Looking to move into an awesome share house where there is no expectation to hangout all the time, but i want to get along well enough to have the the occasional meal/wine night together. Love animals, but dont have any pets because i work too much... so if you have a pet, thats a massive plus. Im pretty cruisy, and nothing has to be a big deal in terms of household organisation. Found my last awesome housemates on here over in Perth. Looking at either a team up, or a whole house where i can then get another housemate. Ive got most of a house worth of furniture, so can't move somewhere fully furnished.

We're looking for someone to move into our house in Broadview. The location is very convenient for professionals and students alike. The nearest bus stop is approx. 100m from the house and it's roughly a 10min drive into the city. It's not far from Linear Park either if you'd rather ride your bike in to town. There are multiple shopping centres within a 5 minute drive from the house as well (Sefton Plaza, North Park and Walkerville). Broadview is a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with several parks nearby. The house has 3 bedrooms with BIR, 1 (newly renovated) bathroom plus an outside toilet. All of the rooms are of good size with high ceilings. We are on a big block so there are grassed areas, both front and back. It also has off street, undercover parking for 2-3 cars. The house is furnished, however the current available room is unfurnished. We have reverse cycle ducted heating/cooling. Our previous housemate has already moved out, so the room is currently available.
Hello, I'm Michael, 29, and I live in a 3-bedroom, clean, respectful and relaxed sharehouse with a German student, Thorsten, and Aussie, Ky. We live in a medium-large house in the inner-north of Adelaide, about 20 minutes to the city centre by bus. Our suburb is quiet and close to the Northpark and Sefton Park shopping complexes. I'm looking for a social, responsible, communicative and clean person to take on the responsibilities of running a sharehouse. We are very easygoing and respect each-other's privacy and quietude, and rarely have the occasional party, but only if all the housemates are cool with it. Electricity and gas bills are divided between everyone but you will pay for internet and water. As I'm moving to Germany in early September, I'm looking for someone to take on the lease. The total weekly rent is $325 of which Ky pays $130 and Thorsten pays $120 leaving you with a rent of only $75 per week. Internet is unlimited NBN100 ($100 per month) which comes to $25 per week. So, total rent for you will be $100 plus water and a third of the gas/electricity bills. Bond is $1350. If you're interested, feel free to send us a message, and please give us some background information about yourself and why you think you'll make a great housemate. PS. We will consider pets
We have FTTP NBN, which pulls a decent 73 mbps down, 24 mbps up. Close enough to the bus stops on Main North and North East, without being so close as to hear road noise all night. We have ducted air conditioning in all rooms, a small front and larger back yard which includes a pomegranate tree and a shed. The room up for rent has a built in wardrobe. There is a friendly black and grey tabby cat named Bandit, who spends a large majority of his time outside. Lovely neighborhood, and still close to the city.
Single bedroom with king size single bed and built-in wardrobes. Pergola and garden in a quiet location. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine in private home. 5 kms to city and a short walk to buses. Shops are close by at Walkerville and Collinswood. 10 mins by car to city. Bus 208 to city and stop 17 Galway Ave.

Hi, my name is Laura and I’m a 20 year old student looking for a home in the suburbs around the city. I’m currently finishing year twelve at the moment and plan to attend the teaching program at UniSA in the future. I receive student payments from Centrelink as I’m not currently working. I am a friendly easy going person but also need my own space and privacy too. On some days I can be overly talkative, so feel free to tell me to quieten down if I become annoying! Haha. I am happy to have a conversation and a chat but will respect your space and privacy as well. I love cooking, and cooking for others and I’m almost always up for a movie marathon. I am looking to live with a maximum of two other people, and have no preference for gender. I have my own furniture, so I would prefer an unfurnished room. In addition to bedroom furniture, I have my own household items I am happy to share, for instance a large fridge. I am looking to move soon but am flexible with the date. Thanks for reading my profile, I look forward to hearing from you soon.
I'm 27 and currently studying IT & Cybersecurity at Flinders University. I don't smoke or drink, and am comfortable minding my own business or spending time with others. I am generally a quiet and mature person, however I am also not shy, having had years of experience working with kids and adults in sports and recreation. I've spent the last decade training and teaching Martial Arts, Gymnastics, and running a kids Stunt & Parkour program. However I recently left all of that behind to pursue the next stage of my life. I also have a 3 year old female bearded dragon. While I occasionally like to let her stretch her legs or soak up some sunlight outside, she mainly stays in her own custom built enclosure.
Hi, I'm quite an outgoing person who enjoys socialising and doesn’t mind a wine and cheese of an evening at times but I also like to have time to myself as well. I am 33 years old and work full time. I am fairly easy going and like a tidy, clean house but am not a neat freak. I am originally from country NSW and don't know many people in Adelaide so would be looking to make some friends as well. I love animals but don’t have one so open to living with people with pets.
Full time nurse in Adelaide, studying full time externally at UniSA and play Roller derby in northern suburbs :) Needing to move closer to adelaide for work, not fussy on which suburb! I work shift work, but mainly morning shifts :) Im pretty easy going and fun, I like time by myself but also like being social :) Cheeky wines are pretty great, and like going out sometimes but a lot of my time is spent working, studying and playing derby. I'm single, however my ex is keeping our dog and would love to be able to have visitation rights with her sometimes. Although if not possible understandable! So it's a bonus if she could visit sometimes but not a must! I have an aquarium with 2 green tree frogs in it! They are quiet and very lazy. I have furniature for an entire house, can offer my nursing skills and advice! If I sound like someone you could live with hit me up :)
