This is a very unique 3 storey property in the Perth Hills. Only 10 mins from the airport and 30 mins from the city it is the best of both worlds. Overlooking hundreds of acres of natural bushland which is home to many kangaroos, the views from every window are quite spectacular. The large family home sits on a half acre bush block, complete with chooks, vege patch and fire pit. Two large outside decks provide many opportunities for outside living. The house itself has a large renovated kitchen and many separate living areas. Whilst our house is usually full of people, most of us will be away for 3/4 months from the start of May and would love to have some people to stay. The house has a large wood fireplace plus reverse cycle aircon. The areas available are very separate and private. We have one large main bedroom upstairs with its own sitting area and on-suite, or two smaller rooms on the central level with their own bathroom. We are happy to rent out either of those for about $300 a week, or a combination of all of them, 3 bedrooms in total, for about $450pw (negotiable) if a small family is interested. As it is a short term lease it would be ideal for travellers or interstate visitors who would like to stay in Perth for 3-6 months. We will be away for at least three months, possibly longer, and are open to a bit of overlap either side of our dates as we do have a lot of room in our very big house! The house is not really suitable for toddlers, but great for kids 4+ with a very fancy trampoline and a cubby house in the bush. There is a bus-stop about 5mins walk which goes to Midland train station in about 15mins. Your own car would be useful. The Perth Hills is a beautiful, rather unknown region, close to many walk trails, wineries, and tucked away cafes. It is particularly beautiful in our cooler months April to October.

Seeking quiet, fully-employed tenants including FIFO for two furnished rooms in share-house. Financial students also welcome. Walking distance from bus stop, 2 minutes drive to shops and 12 minutes drive to Midland shopping centre, Midland Polytechnic West and railway station. 20 minutes or less to airport. Larger room (3mx3m) is $140/week plus portion of power and water bills (these are low with solar panels, non-retic native gardens). Smaller room (2.5mx3m) is $120/week plus portion of bills. House is large, block is also big (1000 sq metres) with lawns and gardens. Neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. Most appliances in kitchen, living room, laundry etc can be shared. Owner visits occasionally and stays for a few days, away a lot of the time. Tenant will be expected to contribute in usual way with a bit of cleaning. Household is set up for easy recycling and has native gardens with good birdlife, so prefer someone who can fit in with that. No cats thanks. This really is a great place to live and I'd love to keep it that way! Preferred tenant should be clean and reliable. The house gets cleaned once a week so I like to stay clean and tidy. Big backyard with lots of space and privacy. It’s close to the shops, schools and the airport. 10 min to the airport. 20 min to the CBD 5 min to the hills.

My home is a 4 x 1 in a very quiet street in the foot of the hills of Perth. The house is very secure with a carport that can fit 2 cars and solar powered front gates. The room you will be renting is the largest bedroom in the house away from the other bedrooms and has its own split system for heating or cooling. The room is partially furnished but if you have your own bed or other furniture it can be arranged. TV point in bedroom should you need it and room big enough for its own sofa or couch or any seating. Large shed at the back if you need to store anything. There is a large living area with a kitchen table and some lounges, tv and foxtel. Located 13 minutes or 10km to airport and about 5 minutes to Midland gate shopping centre.

So the house is LGBT friendly I have some basic furniture for the rooms, but can easily remove for you to bring your own furniture. Coles and IGA just down the road in Swan View. Midland Gate is about 10 minutes away. Smoking would be allowed outside as long as you dispose of your cigs properly. Sizable shed in the back yard for some extra storage if you need it. I'm a fantasy geek boy, would be cool to have some geeky housemates who I get along well with and can chill and play games with occasionally. May consider pets depending on what it is, and the situation but generally this would be quiet, contained pets in enclosures and cages.
