with me without a question. I would sleep on the streets before leaving her behind. Isla is very protective when need be and well trained. Her and I spend a lot of one on one time together. She is loyal and very friendly to children, adults and other animals. She is my best friend, so to find a place and flat mate/s that caters for her and accepts her as well would be such a relief and very much appreciated. Cheers, Georgie
I am looking for a place to live that can support my home business. I am a self-employed remedial massage therapist. Currently I have a fairly regular client base to support myself as well as other work i do weekly as a support worker for disabilities. I am also an agency nurse. I am a fun, respectful, caring and quirky guy. I am single but professional, not looking for relationships; I am busy building my business. I need a room preferably with private access but not compulsory so long as other housemates are okay with clients coming to my treatment room. As long as i have a big enough unfurnished room for my daybed and massage table then i'll be fine as i currently use my daybed as a sitting area for clients in the day time and convert to bed at night. I'm self sufficient and only require a quite house hold for my clients as this is my main sole income. I have my own car, i love to cook for other people and enjoy being social. I will be the best person you've ever lived with...i cook, clean, massage, am quiet, friendly, respectful and fun personality. Happy to live unitedly or independently within a shared house.
This is a brand spanking new build! Located in the new Canungra Rise Development! It is a 15 minute walk away from the heart of the town, where there is cafes, pubs, cute shops, supermarket and a few restaurants. Canungra is a real community, and canungra rise is a family filled estate. This is my first build that i have achieved at the age of 20! and am looking for some respectable roomates to share my brand new home with! a few things to consider: The property is not avaliable right now.. but should be getting my keys late april, early may. I have two bedrooms to offer, with a shared bathroom between the two. so i will be considerate of both my flatmates that they will get along! if you know what i mean. aka sharing a bathroom can be very personal. I have two beautiful friendly kittys that are apart of my family. So roomates must be okay with the cats roaming all throughout the house. If you have a pet, Let me know and i will consider. I wont do anything that would make my cats feel uncomfortable, but they have lived with a low key dog beforehand and all was good :) Following the fact that im yet to get the keys, I am not yet aware of the utility bills cost etc. but that is a negotiation that future roommates and myself can discuss. I am always fair so that something that we will talk about further. If you are slightly interested at all, dont hesitate to give me a message and ask questions! Thankyou! Britt :)
Recently seperated, very fit, gym 6 times a week, quiet, full time employment, clean and tidy, non smoker, occasional drinker. English but lived overseas for 20+ years, working in the electronic security industry. Would like to share with genuine person/s.
Hey I’m Kathryn, I’m a genuine, enthusiastic person who loves Food, travel, music, animals and living life. I work in a winery and love my job but also currently developing a family business. I strangely like cleaning, am considerate of others and easy to get along with. I have lived in Japan (2yrs), London (1 yr) but otherwise have only lived in my family home. I assure you I will always be respectful and bring sunshine to the household! Thanks Kathryn
I'm a Horticulturalist by trade, working 40+ hrs a week as a landscaper and nurseryman. I'm from the tweed coast, I go surfing on the weekend. Have a few beers with mates and go camping. Need to move ASAP!!
I am a uni student looking for accomodation preferably near Griffith Uni in Southport. I also work part time in admin so am often out during the day and I own a horse so I was looking for somewhere close to keep him. Thank you! :)
Modern, large house in the Gold Coast hinterland with modern amenities on 5 peaceful acres with creek front and only 10 minutes to Robina Town Centre. Close to the Hinze Dam and beautiful bush-walking trails.
Easy access to Beaudesert or Jimboomba, just turn left or right at the end of the driveway. The sunsets are glorious! The rainwater shower is amazing. All the rooms have ceiling fans. I'm working on a vegie garden, it's coming along nicely. Internet is NBN. The wooden floorboards throughout make it very cosy and welcoming. The large front verandah is perfect for watching the mountains change colour. It's just a short walk to the local shop, butcher and bus stop. There's plenty of room to get away from each other when necessary ;) and it's surprisingly private. The neighbours are great, they keep to themselves, as I do.
A modest sized home furnished beautifully with a fully renovated kitchen. We are a working gay male couple who are looking for a housemate, short term to long term is ok. The house is 3 bedrooms, you will have your own bathroom toilet, but the toilet will be shared when guests are at the house. In the lounge there is Netflix and stan on the TV, and the house is styled really nicely to maximise comfort. We are two amazing acres so lots of space, and there is a nice swimming pool which is great for summer. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.

42 years old and single. Mature, hard working, considerate, respectful of others' space, fun and I get along with everyone. Socialable but also like my own space. I juggle 3 jobs and volunteer at Currumbin Wildlife Hospital in my "spare" time. Work hard, and enjoy a wine in my down time. I do have a cat, called Sushi - who is part human and has glowing references ;) ideally we do not wish to be seperated so I'm looking for a place with my fur buddy. Ideally a Granny flat or seperate section of a house but would consider anything as long as he's welcome too :) I do not require furnished but will still consider furnished.
Hey, Name's Alex and I'm looking for a room to call my own! Quick rundown: I'm quiet, respectful and considerate, non-judgemental, easy going and know when to mind my own business. I get along with everyone and would love to be accepted into a like-minded household. I work part time as a motorbike mechanic apprentice and study a few days a week at Tafe. I have a motorbike which can be loud coming and going (I'm aware of this and always minimise the disturbance as much as possible to my neighbours and housemates) and would LOVE if my housemates understood this situation or had bikes of their own. I myself, am not a noisy or messy person. I get along better with males than females and don't mind a bachelor pad where no females are going to steal my shampoo or shoes. I also have a pet parrot who has an indoor cage (or outside depending on the security of the house and any dogs in the yard) He's not overly loud or annoying but will make you think the microwave or washing machine is beeping sometimes... Pros: Will ALWAYS pay rent on time. Clean and organized. Can fix stuff. Can cook and will always have a healthy supply of cakes and brownies in the fridge. Honest and upfront. Cons: Bird. Bike. (aka-extra noise)
Hello all :-) I’m looking to relocate to a more suitable place for my future goals. I work full time as a gardener and I need some garage space to put Some general gardening tools after work. I love my work, it’s nice being outside all day. I would love to put in my own veggie garden too so if it’s possible to build a bit of a self sufficient veggie garden that would be awesome! My main hobby right now is Muay Thai, I hope to compete in some amateur fights later this year. Other hobbies include outdoorsy things like fishing and that sort of stuff. I want to learn to play a wooden flute one day. I’m very mature for my age (23), I don’t drink much, don’t party very often but I always enjoy socialising with good company. I love animals, I’m a respectful happy person with great manners, morals and integrity. I would very much like a more social/family like house where everyone gets along and would hang out outside of home too. I’m happy to buy furniture for the right place!
Hello! I am searching more for an expression of interest at the moment. I have a small bus that I would like to park in a paddock or large back yard or shed to live in. I work full time and am trying to save some money. I am quiet, keep to myself and have 1 very well behaved medium sized dog that comes to work with me 5 days a week (and everywhere else with me on the weekends). I am looking for something out of town, I don't need electricity or plumbing but it would be a bonus! A shed or carport would be great but again can work without it. Please let me know if your interested, it'd be a great way to earn some extra cash if you have any unused land! I wouldnt mind being in a cow or horse paddock either as long as I was able to set up a small fence to prevent them chewing on my house! Please send me a message if you have anything suitable 😊
