Getting around PUBLIC TRANSPORT: (timetables & Maps can be found on the adelaidemetro website) BUSES Departing from Miller St or Seacombe Rd stops…(2 min walk from house) For students commuting to flinders University the 200B can be caught from either of the stops mentioned above to the Flinders Medical Centre (approx. 5 minute trip) from there the FREE university 'Campus Loop' shuttle bus will pick you up and take you to all the main schools/departments within the university. To City 200 or 200B To City via Westfield Marion 262 From Westfield Marion Interchange to city M44 TRAINS SEAFORD LINE- To City (travel time approx 20mins) Trains can be caught at either the Seacliff Railway Station or the Oaklands Railway Station. Mon – Friday departing approx. every 12mins (less frequently from the Seacliff Station). Saturday & Sunday approx. every 30mins. Free parking is available at the stations. WALKING It is possible to walk or cycle to Flinders University from my place. I would allow around 15-20 minutes to walk to the edge of the campus, and then allow another 10-20 minutes to walk into the heart of the campus depending on where you need to go. Please be aware that Flinders University is a very large sprawling campus built into the side of a hill, so walking paths can be quite steep with lots of stairs. Alternatively the FREE university 'Campus Loop' shuttle bus stops at various locations around the perimeter of the campus and can take you where you need to go within the university. Other things to note Please be aware that 3 very well behaved ginger cats also live at the property. They are outside during the day time, but come inside in the evening but are restricted to the main living space, passageway and laundry areas. PLEASE NOTE: The house is not fitted with Air Conditioning. The living areas and bedrooms generally stay cool year around, however during a really hot Adelaide summer [January - March] heatwave where temperatures stay above 37 degrees for a few days straight the house can heat up. Windows can be opened and pedestal fans are provided for air circulation. I also have a unique (pre renovation) warehouse style kitchen with large modern stainless steel fridge & microwave. However please note: there is a double electric hotplate for cooking, but no oven.

I am a clean and organised person who respects other people's privacy and in return asking the same. I am okay with pets.
If you're looking to share a great townhouse with a 40yo gay male and a small gorgeous dog, look no further. The house is only 1 year old, two storey with a small courtyard. Two unfurnished rooms will be yours plus your own bathroom (with bath and shower) and separate toilet. Both rooms are average size with built in wardrobes. Fully air conditioned throughout Rest of the house is fully furnished with modern furniture and appliances. Broadband and Foxtel is available. Weber BBQ for use. We are super chilled and easy going household. We love a to hang out and also respect each others space. We are not huge party goers, but a good wine and movie night never goes astray. The house is about a 10 minute drive to Brighton Beach which is perfect for summer! It's only a 5 min walk to public transport into the city by both bus or train. Westfield Marion, Coles and Flinders Uni are also really close by. Brooklyn (my blue heeler) is the 4th housemate. He is super friendly, well behaved and loves to hang out with everyone. If you would like any other deets just let me know. Lisa
I am Melbourne-based but will soon relocate to SA. I love meeting new people and I am easy going. I enjoy the outdoors and I keep an active lifestyle - I love yoga, hiking and the beach. I am tidy and respectful of other people's space. I try to keep a balanced life - there is time for fun/socials and time to keep to myself.
I'm from Mauritius and have been in Australia for 4 years already so will be moving from Perth. I am a private person that enjoys her alone time and loves to clean the house when I am bored, especially the kitchen. I'll be studying my Masters at Flinders University beginning of 2018 and would also be job hunting for a casual job around the same time. Would prefer a quiet house as I am not the partying type.
Helllooo! My name is Holly and I'm 21 years old and am relocating to Adelaide in September. I previously lived here for two years. I'm really laid back at home as I work full time as a retail manager.I know how to keep the house clean and tidy and am respectful of communal areas and to all other housemates. I'm usually always up for a drink and a laugh or a shared meal as I love to cook. Don't hesitate to ask me any questions! Thanks, Holly
Hey, my name's T-Jai! I am a student at Flinders university in my first year studying Health Sciences and work part time. I am looking for a house with flatmates that are also students and for people that are social and fun to be around! I get along with everyone and I'm super warm, friendly and lively! I love going out camping, fishing, road-trips... pretty much anything in the sun and out the house when I have the days off. I love bouldering and pretty much any sport, especially basketball! I do work part time and also study so my days are pretty full with other things like work experience and other smaller jobs I take on in my spare time. So having a good place to come home and relax to would be amazing. I'm extremely clean and make sure to clean up after myself all the time. I love to cook and cook often so I'll always be in the kitchen and I would love a place that people enjoy sitting in the lounge room, relaxing and watching a movie or a TV series together. I would prefer to have a place that has all utilities and internet included. I would also love to find a few great people to start up a new house if that could be an option! Unfortunately I'm not looking to move into a home that has an existing family and because I do only work a few hours a week due to Uni, I am strictly looking for nothing above $150p/w. Thank You!
What makes me great to live with? Well, I am pretty laid back in the way of socialising, meeting and getting along with people, I also love (generic)pets. And am currently studying a double degree, so study is a large focus of mine. Although I am pretty quite in the way of studying and enjoying to read, socialising and getting to know the people I live with is a must so is the occasional night out on the town). I work on weekends at Kmart Marion and am originally from rural Australia but have been on campus at flinders for the past year so i am experience with living with a diverse range of people.

We are a respectful couple who are moving back to Adelaide from the country for study and work. We're both very easy going and get along with people from all walks of life. We've been together for 3 years and will be reliable and clean housemates! I'm Jess and originally from Adelaide, I'm 24, I've been living in Pirie for the last few years where my parents are based and that's where I met Brett. I love hiking and nature, alllll the beach strolls, travelling, cooking, beers and just being around good vibes and people. I will be returning to the city to study a bachelor of International Tourism. My boyfriend Brett, 26, is super chilled, loves his sport and animals, is obsessed with live music (loves a gig) and is just an all round Aussie ledge really. He'll be working in construction or getting a transfer with his current full time job. We're very clean, social (but won't overcrowd), we don't fight as we've been living together for a few years and know the ropes. We've both lived in shared houses before and enjoyed the experience :)

Hello potential future housemates! After graduating uni last year, I went on an overseas adventure for a few months. I recently returned and currently work a couple of casual jobs as an occupational therapist, which is fabulous. I like to live a balanced lifestyle, enjoying a bit of work, exploring hikes, going out for a dance, doing yoga, relaxing at the beach or at home with good company. I appreciate being able to hang out and have a chin wag with housemates but also appreciate quiet, chill time. Hoping to find a home with like-minded people and preferably close to the train line. Feel free to send a message if you think I would fit what you're looking for. Cheers!
I am easy going, friendly, and lots of fun. I like a clean house but I am not OCD. I love watching movies, cooking and socializing. I am a non smoker. I have been sharing a house with a friend up at Mt Barker for the last year but have now decided to come back down the hill to be closer to family and find extra work.
Hi friends I'm a relaxed, easy-going environmental management student with two casual jobs. I'm pretty tidy, respectful, and friendly. I enjoy hanging out and having a couple of drinks and a meal, but also like my own space for quiet study/reading. I love gardening, camping, riding my bike, and surfing. I have a small, old dog named Basil who loves naps, pats, and the occasional walk. We both come with references. I'm 26 so not looking for a party house- somewhere to call home for longish term if things work out between us would be great. If you like the sound of me, send me a message! Cheers :)
