My current lease finishes on 30th October but I can move at anytime without penalty. I am vision impaired but am independant and people I live with would not be expected to take on role as a carer or provide any assistance. I am looking at getting a Guide Dog, but it maybe more than 12 months before I am successfully match with a suitable Guide Dog as many aspects are taken into consideration including the owners living environment. Guide dogs are considered a mobility aid for vision impaired and therefore it is considered illegal for Real Estates/Landlords etc to refuse a Guide Dog, but if there is an allergy that is understandable. For more information please go to https://www.guidedogs.org.au/frequently-asked-questions and http://www.lawhandbook.sa.gov.au/ch23s07s02s06.php. Now with that out of the way I love being around people! I have previously been a host of couchsurfing.com since 2008 and helpx.net since 2015 (both are free accommodation sights that promote cultural exchange and community) I also for sometime have been a airbnb host. Therefore I am use to sharing the rental where I have lived over the years with others from Australia and abroad and have enjoyed interacting with others from various walks of life. I have a very friendly, caring, generous nature and am easy to get along with. I am also frugal when it comes to saving money and I am very arty crafty so always trying out ways of saving money. I would like to continue being a host BUT don't want that to be a stumbling block to me finding somewhere to move too so will disable hosting profile on those sites if others are not wanting travellers coming through. Fully aware that now I am moving into situation of sharing on a ongoing basis with others I have to be prepared to make some adjustments and sacrifices. I like animals but do not have any of my own at the point in time. I ticked I have pets as I would like to find a place that is pet friendly so if other people I will be sharing with are in agreement I can get a cat. I love to socialise but am not a party animal and do not drink. Until I get to know a person I can be a bit quite at first. I am vision impaired and do have Epilepsy but am very independent. Epilepsy is well controlled by medication and on the odd occasion I do have a seizure I tend to self manage as most of the time they are at night. I do all my own cooking, washing. Due to back injury, Epilepsy, Vision Impairment, I have someone that comes in for 2 hours a week to assist where needed with cleaning eg mopping & vacuuming. As stated earlier people I am sharing with would not be expected to be my carer or provide me with any assistance needed in anyway. I pay someone to provide me with any extra support I need.
I am looking to share a house with someone else. I have a small dog who is quiet and house trained. I work full time and are clean and tidy and respect others who i share a place with. If you think i would be suitable to share with or have a place you could rent, drop me a message. Thanks, Dave
Hello, I'm Michael, student at University of Adelaide, and I live in a 4-bedroom, clean, respectful and relaxed sharehouse with two other German students, Thorsten and Leonie. We live in a medium-large house in the inner-north of Adelaide, 15-20 minutes to the city centre by bus. Our suburb is quiet and close to the Northpark and Sefton Park shopping complexes. We have a spare room that we need to rent out, as our third housemate, Natsumi, has left to work on a farm. We have one furnished rooms available now, with double bed, bedside table, a built-in robe, desk, window, chair and sofa. So we are preferably looking for international students as there is little space to store extra furniture. The rent includes water, gas, electricity and unlimited NBN per month. We are looking for social, respectful and clean preferably international students to join our house. We are very easygoing and respect eachother's privacy and quietude, and sometimes we have the occasional party, but only if all the housemates are cool with it. If you're interested, feel free to send us a message, and please give us some background information about yourself and why you think you'll make a great housemate. PS. We don't allow pets

My name is Catherine and I am looking for a room to rent as close to Adelaide CBD as possible, available to move immediately. Originally from Russia, I am a Permanent resident in Australia since the end of 2015 and planning to become a citizen. Starting my new job at Women's and Children's Hospital, will be working rotating shifts. Have been doing nanny work before, and my background before coming to Australia is in HR -- I am planning to get back to it once I settle down here and sort out additional training and other things. I don't have a car, pets, don't smoke or drink, don't party, clean after myself, and don't have any furniture except for a queen mattress (+quilt and pillows). I am pretty quiet, like to have my privacy and don't bother others, but happy to chat, cook together or hang out in the outdoor areas. I am usually the tidiest person in the household (at least that was the case in all sharehouses I lived in), and every once in while will get in the mood to bake pies and cookies to share with everyone.
My name is Andrew and I work in a Primary school as a well-being and Numeracy coordinator. I am into fitness and super passionate about music. I am in a band and love to play acoustic guitar(don't worry I won't turn the house into a live music venue :) I love to travel and enjoy a nice glass of wine to relax. I am a social person but also like my own space at times. I have a wicked sense of humour, am easy going and always remain positive and open-minded. I am a property owner but I am choosing to rent my house out in an effort to get closer to my work. Ideally I would I would like to live with one other person but if the house is a decent size two would be fine. Please let me know if you would like to team up or have a room in a place that may suit!

We're couple from Poland. We live in Australia over a year allready and we love it. We like to travel. We're quiet and non smoking. We're just moving to Adelaide. We're looking to rent a room somewhere near city centre just for few weeks, because we still don't know where we want to live. We're polite and don't cause probles.
Hi! I'm Sarah and I'm searching for a room for my cat Mouse and I. I'm looking for a sharehouse with a friendly communal vibe - I don't want to live with people I never talk to so let's be friends. I'm also looking for housemates who are considerate and tidy. I'm very clean, love cooking, and going to the gym (Goodlife members: let's work out together). Ideally, I'd like a decent sized room with floorboards (because asthma) and plenty of light, a backyard for my cat to chill out in (supervised of course), and that's pretty much it. Vegan housemates would be a bonus. Chuck me a message if you have somewhere you think I'd like. Thanks! (:
Hi there, I am 39-year old & a professional Mechanical Engineer. I came back to Adelaide after a long break/holiday. I have a good sense humour, very easy-going and respect other’s personal space. I love having few wines while enjoying a dinner with my housemate or sometimes relax in my room and reading my favourite books. I'm looking for someone who is easy to get along with and is generally tidy.
My name's Tiarne, I'm 25 years old and a qualified Early Childhood Educator. I've been teaching in a primary school in the country for the past 3 years and am now looking to move to Adelaide to live and work. I'm relaxed, friendly, easy to get along with and like to keep my surroundings clean and tidy. Looking to rent a room with a likeminded female for the next 6-12 months :)
I've owned my own place before, so I know how to keep a house and stay clean and tidy. I have my own tv and wash machine (front loader) to bring to the table everything else will either need to be there already or can be acquired. I get centrelink on top of getting cash in hand for a nannying job I do on the side as well. I am studying full time at an online tafe program to be a preschool teacher. I am a smoker but will only do that outside. In my spare time I like to watch Netflix or Stan, study or read. I like to be fit and active as well. Please consider my application to be your flatmate. My current living situation is okay - I live with a friend and tensions are high lately, I want to move out before we stop being friends altogether. If you have any questions feel free to call.
Hi! Im a 20 nearly 21 year old that is looking for somewhere long term to live. Im self sufficent and tidy, and love to cook and create in the kitchen. A lover of music, and will listen to any genre, but also respect that i have to keep it down. I am going to be looking for part time/full time work and am not fussy with who i live with as long as theyre semi likeminded. I do like my space, so im not one to invade others. Never smoked nor done drugs. I do drink occasionally, but its more of a social thing for me, and would be lucky to have 1 drink a month. I can be shy and a little quiet at first, but normally warm up quickly. I am an animal person, i do have a few animals, which have lived with cats and dogs before, so can coexist quite peacefully. I have an <6 month old Jenday Conure. Mango is flightless, tame and quiet for the most part. The only time s/he gets vocal is in the morning, and tends to get excited for attention when woken up. S/he is covered at night. Mango isnt required to stay with me; its optional for S/he to come. I also have 3 rabbits. Purebred Miniature Lops, so not too big, not too small. They are show rabbits, and i am a registered show breeder. That being said, i am ethical and extremely fussy, so i dont constantly have litters, there is no possible way i would be inundated with baby rabbits. My next planned litter will be after summer. They are all planned, and no rabbits are allowed to run together. (No surprises) They are housed in cages currently, but id like to put them in a bank, so theyre out the way. I show them at various clubs twice a month (depending on weather) Theyre all litter trained, so their cages rarely get smelly and all cages, including Mango's, are cleaned 1-2 times a week, or again if they need it. They are all friendly, and have never bitten me, and i wont tolerate them biting others. Rest assured in the rare occasion if they did, they would be chastised. Areas provided are a guideline, i really an happy for anywhere as long as its suitable. If theres any concerns or questions, please feel free to ask. Im happy to answer or explain anything regarding the rabbits also.
I am a 20 year old Uni student, studying in my third year of social work at Uni SA. I am currently working 2 jobs, both part time, in retail and food and hospitality. I am looking for a room to rent or a house to share with people that are easy going, laid back back and friendly. I am really out going, easy to get along with along and a super tidy person. I am looking to move in with a roommate asap! :)
A Professional in my late 20s, looking to get a place closer to work and just the Adelaide CBD in general. I'm more of a quiet individual, and not so much into partying anymore! I'm into gaming, and am also a musician (not a drummer, so there's no excessive noise!) and enjoy seeing the occasional gig out in town. Would prefer somewhere north of the CBD.
