It's a comfy house to live in and can easily accommodate a housemate without feeling too snug. It's in a great location - just a few mins walk to Main North Road and close to shops and CBD. The bedroom available is a good size with high ceilings and a built-in robe. The room is unfurnished. The rest of the house is pretty much furnished, but it's quite large so could absorb some items. There's also a secure, dry shed with cement foundation, so furniture items that don't fit in the house could be stored easily and safely.
